[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a rice mill for household use, and is intended to perform rice milling of a desired degree of milling within a predetermined time.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Rice mills for household use have been developed to meet the needs of storing rice in brown rice and polishing it immediately before eating so as not to impair the taste of rice. Conventionally, as this kind of rice milling machine, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-13793, a cylindrical outer container having a bottom, and an eye installed in the outer container with a space from the inner peripheral wall of the outer container. A cylindrical rice milling container, a rice milling blade attached to a drive shaft provided on the bottom surface of the outer container and rotatable in the rice milling container, and a motor for rotating the drive shaft are provided. There is known one in which the brown rice to be introduced is shed by rotating the milled rice blades.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, with such a conventional rice mill, the rotational load applied to the motor changes according to the amount of rice milling, the progress of rice milling, the type of brown rice to be milled, and the storage period, so it is difficult to keep the rotation speed constant. There was a problem of being. In other words, in the type of rice milling machine that removes rice cake by convection of brown rice in a rice milling container, the rotational load of the motor varies depending on the amount of rice milling, and in the state where the rice is still close to brown rice at the initial stage of rice polishing, However, when the rotational speed of the motor is low and the rice milling progresses and is close to white rice, a phenomenon occurs in which the rotational load is small and the rotational speed of the motor increases, and it is difficult to keep the rotational speed constant. In this way, if the rotation speed of the motor fluctuates during the rice milling operation, even after the given rice milling time has elapsed, depending on the type and storage state of the brown rice to be milled, the milled rice may be insufficient or excessive. There will be variations in the state of the polished rice. Therefore, satisfactory rice milling could not be achieved by setting the rice milling time such as 2 minutes for 1-milled rice and 4 minutes for 2-milled rice.
[0004]
In addition, considering the nutritional aspect, there is a similar problem when performing so-called split rice milling that leaves the rice cake to a certain extent without scraping it, simply shortening the rice milling time required from brown rice to white rice. Then I couldn't finish the rice at the desired level.
[0005]
In response to such problems, the applicant has conducted various experiments, and as a result of rotating the milled rice blades so that the rotational speed in the milled rice is always kept constant regardless of the rotational load, the state becomes brown rice. It was discovered that there is a proportional relationship between the time for polishing and the degree of polishing without being affected. That is, if the rotational speed of the rice milling blade can be kept constant, the rice milling can be performed as desired with a simple control of lengthening and shortening the rice milling time. The present invention was invented based on such knowledge, so that the rotational speed of the motor in the milled rice is kept constant so that the milled rice can be obtained in accordance with the number of milled rice and the degree of milled rice. It is intended to do.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the present invention sets the amount of brown rice to be polished in a type of a rice milling machine in which rice is convected in a rice milling vessel made of a metal net-like material having a finer mesh than rice grains to scrape rice cake. A rice milling amount setting means, a rice milling degree setting means for setting the milling degree of the brown rice to be polished, and a motor according to the rice milling amount set by the rice milling amount setting means and the rice milling degree set by the rice milling degree setting means Storage means for storing the driving time, a rotation speed detection means for detecting the rotation speed of the motor, a rotation speed variable means for changing the rotation speed of the motor, and a rice milling amount set by the rice milling amount setting means. Based on the degree of milling set by the milling degree setting means, the motor drive time is read from the storage means. During this motor drive time, the rotation speed detection means and the rotation speed variable means rotate the motor. Controls to hold the number constant, irrespective of the rice amount and rice degree, is obtained so as to control the motor at operating speed.
[0007]
In addition, a storage unit that stores the energization rate of the motor at the start of the rice milling according to the rice milling amount set by the rice milling amount setting unit is provided, and the control unit controls the rotation speed variable unit and is set by the rice milling amount setting unit. Start driving the motor at the energization rate of the motor given by the storage means based on the amount of polished rice.
[Action]
According to the present invention, the rotational speed of the motor and the driving time of the motor are set by setting the amount of rice polished and the degree of polishing, and when started, the blades for the rice polishing are rotated to convect the brown rice so that the rice and the rice and the rice and the rice polished Rice milling is carried out by rubbing on the inner surface of the container and removing it. During the milling operation, the rotational speed of the motor is constantly detected by the rotational speed detection means. If the rotational speed is higher than the predetermined rotational speed, the rotational speed is decreased, and if the rotational speed is lower than the predetermined rotational speed, the rotational speed is increased. Thus, feedback control is performed to control the rotation speed variable means. The number of rotations of the motor is detected by taking out the current change that appears on the AC waveform during rotation of the AC brush motor. Increasing or decreasing the number of rotations of the motor intermittently energizes the motor and increases or decreases its energization time. It is done by doing. Therefore, the desired rice milling can be achieved only by setting the amount of rice to be polished and the degree of rice polishing by the setting means. In addition, the milling is started with the motor energization rate according to the amount of milled rice, so that it can be rotated immediately and the milling operation can be performed smoothly without causing the rice to scatter or crack. Is started. As a result, regardless of the type, age, amount, and degree of milling of brown rice, the desired milled rice was obtained.

In addition, the motor energization rate at the start of rice polishing by the amount of polished rice is set at an appropriate number of rotations regardless of the setting, considering that the rotational load at the start of polishing is different depending on the amount of polished rice (for example, 1 go and 5 go). It is for letting rice mill start. The energization rate of the motor in this embodiment changes by switching the on / off timing of the motor, and indicates that energization is performed for N1 cycles of the power supply and is disconnected for N2 cycles. The maximum energization value E is set according to the total number.

[0025]
Moreover, in this invention, it has the function of polishing white rice as one of the settings of the degree of rice polishing. Differences from the rice milling operation described above in the operation of polishing white rice will be described. Polishing of white rice is used to scrape the surface of white rice that has been discolored due to a long storage period of the rice or a poor storage state, and a lower rotation speed r (approximately 1600 to 1800 rpm is desirable than normal polished rice) ) By driving the motor. This is because white rice has a low frictional resistance between the rice, and if the rotational speed is too high, the rice will not convect well, and the whole white rice cannot be polished. When the operation is started, white rice is put in a milled rice container instead of brown rice, polished rice is selected with the milling
[0026]
Even when this white rice polishing is set, it is possible to add time with the
[0027]
Although this embodiment is configured as described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above-described embodiment, regardless of the amount of polished rice and the degree of polished rice (excluding polished white rice), it is always controlled at a constant rotation speed. For example, the amount of polished rice is 1800 rpm for 1 go and 2200 rpm for 5 go. It is also possible to set the number of revolutions according to the above and make the rice milling time constant. In this case, the control for keeping the rotational speed at each milling amount constant is the same as the above-described motor rotational speed detection and rotational speed variable control, and the rotational speed is controlled in place of the milling time in the table of FIG. It suffices if data is stored.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is a type of a rice milling machine that performs rice milling by rotating rice milling blades in a rice milling container. The motor rotation speed can be varied so that the detected rotation speed becomes the specified rotation speed, so that the motor rotation speed can always be kept constant and is optimal within a predetermined time Rice polishing can be performed, and rice cracking due to excessive rotation speed and lack of polished rice due to insufficient rotation speed are eliminated.
[0029]
In addition, it has a function to set the amount of milled rice and milled milled rice, and can easily set milled rice according to the user's wishes, all of these settings are constant rotation speed and only the motor drive time is changed Therefore, accurate rice milling is realized with a simple circuit.
[0030]
Furthermore, when starting rice milling, the energization rate of the motor is set according to the amount of rice milling. You can get up to speed quickly.
