BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is applied to various devices including an exterior part, and rotates an exterior panel whose front and back surfaces are exterior surfaces, respectively, and an exterior surface that constitutes the exterior part of the device from a pair of exterior surfaces in the exterior panel. The present invention relates to a panel rotation mechanism that can be selected and various electronic devices in which at least a part of an exterior portion is configured by an exterior panel of the panel rotation mechanism.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In an audio device such as a car stereo mounted on an automobile, a front panel on which an operation unit and a display unit are arranged is rotatably supported to prevent the device body from being stolen from the automobile. Some have the back surface opposite to the surface on which the parts are arranged as an exterior surface for camouflage. The back surface of the front panel is designed to be consistent with, for example, the peripheral portion of the instrument body in the instrument panel. As a result, when the passenger leaves the vehicle, the front panel is rotated (reversed) so that the back surface of the front panel faces the inside of the vehicle, so that the device body is camouflaged as if it does not exist by the back surface of the front panel. Such a reversing operation of the front panel is desirably performed automatically without manual operation. It is also necessary to avoid an increase in the size of the audio equipment due to the provision of a front panel rotation mechanism. As an acoustic device that enables such an automatic reversing operation of the front panel and avoids an increase in the size of the device, for example, there is one disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-267699.
[0003]
In the on-vehicle acoustic device disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-267699, a second lever that swings in conjunction with the operation of the first lever, the cam plate, and the like is provided, and a front end is provided at the tip of the second lever. One end along the surface direction of the panel is connected so as to be relatively rotatable, and when the second lever is swung, the front panel faces either the front or back side in conjunction with this movement. Invert. In this in-vehicle acoustic device, since the center of rotation of the front panel is provided at one end along the surface direction, most of the front panel excluding the vicinity of the connecting portion with the second lever is projected forward. On the other hand, since the front panel can be reversed, it is not necessary to provide a space for avoiding a collision with the front panel in the device.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the in-vehicle acoustic device disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-267699, the number of parts of the mechanism for rotating the front panel in conjunction with the swinging operation of the second lever is large, and the structure Is also complicated, and there is a problem that the equipment cost becomes high.
[0005]
One object of the present invention is to consider the above-mentioned facts and rotate an exterior panel to select an exterior surface that constitutes an exterior part of the device from a pair of exterior surfaces in the exterior panel, and the device on which the exterior panel is arranged An object of the present invention is to provide a panel rotation mechanism with a simple structure capable of suppressing the increase in size.
[0006]
Another object of the present invention is to select the exterior surface that constitutes the exterior part of the device from a pair of exterior surfaces in the exterior panel by rotating the exterior panel in consideration of the above facts In And it aims at providing the electronic device provided with the panel rotation mechanism which can suppress the complexity and enlargement of an apparatus structure.
[0016]
In the panel rotation mechanism according to the fourth aspect, the link driving member is rotatably supported by the panel support and is arranged so as to be parallel to the exterior panel, and rotates according to the displacement in the rotation direction. When the link drive member rotates by displacing the support shaft portion along the moving direction of the panel support, the other end portion of the fixed link that is rotatably connected to the rotation support shaft portion of the link drive member is It moves along the moving direction of the support. At this time, since one end of the fixed link is connected to the base support and is fixed in the moving direction of the panel support, the rotational force of the link driving member is moved along the moving direction of the panel support by the fixed link. It is converted into force and transmitted to the panel support, and the transmission force from the fixed link causes the panel support to be integrated with the exterior panel in the direction corresponding to the rotation direction of the link drive member, and to the amount of rotation of the link drive member. Move the corresponding distance.
[0017]
Further, in conjunction with the movement of the panel support, one end of the movable link that is rotatably connected to the rotation support shaft portion of the link drive member is integrated with the rotation support shaft portion and the axis of the link drive member. Move along a circular trajectory centered at. At this time, since the other end portion of the movable link is rotatably connected to the rotation support shaft portion of the exterior panel that is rotatably supported by the panel support body, the rotational force of the link driving member is applied to the exterior panel by the movable link. It is converted into a force along the rotation direction of the frame and transmitted to the exterior panel, and the exterior panel corresponds to the rotation amount of the link drive member in the rotation direction corresponding to the rotation direction of the link drive member by the transmission force from the movable link. Rotates by the amount of rotation.
[0018]
Therefore, when the link driving member is rotated from the first display position to the second display position in a state where the exterior panel is at the first rotation position and is mounted on the panel mounting portion of the base support, the mounting is performed. Since the panel support in the position is reciprocated so as to return to the mounting position via the rotatable position, the exterior panel can be rotated from the first rotational position to the second rotational position in conjunction with this. The exterior panel can be inverted so that the exterior surface facing the exterior direction changes from the first exterior surface to the second exterior surface, and the exterior panel with the exterior surface inverted can be mounted on the panel mounting portion.
[0019]
Further, when the link driving member is rotated from the second display position to the first display position in a state where the exterior panel is in the second rotation position and is mounted on the panel mounting portion of the base support, the mounting position The panel support in the reciprocating movement so as to return to the mounting position via the rotatable position, and in conjunction with this, the exterior panel can be rotated from the second rotational position to the first rotational position. The exterior panel is inverted so that the exterior surface facing the exterior direction changes from the second exterior surface to the first exterior surface, and the exterior panel with the exterior surface inverted can be mounted on the panel mounting portion.
[0020]
As a result, it is possible to rotate the exterior panel while avoiding interference with the base support body by rotating the exterior panel in conjunction with the movement of the panel support body from the mounting position to the rotatable position. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the space for avoiding interference with the exterior panel inside the panel mounting part, that is, inside the base support body, and prevent the enlargement of the equipment provided with the exterior panel that can be rotated. it can.
[0021]
Further, for example, the outer panel can be rotated in the first and second directions simply by transmitting torque from a motor or the like to the link drive member by a torque transmission mechanism such as a gear train mechanism or a belt and pulley mechanism and rotating the link drive member. It is possible to automatically reverse any of the positions and mount the reversed exterior panel on the panel mounting portion.
[0023]
Also, One end of the movable link is rotatably connected between the rotary support shaft and the drive support shaft, and the other end of the movable link is rotatably connected to the panel support. An energizing link that energizes in the direction corresponding to ing .
[0024]
In other words, the urging link urges the movable link in a direction corresponding to the rotation direction of the link driving member, so that even if the link driving member rotates to a position that becomes a dead point, the movable link rotates in one direction. Since it can continue reliably, it can prevent that an exterior panel stops and stops moving, or the rotation direction of an exterior panel reverses from the direction until then.

A panel mounting portion to which the exterior panel in the first or second rotational position is detachably mounted is provided, and the mounting position and the exterior panel in which the exterior panel is mounted to the panel mounting portion are provided. A base support that is movably supported between a rotatable position that is spaced apart from the panel mounting portion and is rotatable to the first and second rotational positions;
A link driving member rotatably supported between the first display position and the second display position respectively corresponding to the first rotation position and the second rotation position of the exterior panel by the panel support; ,
A fixed link, one end of which is rotatably connected to the base support, and the other end of which is rotatably connected to a rotation support shaft provided on the outer peripheral side of the shaft center of the link driving member;
A movable link having one end portion rotatably connected to the rotation support shaft portion and the other end portion rotatably connected to a drive support shaft portion provided on the outer peripheral side of the shaft center of the exterior panel;
One end portion is rotatably connected between the rotary support shaft portion and the drive support shaft portion in the movable link, and the other end portion is rotatably connected to the panel support, and the movable link is connected to the movable link. An urging link for urging in a direction corresponding to the rotation direction of the link driving member ;
When the link driving member rotates from the first display position to the second display position, the fixed link and the movable link mount the panel support at the mounting position via the rotatable position. The reciprocating movement is performed so as to return to the position, and in conjunction with this, the exterior panel is rotated from the first rotation position to the second rotation position, and the link driving member is moved from the second display position to the second display position. When rotated to the first display position, the panel support body in the mounting position is reciprocated so as to return to the mounting position via the rotatable position, and in conjunction with this, the exterior panel is moved to the first display position. A panel rotation mechanism that rotates from a rotation position of 2 to the first rotation position.
