Claims (6)
- 複数の扁平型単電池が積層されてなる単電池積層体を平面的に複数配置し、当該単電池積層体を積層方向両面から保持手段によって挟圧し、所定の面圧が各単電池に加わるように保持してなる組電池であって、
前記保持手段は、前記単電池積層体に当接する平板部、および当該平板部の対向する側端部に立設された立板部を有する、前記単電池積層体を加圧する押さえ板と、前記立板部を近接離間させ前記平板部を撓ませる撓み調整部材と、を有することを特徴とする組電池。 - 前記保持手段の撓み調整部材は、対向する前記立板部に開設された通孔を挿通するボルトと、当該ボルトに設けられたナットとを有するネジ機構からなる請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記保持手段は、前記押さえ板に当該押さえ板の剛性を弱める切込み部を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の組電池。
- 前記切込み部は、前記立板部に平行に端部から他端部まで伸延するように形成したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の組電池。
- 前記保持手段は、前記押さえ板に空気が流通する流通孔を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組電池。
- 前記流通孔は、前記立板部に平行に伸延していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の組電池。
