Claims (8)
- ターボジェットエンジンのファンの羽根(2)のサポートディスク(1)のための羽根間プラットフォーム(3)であって、第1の固定柱脚(8)を通すための第1の孔(7)を備えた第1の固定脚(6)と、第2の固定柱脚(12)および第3の固定柱脚(13)を通すための第2の孔(10)および第3の孔(11)を備えた第2の固定脚(9)とを備えた下面(5)を有する偏向部分(4)を有し、前記固定柱脚(8、12、13)は、隣接する2枚の羽根(2)間で、前記サポートディスク(1)に前記固定脚(6、9)を連結させ、
前記第3の固定柱脚(13)が、前記第1の固定柱脚(8)および第2の固定柱脚(12)の応力抵抗より小さい応力抵抗を有することを特徴とするプラットフォーム。 - 前記第1の孔(7)および第2の孔(10)が、互いにほぼ向かい合った、前記第1の固定脚(6)および第2の固定脚(9)に置かれ、前記第1の固定柱脚(8)と第2の固定柱脚(12)が、同一軸(X)に沿ってほぼ一直線に並ぶことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプラットフォーム。
- 前記第1の孔(7)および第2の孔(10)が、ほぼ同じ寸法をもち、選択された第1の断面を有する第1の固定柱脚(8)および第2の固定柱脚(12)を受けることができ、さらに、前記第3の孔(11)が、前記第1の断面より小さな第2の断面を有する第3の固定柱脚(13)を受けることができるように、前記第1の孔(7)および第2の孔(10)よりはるかに小さい寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプラットフォーム。
- 前記第3の固定柱脚(13)が、前記第1の固定柱脚(8)および第2の固定柱脚(12)を構成する材料より応力抵抗が小さい材料で製作されることを特徴とする、請求項1または3に記載のプラットフォーム。
- 第2の固定脚(9)の前記第2の孔(10)および第3の孔(11)が、ほぼ同じ高さで互いに並んで置かれることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプラットフォーム。
- 金属材料で製作されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のプラットフォーム。
- 複合材料で製作されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のプラットフォーム。
- それぞれが隣接する羽根(2)の対の間に差し挟まれた請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の複数の羽根間プラットフォーム(3)を有することを特徴とする、羽根のサポートディスク(1)。
