Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to an autonomic nervous function improving agent and food that effectively act on various indefinite complaint syndrome symptoms such as general malaise due to autonomic ataxia, easy fatigue, and stiff shoulders.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Autonomic nerves are composed of sympathetic nerves and parasympathetic nerves. If the balance between these two nerves is lost, general fatigue, easy fatigue, numbness in the limbs, stiff shoulders, tired eyes, headache, reduced concentration, etc. Various indefinite complaint syndrome symptoms occur.
[0003]
Γ-Oryzanol obtained from rice bran oil has an autonomic nerve regulating action and is effective for recovery of stiff shoulders, and a food for recovering stiff shoulders containing γ-oryzanol is commercially available.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such foods are insufficient for recovery of stiff shoulders, and there has been a demand for an agent for improving autonomic nervous function or food effective for recovery of symptoms of indefinite complaint syndrome such as general malaise and stiff shoulders.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, as a result of examining the central nervous system stimulating component, the present inventors have been considered that substances that stimulate the central nervous system in general have an excitatory action and offset the effect of the autonomic nerve regulator, Unexpectedly, the combined use of γ-oryzanol and CNS stimulating components can lead to various indefinite complaint syndrome symptoms such as general malaise, easy fatigue, numbness in the limbs, stiff shoulders, tired eyes, headache and poor concentration. The inventors have found that an excellent effect is exhibited and completed the present invention.
