Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a printer with a reversing mechanism that can selectively use single-sided printing and double-sided printing, and has a mechanism for reversing the printing surface for performing double-sided printing, and in particular, switching from single-sided printing to double-sided printing and double-sided printing to single-sided printing. The present invention relates to a printing press with a reversing mechanism including a control device having a function capable of handling when an abnormality occurs during a reversal switching process for switching to printing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, printing machines with a reversing mechanism that can selectively use single-sided printing and double-sided printing are known as printing is diversified.
[0003]
When switching from single-sided printing to double-sided printing and switching from double-sided printing to single-sided printing using such a reversing mechanism-equipped printing machine, for example, from the device setting for printing only on one side of a sheet, When an abnormality occurs while the operator is switching the reversing mechanism to set the device to print on both sides of the sheet, this abnormality is detected by the detection switch or sensor and notified. At the same time, the safety switch is activated, thereby stopping the entire printing press and stopping the reverse switching process. Therefore, it is possible for the operator to ensure the safety of the human body and prevent the machine from being damaged while the inversion switching process is being performed by the operator.
[0004]
In addition, when the operator performs the reverse switching process, when the stop switch is pressed, the printing press is forcibly stopped, and it is possible to ensure the safety of the human body and prevent the machine from being damaged.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this way, when the operator performs the reverse switching process, the operator presses the stop switch intentionally or activates the safety switch in order to ensure the safety of the human body or prevent damage to the machine. The switching process is stopped. In addition, when the detection switch or sensor detects an abnormality, it means that some abnormality has occurred in the reverse switching mechanism, and if the reverse switching process is continued as it is, there is a risk of damaging or malfunctioning the machine. It is necessary to cancel.
[0006]
However, if the entire printing press is stopped in the middle of the reverse switching step, this step is interrupted, and if the printing press is rotated again in this state, the normal sheet cannot be conveyed. May cause problems. In addition, when performing a fine adjustment in a certain process, when the entire printing press is stopped, this adjustment is interrupted, and the process is resumed from the state at the time of interruption, the entire printing press is temporarily stopped halfway. The stop causes an adjustment error and makes it difficult to perform an accurate adjustment. Therefore, even if the adjustment is not performed accurately and the process is completed, if the adjustment accuracy is extremely inferior, it may cause a paper feed failure.
[0007]
In addition, as described above, the operator presses the stop switch during the reverse switching process to stop the entire printing press, the entire printing press stops due to the operation of the safety switch, or the reverse switching process is abnormal due to the detection switch or sensor. When the printer is informed or the entire printing press stops due to a power failure, the operator or the like has to restore the printing press to a state where the machine can be rotated using a tool.
[0008]
However, in a printing press with a reverse switching mechanism in which the reverse switching process is fully automated, the recovery operation is a special operation that is not normally performed by an operator, and there is a risk of damage to the machine if an incorrect operation is performed. Also, the operator tends to avoid manual recovery work for the above reason. For this reason, it is necessary to wait for the arrival of a service person who is familiar with such restoration work, and as a result, until the service person arrives at the customer's site where the printing machine is installed and performs manual restoration work. The printer cannot operate. Therefore, once such an abnormality occurs, the printing press must be stopped, so that the reverse switching is interrupted and the productivity of the printing process is greatly reduced.
[0009]
Therefore, in the middle of the reversal switching process, for example, a sheet printing press with a reversing mechanism described in Japanese Patent No. 2878801 is configured to hold the state when an abnormality occurs and the entire printing press is stopped. Safety devices are known. According to this prior art, which stage the work in the reverse switching process is in is held in the keep relay by the operation of the stepping relay, and the main motor of the printing press is kept in the keep relay operation during the reverse switching work. Since the electrical interlock is applied so that the stop state continues by the contact, even if the power is turned off for some reason during the reverse switching operation, the state at the time of the off is held by the keep relay. When the power is turned on again, the state immediately before the off time is reproduced, so that there is little possibility of losing the reverse switching work process, and the main motor interlock is also turned on again. When it becomes, the safety of reverse switching work is guaranteed.
[0010]
However, in such a conventional technique, the process state is held in the keep relay for each node of the inversion switching process. For example, if the inversion switching operation is interrupted between the nodes, the state is accurately maintained. It will not be possible. Therefore, even if the state of the printing press is restored so that an operator such as an operator can rotate, it is difficult to restart the inversion switching process in the middle of the inversion switching process.
[0011]
In addition, if a sensor or switch that detects an abnormality in the reverse switching process breaks down and the printing press is stopped in the middle of the reverse switching process, the reverse switching process cannot be performed even if the restoration work is performed. There is. In this case, since printing cannot be performed in a state where the printing machine is in the middle of the reverse switching process, it is necessary to make the printing machine ready for single-sided printing or double-sided printing. As described above, since this operation is performed by an operator or service person, the burden on the operator or service person increases.
[0012]
In any case, if the printing press stops in the middle of the reversal switching process, there is a problem that it takes time and labor to make the printing press ready for printing.
[0013]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and by storing the state information of the inversion switching process with high accuracy, an abnormality occurred during the inversion switching process, and the process was interrupted. An object of the present invention is to provide a printer with a reversing mechanism that can easily make the printer into a printable state.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem, the present invention is a printing machine with a reversing mechanism having a mechanism capable of single-sided printing and double-sided printing, and having a reversing mechanism for reversing the printing surface of printing paper for performing double-sided printing. When an abnormality occurs during the reversal switching process for switching from single-sided printing to double-sided printing and switching from double-sided printing to single-sided printing, and the reversal switching is stopped in any process, at this time And a control device that performs control to resume from the reverse switching step indicated by the stored state information of the reverse switching step when the normal information is restored from the abnormality. A printing press with a reversing mechanism is provided.
[0015]
According to such an invention, when an abnormality occurs during each of the reverse switching steps, and the reverse switching stops at any step, the control device displays the status information of the reverse switching step at the time of the stop. When the stored and normally recovered from the abnormality, control is resumed from the reverse switching process indicated by the stored state information of the reverse switching process. As a result, during each reverse switching process, when the process is interrupted due to a power failure, an emergency stop switch operation by an operator, or an operation by a safety switch, the process state at this time can be stored accurately. . Therefore, when the reverse switching process is resumed, the process is executed from the accurate process at the time of interruption, so that the machine does not have a problem and can be executed again from the reverse switching process after the interruption.
[0016]
Preferably, the control device includes an abnormality detection unit that detects an abnormality during the reverse switching step, a process stop unit that stops the reverse switching step when an abnormality is detected by the abnormality detection unit, and a stop by the step stop unit. A storage means for storing state information of the reverse switching process when being performed, and a process of restarting from the reverse switching process indicated by the state information of the reverse switching process read from the storage means when recovering from an abnormality normally Restart processing means.
[0017]
According to such an invention, in the control device, when an abnormality is detected by the abnormality detection means during the reverse switching process, the reverse switching process is stopped by the process stop means, and the status information of the reverse switching process at this time is obtained. Stored in the storage means. Then, when recovering from the abnormality normally, the resumption processing means reads the status information of the inversion switching process from the storage means, and resumes from this inversion switching process. Therefore, when the reversal switching process is resumed by providing the control device, it is executed from the exact process at the time of interruption, so that there is no problem in the machine, and the reversal switching after the interruption is performed again. The process can be executed.
[0018]
Preferably, the state information of the inversion switching process includes a process number when the inversion switching process is stopped.
[0019]
According to such an invention, since the process number is included in the state information of the inversion switching process, the inversion switching process is interrupted, and the subsequent inversion switching process is restarted from the inversion switching process indicated by the process number at the time of interruption. Therefore, the accuracy of the inversion switching process at the time of resumption is increased.
[0020]
Further, according to the present invention, as described in claim 4, printing with a reversing mechanism having a mechanism capable of single-sided printing and double-sided printing and having a reversing mechanism for reversing the printing surface of printing paper for performing double-sided printing. In the machine, when an abnormality occurs during each of the reversal switching steps for switching from single-sided printing to double-sided printing and switching from double-sided printing to single-sided printing, when the reversal switching is stopped at any step, Control for storing state information of the reverse switching process at this time, and performing control to return the printing press to the state before the start of the stopped process indicated by the stored state information of the reverse switching process and redo the stopped process Provided is a printer with a reversing mechanism, characterized in that the apparatus is provided.
[0021]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, when the inversion switching process is stopped during any of the processes, the control device stores the state information of the inversion switching process at this time. Then, control is performed to return the printing press to the state before the stopped process indicated by the stored state information and to restart the stopped process. By doing so, there is no need for the operator or service person to manually perform the recovery work.
[0022]
Furthermore, the invention according to
[0023]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the state of the printing press before the control device starts the reversal switching is stored, and when the control device is stopped at any one of the steps of the print switching, the storage is performed. The printer is controlled to return to the state before the start of the reverse switching. By doing so, when the reverse switching process stops halfway and cannot be continued, if the printing performed immediately before the stop is single-sided printing, the single-sided printing is similarly performed immediately before the stop. When is a double-sided printing, the state of the printing press can be returned to a state where double-sided printing is possible. Accordingly, at least one-side printing or both-side printing can be performed.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, in a printing machine with a reversing mechanism having a mechanism capable of single-sided printing and double-sided printing, and having a reversing mechanism for reversing the printing surface of printing paper for performing double-sided printing, When an abnormality occurs during the reversal switching process for switching from single-sided printing to double-sided printing and switching from double-sided printing to single-sided printing, and when this reversal switching is stopped in any process, at this time The reverse switching process is provided with a control device that stores state information of the reverse switching process and resumes from the reverse switching process indicated by the stored state information of the reverse switching process when the state is normally recovered from the abnormality. When the reverse switching process is stopped when the abnormality occurs, the status information of the reverse switching process at the time of the stop is stored, and when normal recovery from the abnormality Status information of the stored inverted switching step can be performed to resume control from the reverse switching process shown. Thereby, during the reverse switching process, when the process is interrupted due to a power failure, an emergency stop switch operation by an operator, or an operation by a safety switch, the process state at this time can be accurately stored. Therefore, when the reverse switching process is resumed, the process is executed from the accurate process at the time of interruption, so that there is no problem in the machine, and the reverse switching process after the interruption can be executed again accurately and efficiently. As a result, the printing press can be easily made ready for printing.
[0052]
When an abnormality occurs during the inversion switching process and the inversion switching is stopped in any of the processes, the status information of the inversion switching process at this time is stored, and the printing machine is returned to the state before the start of the stopped process. By providing a control device that performs control to redo and stop the stopped process, the operator does not have to perform the recovery work of the printing press, thereby reducing the burden on the operator.
[0053]
Then, the state of the printing press before the start of the reverse switching is stored, and when the reverse switching is stopped in any process due to an abnormality during each of the reverse switching processes, the state before the start of the reverse switching is performed. By providing a control device that controls the return of the printing machine to the printer, even if each process of reversal switching becomes infeasible, the printing machine is ready to perform either single-sided printing or double-sided printing. Can be returned.
