Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connector and a connector set, and more particularly to a connector and a connector set to which a terminal of a flexible substrate can be connected.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A connector may be used to connect the terminals of the flexible substrate to other substrates, components, or the like. Generally, a connector is provided with a locking member that locks the terminal of the connected flexible board to the connector. However, if the locking member is not securely locked, the terminal of the flexible board may come off. Connection failure may occur.
[0003]
Therefore, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique in which a warning light is turned on when a conductive spring member comes into contact with a contact of an electric circuit when the lock member is disposed at the unlock position. However, the technique described in Patent Document 1 requires an electric circuit and a lighting member, and the structure becomes complicated.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-286014 [0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above facts, and an object of the present invention is to provide a connector and a connector set in which a locked state can be easily confirmed with a simple structure.
[0006]

In order to solve the above-described problem, the connector according to claim 1 includes a conductive member that is in contact with a terminal of the flexible substrate, a contactable position that allows the terminal of the flexible substrate to contact the conductive member, and a flexible member. A lock member that can be moved between a lock position that locks the terminal of the board in contact with the conductive member, and the color changes when pressed, and the color is visible from the outside. The pressing color changing member, a part of the locking member, a pressing portion that presses the pressing color changing member when the locking member is disposed at the locking position, and the pressing color changing member And a connector main body having a recess into which the pressing portion is fitted when the lock member is in the locked position.
[0007]
When connecting the terminal of the flexible substrate to the connector, first, the lock member is disposed at a contactable position. And the terminal of a flexible substrate and the electroconductive member provided in the connector are made to contact, and a lock member is moved to a lock position from a contact possible position. Then, the pressing color changing member is pressed by the pressing member, thereby changing the color of the pressing color changing member. The color of the color changing member is visible from the outside. Therefore, the operator can easily confirm the locked state of the flexible board to the connector by the color change. Moreover, according to the said structure, an electric circuit and a lighting member are unnecessary and it can be set as a simple structure.
[0008]
In addition, as described in claim 2, the connector may further include a connector-side magnetic member that attracts the board-side first magnetic member provided on the terminal of the flexible board. According to this configuration, the connector-side magnetic member and the board-side first magnetic member attract each other, so that the connection state between the connector and the terminals of the flexible board can be strengthened.
[0009]
A connector set according to a third aspect includes the connector according to the second aspect, and a flexible board including a board-side first magnetic member that attracts a connector-side magnetic member provided in the connector.
[0010]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a first embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0025]
As a connector according to the present invention, in this embodiment, a connector 30 used when connecting the flexible substrate 12 and another substrate K will be described as an example. Moreover, the example which comprises the connector set which concerns on this invention with the connector 30 and the flexible substrate 12 is demonstrated.
[0026]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the flexible substrate 12 has a plate shape, and a plurality of wirings 14 are arranged along the plate surface. The outside of the wiring 14 is covered with an insulating member 16. As shown in FIG. 2, a flexible substrate terminal 18 </ b> A as a terminal of each wiring 14 is formed on one side surface of the end portion of the flexible substrate 12. The plurality of flexible board terminals 18A are gathered to constitute the flexible board terminal portion 18. As shown in FIG. 1, a plate-like substrate-side first magnetic member 20 is provided on the surface of the flexible substrate 12 opposite to the surface on which the flexible substrate terminal portion 18 is formed.
[0027]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, the connector 30 includes a connector main body 32, a lock member 34, and a connector connection terminal 36. The connector body 32 has a hollow box shape, and is formed with an insertion port 38 into which the flexible substrate terminal portion 18 of the flexible substrate 12 can be inserted.
[0028]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the lock member 34 includes a cover portion 34 </ b> A that can cover the upper portion of the insertion port 38, a press portion 34 </ b> B that can press a press color changing member 44 to be described later, and flexible when locked. A sandwiching portion 34 </ b> C that sandwiches the substrate 12 is included. A rotation shaft 40 fixed to the connector main body 32 is inserted into the lock member 34, and the lock member 34 is rotatable about the rotation shaft 40. By this rotation, the lock member 34 is movable between a contactable position P1 (see FIG. 3) and a lock position P2 (see FIG. 4). The contactable position P <b> 1 is a position where the cover portion 34 </ b> A does not cover the upper portion of the insertion port 38, and is a position where the flexible substrate 12 can be inserted into the insertion port 38. The lock position P2 is a position where the cover portion 34A covers the upper portion of the insertion port 38, and the flexible substrate 12 inserted between the holding portion 34C and a first connection portion 36A (described later) of the connector connection terminal 36 is held. The flexible substrate 12 is locked at this position. A plate-like connector-side magnetic member 42 that attracts the board-side first magnetic member 20 is provided on the upper surface of the cover portion 34A.
[0029]
A plurality of connector connection terminals 36 are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the insertion port 38 on the back side of the insertion port 38. The connector connection terminal 36 has conductivity, and includes a first connection portion 36A that can be connected to the flexible substrate terminal 18A, and a second connection portion 36B that can be connected to the substrate K (not shown). The first connection portion 36A is disposed on the insertion port 38 side, and the second connection portion 36B is disposed on the side connected to the substrate K.
[0030]
On the inner wall of the upper surface of the connector main body 32, a concave portion 32A is formed into which the pressing portion 34B is fitted when the lock member 34 is positioned at the lock position P2. A pressing color changing member 44 that changes color when pressed is disposed in the recess 32A (the color before the change is “normal color C1” and the color after the change is “pressed color C2”). The pressing color changing member 44 is pressed by the pressing portion 34B when the locking member 34 is positioned at the locking position P2, and the color is changed. The upper surface of the connector main body 32 is made of a transparent member, and the color of the pressing color changing member 44 is visible from the outside.
[0031]
Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.
[0032]
When connecting the flexible substrate 12 and the connector 30, as shown in FIG. 3, the lock member 34 is disposed at the contactable position P <b> 1 and the flexible substrate 12 is inserted into the opened insertion port 38. At this time, the flexible substrate 12 is inserted in a direction in which the flexible substrate terminal portion 18 and the lower surface of the connector main body 32 face each other. Thereby, the flexible substrate terminal 18A of the inserted flexible substrate 12 is brought into contact with each of the corresponding first connection portions 36A. When the lock member 34 is moved to the lock position P2 in this state, as shown in FIG. 4, the flexible substrate 12 is sandwiched between the sandwiching portion 34C and the first connection portion 36A, and the flexible substrate 12 is brought to this position. Locked. Further, the pressing portion 34B is fitted into the concave portion 32A, and the pressing color changing member 44 is pressed by the pressing portion 34B. As a result, the color of the pressing color changing member 44 changes from the normal color C1 to the pressing color C2.
[0033]
Therefore, the operator can easily confirm that the flexible substrate 12 is locked to the connector 30 by visually recognizing that the color of the pressing color changing member 44 has changed to the pressing color C2. Moreover, according to this embodiment, since a lighting member and an electric circuit are not required, it can be set as a simple structure.
[0034]
In addition, the board | substrate side 1st magnetic member 20 and the connector side magnetic member 42 in this embodiment are not necessarily required. In particular, by providing them, the board-side first magnetic member 20 and the connector-side magnetic member 42 attract each other when the lock member 34 is moved to the lock position P2. Therefore, the flexible substrate 12 is fixed to the connector 30 more firmly. Moreover, it can be expected to contribute to noise removal by the ferrite effect.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 5, the board-side second magnetic member 21 that repels the connector-side magnetic member 42 can be provided on the flexible board terminal portion 18 side of the flexible board 12. When the board-side second magnetic member 21 is provided, when the operator tries to move the lock member 34 to the lock position P2 after inserting the flexible board 12 into the insertion port 38 in the reverse direction, the connector-side magnetic member 42 and The board-side second magnetic member 21 repels and the lock member 34 is less likely to move to the lock position P2. Therefore, the operator can easily recognize that the flexible substrate 12 is in the reverse direction.
[Second Embodiment]
In the present embodiment, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0036]
The connector set of the present embodiment includes a connector 50 and a flexible substrate 12. As shown in FIGS. 6, 7, and 8, the connector 50 includes a connector main body 52, a lock member 54, and a connector connection terminal 36. The connector main body 52 has the same configuration as the connector main body 32 except that the concave portion 32A formed in the connector main body 32 of the first embodiment is not provided and the pressing color changing member 44 is not provided. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the lock member 54 includes a cover portion 54A and a sandwiching portion 54C, and has a pressing portion 34B included in the lock member 34 of the first embodiment. There is no configuration. The lock member 54 is movable between the contactable position P1 and the lock position P2. Electronic paper 56 is provided on the upper surface of the cover portion 54A. The electronic paper 56 changes the color visually recognized from the outside by rotating the particles inside by the magnetic force from the substrate-side first magnetic member 20. The color visually recognized from the outside when not receiving the magnetic force from the substrate-side first magnetic member 20 is the normal color C3, and the internal particles rotate by receiving the magnetic force from the substrate-side first magnetic member 20 and are externally applied. The color visually recognized from the above is defined as a rotation color C4.
[0037]
Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.
[0038]
When connecting the flexible substrate 12 and the connector 50, as shown in FIG. 7, the lock member 54 is positioned at the contactable position P1, and the flexible substrate 12 is inserted into the opened insertion port 38. At this time, the flexible board 12 is inserted in such a direction that the flexible board terminal portion 18 faces the lower surface of the connector body 32. Thereby, the flexible substrate terminal 18A of the inserted flexible substrate 12 is brought into contact with each of the corresponding first connection portions 36A. When the lock member 54 is moved to the lock position P2 in this state, as shown in FIG. 8, the flexible substrate 12 is sandwiched between the sandwiching portion 54C and the first connection portion 36A, and the flexible substrate 12 is brought to this position. Locked. Further, the electronic paper 56 receives the magnetic force from the substrate-side first magnetic member 20, and the particles inside thereof are rotated, and the color visually recognized from the outside is changed from the normal color C3 to the rotation color C4.
[0039]
Therefore, the operator can easily confirm that the flexible board 12 is locked to the connector 50 by visually recognizing that the color of the electronic paper 56 has changed to the rotating color. Also in this embodiment, since a lighting member and an electric circuit are not required, a simple structure can be achieved.
[0040]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 9, a connector-side magnetic member 43 that attracts the board-side first magnetic member 20 can be provided in the cover portion 54 </ b> A of the present embodiment. Thereby, when the lock member 54 is moved to the lock position P <b> 2, the board-side first magnetic member 20 and the connector-side magnetic member 42 attract each other, and the flexible board 12 is more firmly fixed to the connector 50. Moreover, it can be expected to contribute to noise removal by the ferrite effect.
[0041]
Similarly to the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the board-side second magnetic member 21 that repels the connector-side magnetic member 42 can be provided on the flexible board terminal portion 18 side of the flexible board 12. As a result, when the operator tries to move the lock member 54 to the lock position P2 after inserting the flexible board 12 into the insertion port 38 in the reverse direction, the connector-side magnetic member 43 and the board-side second magnetic member 21 are moved. Due to repulsion, the lock member 54 is difficult to move to the lock position P2. Therefore, the operator can easily recognize that the flexible substrate 12 is in the reverse direction.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the connector and the connector set of the present invention, an electric circuit and a lighting member are not required, and the lock state of the flexible board to the connector can be easily confirmed with a simple structure.
