BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a device for controlling opening / closing of an opening / closing body such as a shutter, and in particular, the opening / closing body can be controlled to stop when the opening / closing limit position and an obstacle touch when opening / closing, and can be stopped accurately at the opening / closing limit position. The present invention relates to an open / close control device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example in which the opening / closing body is a shutter will be described. The electrically controlled shutter is configured to perform stop control when the upper and lower limit positions, which are opening and closing limit positions, are reached, and when an obstacle contacts.
[0003]
The upper and lower limit positions are controlled to stop by using a limit switch that counts the rotation of the switch, detecting the load on the switch, etc. Obstacle contact detects the load on the switch, and detects obstacles in the shutter. There is a method to detect by attaching a vessel.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of using a limit switch, it is necessary to set count values for the upper limit position and the lower limit position. In addition, when the shutter curtain expands and contracts over time, the count value must be set. If the count value is left as it is, the shutter curtain may bump when the lower limit stops, or an overload may be applied to the switch when the upper limit stops.
[0005]
In addition, in the configuration that detects the load of the switch, for example, when it is detected that the current flowing through the switch has exceeded a predetermined value, the switch is stopped and controlled, but a plurality of slats constituting the shutter curtain are controlled. The reaction detected on the switch side is likely to be delayed due to a gap between the shutters, which may cause the shutter curtain to bump when the lower limit stops.
This bumping generates wind noise that makes noise when the shutter curtain comes into contact with the rails due to wind or vibration, and also detracts from aesthetics.
[0006]
Further, when the obstacle contact is stopped by detecting the load of the switch, if the detection response is delayed, the load is continuously applied to the obstacle by the delay.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and can open and close the opening / closing body accurately at the opening / closing limit position and reduce the load on both the switch and the obstacle when the obstacle contacts. The object is to provide a body opening and closing control device.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an opening / closing control device for an opening / closing body of the present invention controls opening / closing of the opening / closing body between opening / closing limit positions. As an electrically controlled shutterIn the opening / closing control device of the opening / closing body,
Mechanical load sensing means that mechanically stops or at least suppresses the opening / closing operation of the opening / closing body based on the generated load force when a load that becomes an obstacle to opening / closing of the opening / closing body is applied during opening / closing of the opening / closing body;
An opening / closing load sensing means for detecting when a load greater than or equal to a predetermined load is applied to the opening / closing device that opens and closes the opening / closing body;
Processing means for at least stopping the opening and closing drive of the opening and closing body upon detection of the switch load sensing means.,
The mechanical load sensing means locks the rotational drive of a sprocket wheel that transmits the rotational drive of an electric switch that drives the open / close body up and down to the open / close body side.It is characterized by that.
[0009]
Unless otherwise specified in the present application, the term “open / close” refers to the case of only opening, the case of only closing, and the case of opening and closing.
[0010]
The mechanical load sensing means includes a
[0011]
Also,Separately from the mechanical load sensing means, when the seat plate at the lower end of the shutter curtain constituting the opening / closing body moves up and down with respect to the shutter curtain, the operating pieces provided on the both sides of the shutter curtain cover the both sides of the shutter curtain. Providing mechanical load sensing means that protrudes into the guiding rail to suppress the vertical movement of the shutter curtainCan be configured.
[0012]
Further, the processing means may be configured to resume opening / closing of the opening / closing body in the same direction before stopping after the opening / closing body stops.
[0013]
And an opening / closing limit position detecting means for detecting whether or not the opening / closing body has reached an opening / closing limit position, the processing means comprising: a control corresponding to an obstacle contact during the opening / closing of the opening / closing body; It is good also as a structure which performs the control corresponding when each reaches the opening-and-closing limit position.
[0014]
The above configuration will be described using an example in which the opening / closing body is a shutter.
When the shutter curtain descends and reaches the floor surface, the opening / closing suppression means stops or suppresses the opening / closing operation of the opening / closing body when sensing a load that hinders the opening / closing of the shutter curtain. The processing means performs processing to avoid a failure.
For example, the opening / closing suppression means suppresses the shutter curtain to stop based on the load force of contact with the floor surface. The switch load sensing means as the processing means detects the load of the switch that opens and closes the shutter curtain by the opening / closing suppression generated by the opening / closing suppression means.
In general, the switch load sensing means has a slow detection response, but this causes a larger load to be applied to the switch load sensing means, so that the shutter curtain can be stopped in a short time, and the shutter can be stopped smoothly at the lower limit position. It becomes like this.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Among the following embodiments, the first embodiment, the second embodiment, and the third embodiment are reference examples of the present application. The fourth embodiment and the fifth embodiment are embodiments of the present application.
[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an opening / closing control device for an opening / closing body of the present invention. In the following embodiment, a shutter that moves up and down as an opening / closing body will be described as an example.
The operation means 1 is composed of a plurality of switches for opening and closing the shutter. The control means 2 is provided with a processing means 2a composed of a CPU or the like, a storage means 2b such as a RAM or a ROM, and a switch driving circuit 2c.
[0016]
The opening / closing machine M is driven by the opening / closing machine drive circuit 2c to open and close the shutter. This switch M is provided with a switch load sensing means 2d.
The switch load sensing means 2d is composed of a circuit that detects that the load is in an overcurrent state based on the current value flowing through the switch M. In addition, it is also possible to configure a circuit that detects the number of rotations of the switch M with a Hall IC and detects a load based on the fluctuation state of the pulse count.
[0017]
When the switch load sensing means 2d outputs a load detection signal of the switch M, the processing means 2a controls to stop the switch M from being driven. The switch load sensing means 2d and the processing means 2a constitute a processing means for processing so as to avoid a failure occurring when the opening / closing body is opened / closed.
[0018]
The opening / closing machine M is connected to the winding
[0019]
The mechanical load sensing means 5 is an opening / closing suppression means for suppressing the opening / closing of the shutter curtain based on this load when a force is applied to the shutter curtain when the shutter curtain is opened / closed.
For example, when the lower end (seat plate) of the shutter curtain comes into contact with the lintel when the shutter curtain is raised, and / or when the seat plate comes into contact with an obstacle or the floor when the shutter curtain is lowered, the shutter is mechanically released. Stop or at least suppress the up and down movement of the curtain.

[0021]
The mechanical load sensing means 5 is configured to operate by a load force generated when the shutter curtain is opened and closed without electrical control.
Alternatively, even when an electrical configuration is involved, the shutter curtain opening / closing stop or suppression itself is not electrically controlled, but is configured to operate by a load force generated at the time of opening / closing. For example, the operating piece 6b in the above configuration is configured to be urged by a spring mechanism in the protruding direction and normally held in a non-projecting state. There is a configuration in which the state is released (projected by a spring mechanism).

By detecting the load by the opening / closing load sensing means 2d, the processing means 2a stops the lowering drive of the opening / closing machine M in order to avoid a failure occurring when the opening / closing body is opened / closed (S5).
[0028]
According to the above configuration, the mechanical load sensing means 5 suppresses the opening and closing of the shutter curtain when the shutter reaches the upper and lower limit positions or when the obstacle contacts, so that a larger load is applied to the switch M. Will be added in a short time.
As a result, the switch load sensing means 2d can detect the load of the switch M in a shorter time. Therefore, in the processing means 2a, the driving of the opening / closing machine M can be stopped in a short time to prevent the opening / closing failure.

You can also In the case of this configuration, avoidance of a failure that has actually occurred is treated on the outside of the apparatus that has received the notification.
[0032]
The processing for avoiding the failure by the processing means 2a is configured to detect and execute the load on the switch M by the switch load sensing means 2d, but is not limited thereto. It can also be configured to detect the operation itself of the mechanical load sensing means 5. In addition, even when this disaster prevention signal is newly received, the above-described descending (resuming operation in the same direction before stop control) can be prohibited. More generally, even when a resumption operation instruction in the same direction is received, the resumption can be prohibited. In this case, the release of the prohibition (resuming operation) is set in advance in the processing means 2a only for manual operation or upon reception of a forced lowering signal. In addition, it can be set to keep the prohibition state without accepting the restart operation in the same direction before the stop control.
[0036]

Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described.
In this embodiment, a lower limit position detecting means 8 is newly provided (see FIG. 1). This lower limit position detection means 8 detects the position where the lower end (

You may make it the structure to carry out.

[Fifth Embodiment]
In the first to fourth embodiments, the mechanical load sensing means 5 mechanically stops or suppresses the opening / closing body, and the switch load sensing means 2d electrically stops driving of the switch. explained.
Not only this but the structure which mechanically stops or suppresses an opening-closing body using the mechanical load sensing means 5 shown in 1st Embodiment, and 5 A of mechanical load sensing means shown in 4th Embodiment are used. A structure that mechanically stops the opening and closing of the opening / closing body can also be combined.
[0085]
Such a configuration can be applied to a fire shutter, for example. The fire prevention shutter has a configuration in which the weight is lowered by receiving a signal when the temperature or smoke sensor is detected in an emergency such as a disaster or by operating a manual closing device.
If this fire-proof shutter is provided with the mechanical load sensing means 5 and 5A, at least the opening and closing of the opening / closing body is opened / closed by the mechanical load sensing means 5 when a failure of opening / closing of the opening / closing body occurs during the weight drop. In addition, the mechanical load sensing means 5A can be mechanically stopped so as to eliminate the opening / closing failure. The means for eliminating the opening / closing failure is not limited to the mechanical load sensing means 5A, but may be constituted by a brake operated by an auxiliary power source.
According to the above configuration, even when there is no external power supply in an emergency, it is possible to reduce the load on both the obstacle and the opening / closing body at the time of opening / closing the obstacle and the floor surface. In addition, it is possible to stop when sensing a load without consuming as much power as possible.
Application to this fireproof shutter is not limited to the fifth embodiment. The opening / closing body of the first to fourth embodiments can be a shutter having fireproof and smokeproof functions.
[0086]
In each of the above embodiments, the example of the opening / closing control during the closing operation of the opening / closing body has been described. Can do. Moreover, it can also be set as the structure which performs the same opening-and-closing body control as the above at the time of any operation | movement of opening and closing of an opening-and-closing body.
In each of the above-described embodiments, the shutter is described as an example of the opening / closing body. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Further, the present invention can be applied not only to the shutter but also to a sliding door or a hinged door to obtain the same effect.
[0087]
【The invention's effect】
Claims of the invention1According to the present invention, the load that obstructs the opening and closing of the opening / closing body is detected by the mechanical load sensing means and the switch load sensing means, respectively, and the mechanical load sensing means suppresses opening / closing of the opening / closing body, The load sensing means performs control to stop the switch. As a result, when the mechanical load sensing means suppresses the opening / closing of the opening / closing body, a larger load is applied to the opening / closing load sensing means so that the opening / closing of the opening / closing body can be stopped in a short time and the driving of the opening / closing machine can be stopped quickly. become. Therefore, the opening / closing body can be stopped immediately at any of the opening / closing limit position of the opening / closing body and the obstacle contact during the opening / closing, and the load on both the opening / closing body and the obstacle can be reduced.
Further, by providing means for detecting the opening / closing limit position of the opening / closing body, it is possible to perform individual control corresponding to an obstacle contact during opening / closing and corresponding to the opening / closing limit position.
[0088]
Also, according to the mechanical load sensing means of the present application, when the shutter curtain contacts an obstacle, the sprocket wheel on the driving side is locked and the rotation of the sprocket wheel is stopped. Do not apply load due to the opening / closing force of the switch. At the same time, a large load can be applied to the switch, and load detection by the switch load sensing means can be performed quickly, and the shutter curtain can be stopped quickly by stopping the switch.
