Claims (11)
- 吸収体における裏面シート対向面側から該吸収体にのみ対してエンボス加工が行われ、該裏面シート対向面に多数の凹部が形成されて、該吸収体の面方向に亘って疎密構造が形成されていると共に、吸収体における表面シート対向面側から該吸収体が表面シートと共にエンボス加工されて、該表面シート対向面における***部対向領域の幅方向中央部に、該表面シート及び該吸収体が一体的に圧縮され該表面シートの厚み方向の全体が該吸収体の内部に陥入している複数の圧着部が形成されており、
前記表面シート対向面の少なくとも***部対向領域において前記吸収体と前記表面シートとが密着している吸収性物品であって、
前記圧着部は、前記吸収性物品の長手方向に延びる短い線状の形状であり、
また、前記圧着部は、前記吸収性物品の長手方向に関し、所定間隔をおいて不連続に形成され、かつ前記吸収性物品の幅方向に関し、所定間隔をおいて多列に形成されており、
前記圧着部の下方における前記吸収体の裏面シート対向面に前記凹部が形成されている吸収性物品。 - 表面シートがその表面側に多数の凸部を有しており、また表面シートの裏面が表面よりも平坦になっている請求項1記載の吸収性物品。
- 表面シートが、その表面側から裏面側に向けて漸次密な構造となっている請求項2記載の吸収性物品。
- 表面シートが、その表面側から裏面側に向けて漸次親水性が高くなっている請求項1ないし3の何れかに記載の吸収性物品。
- 表面シートが伸縮性を有している請求項1ないし4の何れかに記載の吸収性物品。
- 吸収体の裏面シート対向面に対する凹部の面積の総和の割合が、表面シート対向面に対する圧着部の面積の総和の割合よりも高くなっている請求項1ないし5の何れかに記載の吸収性物品。
- 吸収体の裏面シート対向面に形成されている凹部がドット状の凹部である請求項1ないし6の何れかに記載の吸収性物品。
- 長手方向及び/又は幅方向に関し、吸収体の裏面シート対向面側に形成されている凹部間のピッチよりも、表面シート対向面側に形成されている圧着部間のピッチの方が大きくなっている請求項1ないし7の何れかに記載の吸収性物品。
- 吸収体の裏面シート対向面に対する凹部の面積の総和の割合が1〜50%で、長手方向における該凹部間のピッチが3〜10mm、幅方向におけるピッチが3〜10mmである請求項1ないし8の何れかに記載の吸収性物品。
- 吸収体の表面シート対向面に対する圧着部の面積の総和の割合が0.01〜 2.0%で、各圧着部の面積が1〜20mm 2 で、長手方向における圧着部のピッチが5〜50mm、幅方向におけるピッチが5〜30mmである請求項1ないし9の何れかに記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記***部対向領域の幅方向中央部の両側それぞれに、前記表面シートと前記吸収体とが連続的に接合されて形成された防漏溝を有している請求項1ないし10の何れかに記載の吸収性物品。
