【0001】

【0013】
具体的には縦溝4は、図3(b)に示されるように両足の大腿部M2及び臀部M1が載置される個所を深く形成するものであり、左側から4a(3mm)、4b(6mm)、4c(13mm)、4d(21mm)、4e(23mm)、4f(23mm)、4g(23mm)、4h(21mm)、4i(16mm)、4j(16mm)、4k(21mm)、4l(23mm)、4m(23mm)、4n(23mm)、4o(21mm)、4p(13mm)、4q(6mm)、4r(3mm)に深さが形成されている(それぞれカッコ内の数値が溝Dの深さを示す)。
また横溝3は、図3(c)に示されるように臀部M1が載置される個所を深く形成するものであり、前方から3a(18mm)、3b(17mm)、3c(17mm)、3d(16mm)、3e(16mm)、3f(15mm)、3g(13mm)、3h(13mm)、3i(16mm)、3j(21mm)、3k(23mm)、3l(23mm)、3m(21mm)、3n(16mm)、3o(10mm)、3p(3mm)に深さが形成されている(それぞれカッコ内の数値が溝Dの深さを示す)。
【0014】
具体的数値設定例を示すと、縦溝4により区画されるブロック要素5の横幅は、図3(b)に示されるように左側からP1(35mm)、P2(10mm)、P3(10mm)、P4(15mm)、P5(15mm)、P6(20mm)、P7(20mm)、P8(15mm)、P9(10mm)、P10(10mm)、P11(10mm)、P12(15mm)、P13(20mm)、P14(20mm)、P15(15mm)、P16(15mm)、P17(10mm)、P18(10mm)、P19(35mm)の間隔に設定されている(それぞれカッコ内の数値が横隔を示す)。
また横溝3により区画されるブロック要素5の奥行き方向の縦幅は、図3(c)に示されるように前側からPa(10mm)、Pb(10mm)、Pc(10mm)、Pd(10mm)、Pe(10mm)、Pf(10mm)、Pg(10mm)、Ph(15mm)、Pi(15mm)、Pj(15mm)、Pk(20mm)、Pl(20mm)、Pm(20mm)、Pn(15mm)、Po(15mm)、Pp(15mm)、Pq(10mm)、Pr(105mm)の間隔に設定されている(それぞれカッコ内の数値が縦幅を示す)。
【0015】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cushion material that can be used for a chair, a mattress, and the like, and in particular, a body element of a user or the like is dispersed, and a block element that is buckled and adjacent to a block element formed on the surface of a cushion base material. In this structure, the top is prevented from being caught and restored, so that the body pressure dispersion effect by compression deformation can be obtained sufficiently stably.
[0002]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Conventionally, there are various prior arts relating to various cushioning materials for receiving body pressure in a distributed manner and preventing ischemia caused by skin pulling and pressure ulcers to be developed in the future. Among these many prior arts, in the experiment conducted by the present applicant, for example, in the case of a cushion material for a chair, body pressure dispersion is performed by molding or the like as shown in FIG. 6 (a). The
However, the
[0003]
As described above, in the cushioning material, by forming a large number of block elements 5 'by forming narrow grooves D' in a grid pattern or the like, a body pressure is distributed and received or the skin is pulled. There is also a prior art for preventing ischemia caused by the drift (see, for example,
However, the block element 5 'partitioned by such a large number of grooves D' remains buckled as shown in FIG. 8 (c) when subjected to body pressure as shown in FIG. 8 (b). There was a problem in that it was not restored, the buffer support by the originally intended compression deformation was not made, and the intended effect could not be obtained.
[0004]
The above-mentioned problems are caused by the inventor's experiments that this resilience is impaired when the top 5a 'of the block element 5' is held on the peripheral side surface of the adjacent block element 5 '. Therefore, it was inferred that the restoring property of the block element 5 'could always be obtained by preventing the top 5a' of the block element 5 'from being held on the peripheral side surface of the adjacent block element 5'. .

Next, Comparative Example 4 will be described. This is an experimental example for reference in which body pressure dispersion measurement was performed without using any cushion material.
[0025]
The experimental results are as shown in Table 1 and FIG. 7, and the dispersion of body pressure is the best in Comparative Example 1. However, since it is mold-molded in terms of manufacturing cost, the initial investment is expensive, and there are many types of cost-effective It cannot be provided in terms of effectiveness. In addition, although Example 1 is not as large as Comparative Example 1, it is excellent in dispersion of body pressure, the manufacturing cost is not so expensive, and if the technique of cutting the groove D with a grinder or the like is adopted, the processing is easy. A wide variety is also available. In Comparative Example 1, body pressure dispersion is efficiently performed if the subject has a standard body shape as described above. However, when used by a person whose body shape is largely out of the standard, the body pressure dispersion is This is not performed efficiently, and particularly when the buttocks M1 and the thigh M2 are small with respect to the three-dimensional concave shape, the performance is extremely lowered. On the other hand, the performance of Example 1 is not drastically reduced even when used by a person who has a large body shape and deviates from the standard, and a certain body pressure dispersion effect can be obtained. In Comparative Example 2, body pressure dispersion is inferior to that of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1, and the manufacturing cost is about the same as that of Example 1. In Comparative Example 3, body pressure dispersion is inferior to that of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1, and the manufacturing cost is low. Of course, in Comparative Example 4 in which no cushion material is used, body pressure dispersion is not made at all compared to other Examples 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3.
From the above, it can be said that Example 1 is most excellent as a cushioning material in consideration of cost.
