【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ventilation method for ventilating the inside of a tunnel mine during the cutting of the tunnel mine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the tunnel mine in the middle of cutting, particularly in the vicinity of the face, there is a large amount of dust generated by cutting natural ground. If the tunnel mine is filled with dust, it is not preferable in the working environment and may adversely affect the operation and maintenance of machinery, etc. It is necessary to take in fresh air and ventilate. The conventional tunnel tunnel ventilation method is based on diluting the dust in the tunnel mine by sending air or the like and then discharging it outside the tunnel mine. However, in such a ventilation method, the dust is diluted, so that it is possible to prevent the dust from being filled to a specific location such as the face side, but the dust is easily diffused throughout the tunnel tunnel. That is, although it is diluted, the dust spreads throughout the tunnel mine, so the improvement effect of the working environment is not so high.
[0003]
As what solves such a conventional problem, for example, what is described in Patent Document 1 is known. In the ventilation method described in this document, an air curtain is formed in the vicinity of the face so as to close the inside of the tunnel mine by ejecting fresh air toward the face from a position spaced from the face to the wellhead side, By sucking the air in the vicinity of the face, the air in the vicinity of the face is discharged while moving the air curtain toward the face. Thereby, the dust generated in the face can be confined in the vicinity of the face by the air curtain, and the scattering region can be narrowed, and the dust suction efficiency can be increased.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-349200
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a ventilation method, the air supply direction is the face direction, and fresh air is blown out toward the face surface. With such an air supply method, unevenness occurs in the flow velocity distribution of the air flow in the radial direction (transverse direction) in the tunnel mine, and it is difficult to generate the air flow uniformly. That is, it is difficult to form an air curtain having a uniform flow, and it cannot be said that the dust generated in the tunnel mine can be prevented from being accurately diffused.
[0006]
As a result of independent investigations by the present inventors, if the air supply direction is set to a predetermined value and a swirling flow is generated in the tunnel tunnel, a more uniform air layer can be formed, and the dust can be more diffused. It was found that it can be accurately prevented.
[0007]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and it aims at providing the ventilation method in a tunnel mine which can prevent the spreading | diffusion of the dust which generate | occur | produced in the tunnel mine, and can improve a working environment significantly.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 is a ventilation method for ventilating the inside of the tunnel mine during the cutting of the tunnel mine, and the exhaust duct is arranged so as to extend from the position near the face in the tunnel mine toward the wellhead. In addition, an air supply duct is disposed so as to extend in the face direction from the tunnel pit entrance, and the fresh air sucked from outside the tunnel mine is used in the face direction of the exhaust duct using the air supply duct. From a predetermined position closer to the wellhead than the end, and closer to the face than the end in the wellhead direction of the exhaust duct, it is blown out in one of the transverse directions along the inner wall surface of the tunnel well. At the same time, using the exhaust duct, the air in the vicinity of the face sucked from the face direction end part side is exhausted from the well direction end part side to the well side.
[0009]
Thus, using the air supply duct, the fresh air sucked from the outside of the tunnel mine is closer to the wellhead side than the end face side of the exhaust duct and closer to the face side than the end face side of the exhaust duct in the wellhead direction Since the air is blown out in one of the transverse directions along the inner wall surface in the tunnel mine from the predetermined position, the supplied fresh air spirals along the inner wall surface of the tunnel mine. While gradually turning, it gradually moves toward the face direction and the wellhead direction. Due to the swirling flow of fresh air, an air layer is formed in the tunnel mine to divide the mine space into the front side and the rear side in the face direction. That is, by forming such an air layer, a large amount of dust generated in the vicinity of the face is suppressed from diffusing to the wellhead side and is contained in the vicinity of the face.
The air in the vicinity of the face containing a large amount of dust is exhausted to the wellhead side from the predetermined position where the air layer is formed, so that the dust in the vicinity of the face is quickly and accurately removed. As a result, it is prevented that the dust is filled in a specific portion.
[0010]
In particular, the present invention is characterized in that the fresh air supply amount is set to be larger than the air exhaust amount in the vicinity of the face.
[0011]
In this way, by setting the amount of fresh air supply larger than the amount of exhaust, it is possible to form a thicker air layer and reduce the unevenness of the flow velocity distribution of the airflow near the face, A more uniform flow air layer can be formed.
[0014]

In each case, the exhaust amount from the
[0028]
The simulation results for the flow velocity distribution in each case are shown in FIGS. Each of these figures is a flow velocity distribution diagram when the position 10 m from the face Tf is viewed in the wellhead direction, and shows the flow velocity distribution of the airflow flowing from the wellhead side to the faceface direction. In these drawings, the illustration of the airflow flowing from the face side toward the wellhead is omitted.
[0029]
In the simulation of the first case, as shown in FIG. 3, an airflow in the face direction of approximately 0.3 to 0.6 m / s is generated near the center. In the simulation of the second case, as shown in FIG. 4, an air flow in the face direction of about 0.2 to 0.7 m / s is generated near the center, as compared with the case of the first case. The overall flow rate is faster and the unevenness of the flow rate distribution is larger. What is common to these two cases is that the flow velocity in the left half in the figure in which the
[0030]
In these two cases, two things can be considered. First, since fresh air is blown out in the direction of the wellhead, an air layer can be formed locally, but it is considered difficult to form it uniformly throughout the entire transverse direction. Secondly, the amount of air exhausted near the face is greater than the amount of fresh air supplied, so a large amount of fresh air flows directly into the tunnel mine that has become negative pressure, It is considered that this interferes with fresh air supplied from the
[0031]
On the other hand, in the simulation of the third case, as shown in FIG. 5, an air flow in the face direction of approximately 0.3 to 0.6 m / s is generated near the center, and unevenness of the flow velocity distribution is generated. Has been greatly relaxed, and there is no significant difference between the left and right flow velocities.
[0032]
First of all, since fresh air is blown out in the transverse direction and a swirling flow is generated along the inner wall surface, the fresh air is distributed uniformly over the entire transverse direction, and therefore there is little unevenness in the flow velocity distribution. It is considered that a more uniform flow air layer is formed. Secondly, since the supply amount of fresh air is set to be larger than the exhaust amount of air in the vicinity of the face, the fresh air hardly flows directly into the tunnel tunnel from the wellhead. Therefore, the interference between the fresh airs is almost eliminated, and the flow rate of the swirling flow flowing from the outlet toward the wellhead can be increased, so that a thicker air layer is formed.
[0033]
For this reason, by blowing fresh air into the tunnel mine so as to generate a swirling flow, and by setting the amount of fresh air supplied to be a predetermined amount greater than the displacement, the thick air layer becomes more stable. It is estimated that it is formed. In this way, it can be said that the thick air layer is stably formed, so that it is possible to more effectively prevent the dust from diffusing and contain it in the vicinity of the face, and a larger working environment improvement effect is expected. it can.
[0034]
In the ventilation method in the tunnel mine T according to the present embodiment, fresh air sucked from outside the tunnel mine T using the
In this way, diffusion of dust is prevented by the fresh air supplied, and dust is contained in a specific location such as the position near the face, and the large amount of dust is exhausted to the wellhead Tr side together with air. The tunnel tunnel T can be quickly and accurately ventilated, and the working environment can be greatly improved.
[0035]
In addition, by setting the amount of fresh air supplied to be larger than the amount of air exhausted near the face, a thicker air layer can be formed, and the section where the air layer is formed is fresh. While being able to fill with air, the nonuniformity of the flow velocity distribution of the airflow in the vicinity of the face can be reduced, and an air layer with a more uniform flow can be formed. Therefore, most of the sections in the tunnel mine T can be filled with fresh air, and the dust can be more effectively prevented from diffusing and more reliably contained in the vicinity of the face. As a result, the dust removal efficiency can be improved while improving the working environment more accurately, so that the ventilator 1 can be operated efficiently.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the tunnel mine ventilation method according to the present invention, the configuration as described above is adopted, so that the diffusion of the dust generated in the tunnel mine can be prevented and the dust can be accurately removed. This can greatly improve the working environment.
