Description
連結されているので、レバー部材が小型化され、その揺動角度が小さくても、クラッチ部
材の歯部が爪車に噛み合う前にトリガレバーが戻ることを確実に防止することができる。
即ち小型化に対応可能なクラッチ装置を実現することができる。
本発明の第2の態様に係るクラッチ装置は、前記第1の態様において、前記差動装置は、前記レバー回動ギアの周方向の一部に形成された係合突部と、前記レバー軸の周方向の一部に形成された、前記係合突部と係合可能な被係合突部から構成され、前記駆動モータの駆動力が前記レバー回動ギアに伝達され、前記レバー回動ギアが回転を始めたとき、前記係合突部が、前記被係合突部に当接するまでは前記駆動力が前記レバー軸に伝達されず、前記レバー部材が回動しないように構成されていることを特徴とするものである。
本態様によれば、レバー回動ギアが30°乃至35°だけ回転する間はレバー部材は回動しないので、係合爪のクラッチ係合部への再係合を防止することができる。
次に、図12から図14に基づいて、給送ローラ5およびカム軸13への駆動伝達系11について説明する。駆動モータ19の出力ピニオン81には、第1ギア83(図1のギア21)が歯合し、第1ギア83と複合ギアになっている第2ギア85を介してホッパ2の自動給送機構へ駆動力が伝達され、同様に第1ギア83と複合ギアになっている第3ギア87を介してインク吸引ポンプへ駆動力が伝達される。
即ち、図24において歯部94がギア歯79との係合を解除するためには、先端部分156が回動軌跡157に沿って回動しなければならないが、回動軌跡157がギア歯79を横切っているため、爪車92が逆方向に回転しなければ歯部94がギア歯79との係合を解除できないようになっている。
Claims (5)
- 一の駆動モータから駆動力が伝達される駆動側ギアと、
前記駆動側ギアから被駆動系部材への動力伝達をオンおよびオフするための前記駆動側ギアと歯合可能な歯部、および係合爪からなるクラッチ部材と、
前記駆動側ギアと前記歯部が歯合するように付勢する付勢手段と、
前記係合爪と係合可能なクラッチ係合部を有し、レバー軸を中心に回動可能なレバー部材と、
前記レバー軸と軸線を同じくして設けられ、前記一の駆動モータから駆動力が伝達されるレバー回動ギアとを備え、
前記レバー部材は、前記係合爪へ近づく方向に回動し、前記クラッチ係合部が前記係合爪に係合することにより、前記駆動側ギアと前記歯部とが歯合したクラッチ係合状態から前記駆動側ギアと前記歯部とが歯合解除したクラッチ非係合状態に切り替え、
前記レバー回動ギアと前記レバー軸は差動装置を介して連結され、該差動装置は、前記クラッチ係合部が前記係合爪に近づくタイミングを、前記レバー回転ギアの回転開始時より遅らせることを特徴とするクラッチ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のクラッチ装置において、前記差動装置は、前記レバー回動ギアの周方向の一部に形成された係合突部と、前記レバー軸の周方向の一部に形成された、前記係合突部と係合可能な被係合突部から構成され、
前記駆動モータの駆動力が前記レバー回動ギアに伝達され、前記レバー回動ギアが回転を始めたとき、前記係合突部が、前記被係合突部に当接するまでは前記駆動力が前記レバー軸に伝達されず、前記レバー部材が回動しないことを特徴とするクラッチ装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のクラッチ装置おいて、前記係合突部が被係合突部に係合しない前記差動装置における差動角度が30°乃至35°であることを特徴とするクラッチ装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のクラッチ装置と、被記録材に送り力を作用する給送ローラが固定され前記駆動側ギアから動力伝達されて回転する前記被駆動系部材に属する給送ローラ軸とを備えた被記録材給送装置。
- 被記録材給送装置と、該被記録材給送装置から給送される被記録材に記録を実行する記
録実行部とを備えた記録装置であって、前記被記録材給送装置は請求項4に記載の被記録
材給送装置であることを特徴とする記録装置。
