Claims (3)

建物の開口に設けられる建物開口部用シャッター枠と、
前記シャッター枠の上部に設けられるとともに、シャッター板を上げ下げする巻上ドラムを内蔵したシャッターボックスと、
前記シャッター板の下部に具備され、該シャッター板を閉鎖位置に固定する錠装置と、を有するシャッターであって、
前記錠装置に備えられた係合部と、
前記縦枠に設けられたガイドレール、又は前記シャッター枠の下枠に具備され、前記係合部に係合する被係合部と、
前記係合部と前記被係合部とが係合した施錠状態を上方へ移動又は回動により解除する解除部材と、を備え、
前記解除部材に紐状の遠隔操作部材を上方へも下方へも引っ張り可能に連結し、該遠隔操作部材には先端に磁石を備えた摘みが具備され、
前記摘みを上方に引き上げ操作することにより、前記解除部材が上方に移動又は回動されて前記錠装置が開錠されるとともに、前記シャッター板が上方に引き上げられ、前記摘み部を下方に引き下げ操作して、前記シャッター板を閉鎖位置に押し下げることにより前記錠装置は自動に施錠状態となり、1本の前記遠隔操作部材で前記施錠装置の開錠、前記シャッター板の引き上げ、及び前記シャッター板の引き下げが可能であることを特徴とするシャッター。
