DLNE=NE−NET
【0028】
TON=T360・DU+TISC

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an internal combustion engine control apparatus that controls an idle speed by controlling a flow rate of bypass air that bypasses the throttle valve in an independent intake internal combustion engine in which a throttle valve is arranged for each intake passage of each cylinder. It is about.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, some motorcycles employ an independent intake engine provided with a throttle valve for each intake manifold of each cylinder. Even in this independent intake engine, the idle speed control includes a bypass air system that controls the flow rate of bypass air that bypasses the throttle valve, and a throttle that controls the fully closed position of the throttle valve (the throttle opening when the accelerator is off). There is a valve direct acting type, but since the independent intake engine has a throttle valve for each cylinder, if the throttle valve direct acting method is adopted, a throttle control system is required for each cylinder, and the system configuration However, there is a disadvantage that it becomes very complicated and costly. Therefore, in the independent intake engine, the bypass air method is more advantageous from the viewpoint of cost.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the bypass air system is adopted in an independent intake engine, a bypass air control valve may be provided in each cylinder bypass air passage. However, in order to simplify the system configuration, upstream of the bypass air passage in each cylinder. There has been proposed a configuration in which a common bypass air control valve is provided and the bypass air is diverted from the common bypass air control valve to the bypass air passage of each cylinder.
[0004]
However, in this configuration, the intake pressure pulsation of each cylinder interferes with each other through the bypass air passage of each cylinder, and the influence causes the flow rate of the bypass air in each cylinder to vary, and the idle rotation speed becomes unstable. There are drawbacks.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances. Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to improve the idling speed stability by reducing the variation in the bypass air flow rate of each cylinder in an independent intake type internal combustion engine. An object of the present invention is to provide a control device for an internal combustion engine that can be made to operate.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a control device for an internal combustion engine according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a volume chamber for suppressing pressure fluctuation of the bypass air on the downstream side of the bypass air control valve, The first feature is that a bypass air introduction passage for introducing bypass air is provided downstream of the throttle valve, and a check valve is provided in each bypass air introduction passage of each cylinder . A second feature is that the intake passage volume downstream of the throttle valve per cylinder or the cylinder volume per cylinder is set to be approximately equal to or greater than the cylinder volume per cylinder. In this configuration, the bypass air that has passed through the bypass air control valve once flows into the volume chamber, flows into the bypass air introduction passage of each cylinder from this volume chamber, passes through the check valve, and passes through the check valve. It is introduced downstream of the valve.
[0007]
In the present invention, since the check valve is provided in the bypass air introduction passage of each cylinder, the reverse flow of the bypass air due to the intake pressure pulsation of each cylinder is blocked by the check valve and passes through the bypass air introduction passage of each cylinder. The intake pressure pulsation of each cylinder is prevented from interfering with each other. Moreover, since the volume chamber is provided on the downstream side of the bypass air control valve, combined with the bypass air backflow prevention effect by the check valve, the pressure fluctuation of the bypass air in the volume chamber is effectively suppressed, The pressure of the bypass air in the volume chamber is stabilized. Thereby, the variation in the flow rate of the bypass air introduced from the volume chamber to the downstream side of the throttle valve of each cylinder is reduced, and the idling speed is stabilized.
[0008]
In this case, if the volume of the volume chamber is small, the effect of suppressing pressure fluctuation in the volume chamber is small. Therefore, as in claim 1 , the volume of the volume chamber is set to the intake passage volume downstream of the throttle valve per cylinder or 1 The cylinder volume per cylinder may be set to be approximately equal to or more than that. In this way, it is possible to secure a sufficient volume to absorb the influence of the fluctuation of the bypass air introduction amount due to the fluctuation of the intake pressure of each cylinder in the volume chamber, and the pressure chamber has a sufficient pressure fluctuation suppressing effect. Obtainable.
[0009]
Incidentally, the bypass air control valve may be used as the motor-driven to control the bypass air flow rate by changing the degree of opening of the valve body by a stepping motor or the like, but as of
[0010]
When the bypass control valve of the duty control type is used, the amount of air sucked into the volume chamber through the bypass air control valve varies as the bypass air control valve opens / closes. If there is no volume chamber on the side, the flow rate of the bypass air introduced into each cylinder fluctuates with the opening / closing of the bypass air control valve, and the idle rotation speed becomes unstable. Since the volume chamber is provided on the downstream side of the control valve, the pressure fluctuation of the bypass air due to the opening / closing of the bypass air control valve can be suppressed by the volume chamber, and the flow rate of the bypass air introduced into each cylinder can be reduced. It can be stabilized.
[0011]
By the way, at the time of deceleration or racing with the throttle valve fully closed, the intake negative pressure of each cylinder increases, the amount of air introduced from the volume chamber to each cylinder increases, and the pressure of the bypass air in the volume chamber tends to decrease. Therefore, as described in claims 3 and 6 , when the throttle valve is fully closed and decelerated, the bypass air control valve is configured so that the flow rate of the bypass air flowing into the volumetric chamber is greater than or equal to a predetermined amount during the racing or after the racing. Is preferably controlled. In this way, it is possible to suppress the pressure drop in the volume chamber (decrease in the air volume in the volume chamber) caused by deceleration when the throttle valve is fully closed, or racing, and when the engine is shifted to idle operation, it is sufficient for each cylinder immediately. An amount of bypass air flow can be introduced and the idling speed can be quickly stabilized.
[0012]
Further, in the configuration in which the intake passage of each cylinder is provided from the air box in which the air cleaner is housed as in the fourth , eighth , and twelfth , the volume chamber may be arranged in the air box. In this way, it is not necessary to install the volume chamber outside, the entire system can be made compact, and the appearance of the appearance can be improved.
[0013]
Further , as in the fifth , ninth , and tenth aspects , a plurality of bypass air passages for introducing the bypass air into the volume chamber may be provided in parallel, and a bypass air control valve may be provided in each bypass air passage. In this way, the adjustment range of the bypass air flow rate can be expanded by the plurality of bypass air control valves, and the idle speed control performance can be enhanced.
