Description
The present invention relates to an electric power steering control device that assists a steering force with a motor.
The electric power steering device detects a steering torque generated by a driver rotating a steering wheel by a steering torque sensor, and an electric power steering device arranged by meshing a current corresponding to the detected torque value with a mechanism of the steering device. When the electric motor is applied to the motor, the electric motor is rotationally driven to generate an assist torque necessary for assisting the steering torque by the driver, and the steering is performed.
When the vehicle is stopped and running, various vibrations are transmitted to the steering wheel. Since these vibrations are unpleasant for the driver, the conventional electric power steering control device performs vibration suppression control. For example, in Patent Document 1, a steering frequency component is removed by a high-pass filter and vibration is suppressed for other frequency components so as not to interfere with the steering feeling. FIG. 14 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a conventional electric power steering control device.
On the other hand, in the technique of
However, in the technique of the conventional patent document 1, although the steering frequency component is taken into consideration, the high frequency component is not taken into consideration, so that it is greatly affected by noise. If an attempt is made to suppress the influence of noise, the output of the vibration suppression control means is limited even with respect to vibration, and the vibration suppression effect is reduced.
Further, in the technique of the

Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the electric power steering control apparatus according to the first embodiment. The present invention can solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art by using microcomputer software as a main part, and a conventionally known electric power steering apparatus can be used as hardware. Description of the conventionally known electric power steering device is omitted.
In FIG. 1, 1 is a steering torque sensor that detects a steering torque when the driver steers, 2 is a phase compensator that improves the frequency characteristic by phase compensation of the output of the
The motor

Here, the
The vibration frequency component extracting means 10 for extracting the vibration frequency component by changing the BPF characteristic based on the output of the
Thus, the vibration frequency component of the motor angular velocity can be output from the vibration frequency component extraction means 10, and the
Next, the operation of the electric power steering control device having the above configuration will be described based on the flowchart of FIG. First, in step S001, the steering torque output from the steering torque sensor 1 is read into the microcomputer and stored in the memory, and in step S002, the motor angular speed output from the motor
In step S005, the main
Next, in step S008, the
The operations from step S001 to S012 are repeated for each control sampling, and the motor 6 is calculated from the main auxiliary torque current corresponding to the phase-compensated steering torque output and the vibration suppression control current obtained from the
Similarly, instead of the motor

In the block diagram of FIG. 3, the vibration suppression control current of the
With this configuration, the vibration
As described above, the vibration frequency

Store in memory as BPF output. In step S109, the motor angular velocity observer 11 reads the torque BPF output and the drive current BPF output stored in the memory, and then calculates a motor angular velocity estimated value (motor angular velocity vibration signal) and stores it in the memory.
Next, in step S110, the
なお、上記実施の形態2では、振動周波数成分抽出手段10をBPFで構成したが、HPF( hi-pass filter )とLPF( low-pass filter )を組み合わせたものとしてもよい。
The operation from step S101 to S114 is repeated for each control sampling, and the motor 6 is calculated from the main auxiliary torque current corresponding to the phase-compensated steering torque output and the vibration suppression control current obtained from the
In the above example, the
In the above example, the rotational angular velocity is calculated by the motor angular velocity observer 11, and the rotational angle is calculated by integration. However, it may be configured by a motor angular velocity sensor such as a tachometer. In this case, the angular velocity sensor output is read in S102, S107 is unnecessary, and S108 passes the band-pass filter through the angular velocity sensor output, and S109 is unnecessary. In the above example, the rotational speed is estimated by the motor angular speed observer 11. However, for example, a motor rotational angle signal is detected by a motor rotational angle sensor such as a rotary encoder, and the motor angular speed signal is differentially processed. You may comprise so that it may obtain | require. In this case, the rotation angle sensor output is read in S102, S107 is unnecessary, S108 passes the band-pass filter through the motor rotation angle, and S109 is unnecessary. In the above example, both the
Furthermore, in the second embodiment, the target current is obtained from the output of the main
FIG. 6 is a block diagram showing another configuration of the electric power steering control apparatus according to the second and third embodiments. In the block diagram of FIG. 4, the motor angular velocity observer 11 can output the vibration frequency component of the motor angular velocity because the vibration frequency component extracted by the vibration frequency component extraction means 10 is input. In the block diagram of FIG. 6, the output of the motor speed observer 11 is obtained from the output of the steering torque sensor 1 and the output of the current detector 7, and the vibration suppression control current is obtained from the
Further, the position of the vibration frequency component extraction BPF-D (vibration frequency component extraction means 10) is set between the
With this configuration, the vibration
As described above, the vibration frequency
In the third embodiment, the BPF pass frequency band of the vibration frequency
Here, FIG. 7 is a diagram showing frequency characteristics of the torque BPF-A and the drive current BPF-B (the horizontal axis is frequency [Hz] and the vertical axis is gain) in the vibration frequency
As shown in FIG. 7B, by setting the lower limit value of the passing frequency band of the vibration frequency component extracting means to be equal to or higher than the upper limit value of the steering frequency that the driver can handle, Therefore, the vibration can be suppressed without affecting the steering and without interfering with the steering feeling.
Embodiment 4 FIG.
FIG. 8 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the electric power steering control device according to the fourth embodiment. As shown in FIG. 8, the fourth embodiment is different from the second or third embodiment in that the outputs of the

Next, the operation of the electric power steering control apparatus having the above configuration will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. Note that the fourth embodiment is also limited to the algorithm until the target current is calculated by the target current calculation means 16 as in the second embodiment.
