Description
The present invention relates to a pile head cap that covers an upper end of a pile head of a steel pipe pile placed on the ground in order to improve soft ground and support a building such as a house.
In order to obtain the support of a building on soft ground, there is a construction method in which a pile is placed on a strong support layer in the basement and the building is supported by the pile. Such piles include off-the-shelf piles such as steel pipe piles, and cast-in-place piles that excavate the ground, inject concrete, and solidify. However, these piles are used to support relatively small buildings such as houses. Steel pipe piles that can be driven in without soil and without vibration are frequently used.
Since such steel pipe piles support the foundation of the building, the upper end is a position slightly lower than the ground, so soil and rainwater around the steel pipe piles from the upper end of the steel pipe piles to the interior after placement. May invade. In order to prevent this, it is common to cover the pile head of the steel pipe pile after placing. Conventionally, the lid of the steel pipe pile was fixed to the upper end by welding, but the welding work is easily affected by the weather at the construction site, the point that the work time is long, and a specialized worker is necessary, There was a problem that the lid by welding was expensive. In addition, the pile head lid may be removed to inspect whether the steel pipe pile is driven to the depth of the support layer, but if the lid is fixed by welding, it will take time to remove. There was a problem. Then, it replaced with the conventional welding fixation, and the pile head cap which can be easily fitted and detached with the pile head of a steel pipe pile is used, and the attachment or detachment to a pile head can be performed easily (refer patent document 1). .
Moreover, in joining of the pile head of a steel pipe pile, and a foundation, as shown in FIG. 12, for example, there exists a structure which penetrates the
However, in the case of a structure where only the
On the other hand, since the pile diameter and length of the
The present invention has been made in view of these points, and even if a force such as an earthquake acts on a steel pipe pile, the foundation is not destroyed and the steel pipe pile is prevented from being completely detached from the foundation. It aims to provide a means. Another object of the present invention is to provide a pile head cap that can be used in common for a plurality of steel pipe piles having different pile diameters.
Pile cap according to the present invention, bent so as to protrude downward so as to become the to cut it cut portion at a predetermined position of the large plate than I該 upper covering the upper end of the steel pipe pile-shaped central portion calyx A plurality of fitting claws are formed so as to surround the outer periphery of the pile head of the steel pipe pile , and further project downward from the plate so as to surround the periphery of the pile head on the peripheral side of the plate from the fitting claws. It is characterized by comprising the following.
In the pile head cap, the present invention is characterized in that a plurality of fitting claws are formed for each pile diameter.
Moreover, this invention WHEREIN: In the said pile head cap, these 2nd fitting claws are the 1st common fitting claws with respect to the steel pipe pile from which a pile diameter differs, and the 2nd formed for every steel pipe pile from which a pile diameter differs. It is characterized by being fitted to the pile head of one steel pipe pile by the fitting claws.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that, in the pile head cap, a fixing claw for fixing the plate and the foundation protrudes on the upper surface of the plate.
According to the pile head cap according to the present invention, a plurality of fitting claws bent so that a cut portion cut at a predetermined position of a plate protrudes downward so that a central portion has a U-shape is provided. At this time, the fitting claw is brought into contact with the pile head and slightly bent outward, and the reaction force causes the central portion to press against the outer peripheral surface of the pile head. As a result, the plate can be firmly fixed to the pile head. Since a plate and each fitting nail | claw can be integrally formed from one steel plate, this pile head cap can be produced simply and at low cost. In addition, since a brace that surrounds the periphery of the steel pipe pile is provided on the peripheral side of the plate's fitting claw, a horizontal force acts on the steel pipe pile due to an earthquake or the like, and the pile head swings along the bottom surface of the foundation. When this occurs, the steady rest comes into contact with the pile head and restricts the swing to a predetermined range. Thereby, a steel pipe pile does not shake greatly and remove | deviate from a foundation. Furthermore, there is an advantage that the pile head cap is fixed to the lower surface of the foundation when the concrete of the foundation slightly enters into the holes after the fitting claws are cut and raised and the concrete is solidified.
Moreover, according to the present invention, the plurality of fitting claws are formed so as to correspond to a plurality of types of steel pipe piles having different pile diameters, so that this pile head cap can be shared by steel pipe piles having different pile diameters. Thereby, it is not necessary to produce and manage a pile head cap for every pile diameter of a steel pipe pile, and since only one type of pile head cap is carried into the construction site, it is easy to manage the carry-in.
Moreover, according to this invention, it consists of the 1st fitting nail | claw which formed the fitting nail | claw with respect to the steel pipe pile of a different pile diameter, and the 2nd fitting nail | claw formed for every diameter, respectively. Thus, the number of fitting claws can be reduced by providing different fitting claws for steel pipe piles having different pile diameters. As a result, when the plate is cut and raised to form the fitting claws, the number of cut and raised portions of the plate is reduced, so that the pile head cap can be easily manufactured and the strength of the plate can be prevented from lowering.
In addition, according to the present invention, since the fixing claw for fixing the plate and the foundation protrudes from the upper surface of the plate, the pile head cap and the foundation are firmly coupled. As a result, in the event of an earthquake, the foundation and the pile head cap are united, and the vibration of the steel pipe pile can be regulated to a predetermined range by the above-mentioned vibration prevention, and the vibration prevention effect can be exhibited more remarkably. it can.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 show a
The
The
Next, the arrangement of the
Each fitting nail |
As shown in the figure, the common fitting claw 3a and the
The other
Further, the
By arranging the
In addition, in this Embodiment, four fitting claws correspond to one steel pipe pile among two common fitting claws 3a and
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Hereinafter, the usage method of this
As shown in FIG. 7, the
After that, the work for laying a normal foundation such as setting up the formwork by placing back the surroundings of the

Hereinafter, modified examples of the
As shown in FIG. 10, the pile head cap 5 according to this modified example has a fixed
By providing such a
