Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a folding farm work machine in which an extension work machine body is provided for a work machine body connected to a rear portion of a tractor so as to be movable up and down, and the extension work machine body is foldable with respect to the work machine body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of folding farm work machine, a rotary work machine that performs tillage, leveling, or scraping work is known. In this rotary work machine, the work machine body at the center of the work width is connected to the rear part of the tractor via a connecting device that can be raised and lowered, and the extension work machine body that extends the work width is folded on both the left and right sides of the work machine body. It is deployed as possible. Here, the rotary working part of the work machine body is rotated by the power from the tractor, and the extended rotary working part of the extension work machine body connects the rotary shaft end part of the rotary work part to the rotary shaft end part of the extension rotary work part. It is rotationally driven by doing. Therefore, this folding rotary work machine can perform a narrow work by using the work machine body alone with the extended work machine body on the left and right sides folded with respect to the work machine body at the center. It is also possible to work in a state in which one or both of the left and right extension work machines are horizontally deployed and the work width is extended.
[0003]
In such a rotary work machine, a leveling member for leveling the mud ground crushed by the rotary work part is pivotally supported on the work machine body and the extension work machine so as to be vertically movable at the rear lower part of the machine body. This leveling member needs to separate each leveling member in a state where the extension work machine body is folded with respect to the work machine body, and in a state where the extension work machine body is deployed horizontally with respect to the work machine body, It is necessary to connect each leveling member so that each leveling member moves up and down integrally.
[0004]
As a means for connecting a leveling member in such a folding farm work machine, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-34001, one of the opposing side portions of each leveling member on the work machine main body side or the extension work machine side is provided. When the fitting convex portion is provided, the fitting concave portion is provided on the opposite side portion, and the extension work machine body is deployed horizontally with respect to the work machine main body, the fitting convex part on one leveling member is the other. There is known one that is fitted in a fitting recess in the leveling member and connects both leveling members.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the connecting means of the leveling member in such a folding farm work machine, the fitting recess is provided on one of the side of the work machine main body or the extension work machine body, so that the fitting exposed when working in the folded state There is a problem in that soil or the like enters the recess and closes the recess, making it impossible to smoothly connect the leveling members.
[0006]
In addition, when the leveling member on the work machine main body side and the leveling member on the extended work machine side are connected by uneven fitting, a gap is generated between the side portions of both leveling members unless the mechanical assembly accuracy is considerably increased. There was a problem that the mud ground crushed in the rotary working part flowed out from this gap and the necessary leveling function could not be achieved. Furthermore, high assembly when requesting the accuracy, there is a problem that the structure also can not be obtained both high productivity becomes costly and complicated.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to cope with such a problem. Specifically, when a leveling member is connected in a folding farm work machine, a reliable connection is possible, and a simple structure is provided. Then, it aims at preventing mud from flowing out between the connected leveling members.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the claimed invention according to the present invention has the following features.
[0009]
The invention according to claim 1 is connected to the rear portion of the tractor so as to be movable up and down, and has a working machine body including a rotary working unit driven by power from the tractor, and extends the working width with respect to the working machine body. It is possible to select a state in which the extension work machine body is horizontally deployed with respect to the work machine body and a state in which the extension work machine body is folded with respect to the work machine body. In the folded agricultural work machine, the work machine main body and the extension work machine body include a leveling member that is pivotally supported at the lower rear part of the machine body so as to be movable up and down, and each leveling member includes both leveling members in the unfolded state. Connecting means is provided for connecting the first cooperating body for cooperating both the leveling members as the leveling member on the working machine body side rises and the leveling member on the working machine body side. Accompanying both Characterized by comprising the second cooperating elements which cooperate with member.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, on the premise of the above-mentioned folding farm work machine, the first cooperative body and the second cooperative body are each composed of a pair of projecting members projecting from opposite sides of both leveling members, In one cooperative body, the projecting member on the work machine body side is overlaid under the projecting member on the extension work machine body side, and in the second cooperative body, the projecting member on the work machine body side is above the projecting member on the extension work machine body side. It is characterized by being superimposed on.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, on the premise of the above- described folding farm working machine, one of the pair of projecting members in at least one of the first or second cooperative bodies is supported so as to be able to project and retract toward the opposite side. The other member has a contact surface that contacts the member.
[0012]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, on the premise of the above-described folding farm working machine, the tip of the one protruding member abuts on the guide plate on the side surface of the other protruding member in the expanded state, and the two leveling members are connected to ground resistance. The one projecting member once retracted by the guide plate is projected onto the contact surface of the other projecting member when the height becomes the same.
[0013]
The invention according to claim 5 is characterized in that the first or second cooperative body is composed of a plate-like projecting member formed along a side portion of the leveling member, on the premise of the above-described folding farm working machine.
[0014]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, on the premise of the above-described folding farm working machine, the leveling member includes a first leveling member pivotally supported by the machine body and a second leveling member pivotally supported below the first leveling member. The connecting means is provided on each of the first leveling member and the second leveling member.
[0015]
According to the invention according to each of such claims, the following operations are performed.
[0016]
That is, the folding farm work machine is connected to the rear part of the tractor so as to be movable up and down, and has a work machine body provided with a rotary work part that is driven by power from the tractor, and extends the work width with respect to the work machine body. It is possible to select a state in which the extension work machine body is horizontally deployed with respect to the work machine body and a state in which the extension work machine body is folded with respect to the work machine body. It is possible to perform narrow work by using the work machine body alone with the extension work machine body on the left and right sides folded with respect to the work machine body in the center part. It is also possible to work in a state where one or both are installed in an extended state and the work width is extended.
[0017]
In addition, the work machine body and the extension work machine body are provided with leveling members that are pivotally supported at the rear lower part of the machine body so as to be movable up and down, and each leveling member includes both the leveling members in a state where the work machine body and the extension work machine body are deployed. Since the connecting means for connecting the two leveling members is connected, the leveling members can be connected and moved up and down integrally during deployment, and uniform leveling can be performed within the extended work width. When the extension work machine body is folded with respect to the main body, each leveling member can be separated.
[0018]
The connecting means for connecting the leveling members pivotally supported by the machine body of the work machine main body and the extension work machine body is a first cooperating body for cooperating both leveling members as the leveling member on the work machine main body side rises. And a second cooperating body that cooperates with the two leveling members as the leveling member on the work machine main body side descends. Since the soil is not clogged, both the leveling members can be reliably connected.
[0019]
Furthermore, according to the folding farm work machine of the present invention, the first cooperative body and the second cooperative body in the above-mentioned connecting means are each composed of a pair of projecting members projecting from the opposing side portions of the two leveling members, The projecting member on the work machine body side is overlaid under the projecting member on the extension work machine body side, and in the second cooperative body, the projecting member on the work machine body side is overlaid on the projecting member on the extension work machine body side.
[0020]
Therefore, when the leveling member on the work implement main body side rises in a state where the extension work implement is horizontally deployed with respect to the work implement main body, the projecting member protruding from the side of the leveling member becomes the side of the leveling member on the extension work implement side When the leveling member on the work machine main body side is lowered, the protruding member protruding from the side of the leveling member on the work machine main body side becomes the side of the leveling member on the extension work machine side. The protruding member protruding from the portion is pushed down. As a result, the leveling member pivotally supported by the work machine main body and the leveling member pivotally supported by the extension work machine body can be integrally moved up and down during deployment.
[0021]
In addition, since the projecting member projecting from the leveling member on the work machine main body side and the projecting member projecting from the leveling member on the extension work machine side are not combined at all, when folding the extension work machine body on the work machine main body Both the leveling members can be separated without particularly performing the releasing operation. This makes it possible to simplify the apparatus.
[0022]
Furthermore, according to the folding agricultural work machine of the present invention, one of the pair of projecting members described above is a member that is supported so as to project and retract toward the other facing the other, and the other has a contact surface that contacts the member. Have. According to this, even if the extension work machine body is deployed horizontally with respect to the work machine body, the projecting member that has been held can be retracted against elasticity if necessary for maintenance or the like. The leveling member on the work machine body side and the leveling member on the extension work machine side can be made independent.
[0023]
Also, when the tip of one projecting member abuts the guide plate on the side surface of the other projecting member with the working machine main body and the extension working machine body unfolded, and the two leveling members receive ground resistance and become the same height In addition, since the one protruding member once retracted by the guide plate protrudes on the contact surface of the other protruding member, the two leveling members can be connected without particularly operating the leveling member. .
[0024]
Furthermore, according to the folding agricultural work machine of the present invention, the first or second cooperative body described above can be a plate-like protruding member formed along the side of the leveling member. According to this, at the time of deployment, since the plate-like projecting member formed along the side of the leveling member overlaps between the leveling member on the work machine body side and the leveling member on the extension work machine side, both leveling It becomes possible to close the gaps between the side portions between the members with the plate-like projecting members, and it is possible to prevent the mud from flowing out from the gaps between the two leveling members with a simple structure.
[0025]
The connecting means between the leveling members includes a first leveling member (apron) that is pivotally supported by the machine body as a leveling member and a second leveling member (level plate) that is pivotally supported below the first leveling member. In such a case, each leveling member can be provided mutually.
[0026]

Further, in a state where the rotary shaft 10A and the extended rotary shaft 13A are detached and the extension work machine bodies 5L and 5R are folded with respect to the work machine body 4, the rotary shaft 10A is driven alone.
[0036]
Hereinafter, the leveling plate connecting means 19 and the leveling plate connecting means 20 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a connecting portion between the leveling plates 16 and 16a and the leveling plates 17 and 17a. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is a side view taken along line BB. The same parts as those in the above-mentioned drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals, and a part of the description is omitted.
[0037]
The leveling plate connecting means 19 includes a first cooperative body and a second cooperative body, and includes a projecting member 191 projecting from the upper side of the leveling member 16 on the work machine main body side, and a leveling plate 16a side on the extended work machine side. A first cooperative body is formed by the projecting pins 192 projecting from the upper part of the section, and a plate-shaped projecting member 193 serving as a projecting member projecting from the lower side of the leveling plate 16 on the work machine body side, and a leveling plate 16a on the extended work machine side. A second cooperating body is formed by a plate-like projecting member 194 serving as a projecting member projecting from the lower side of the side portion.
[0038]
Similarly, the flat plate connecting means 20 is also composed of a first cooperative body and a second cooperative body, and a contact member 201A formed on the upper portion of the protruding member 201 protruding from the side portion of the flat plate 17 on the work machine main body side. The first cooperating body is formed by the projecting pin 202 projecting from the upper side of the leveling plate 17a on the extension work machine side, and is in contact with the lower part of the projecting member 201 projecting from the leveling plate 17 on the work machine body side. A second cooperative body is formed by the member 201B and a plate-like projecting member 203 that serves as a projecting member projecting from the lower side of the flat plate 17a on the extension work machine side (see FIG. 6).
[0039]
The projecting pin 192 is supported by the side portion and the support portion 192A of the leveling plate 16a on the extension work machine side, and is urged by the spring 192B toward the main body work machine side so that it can project and retract. Further, an auxiliary support pin 192C is formed on the projecting pin 192 in a bifurcated manner and is supported by a hole on the side of the leveling plate 16a. On the other hand, the projecting pin 202 in the flat plate 17a is supported by the support frame 202A and is urged by the spring 202B toward the main body work machine side so that it can project and retract.
[0040]
According to leveling plate coupling means 19 of this structure, the working machine body 4 extending working body 5L respect, a state of FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 in a state of horizontal and developed 5R, extended working body side of the leveling plate The projecting pin 192 projects from the side portion 16a and overlaps with the projecting member 191 projecting from the side surface of the leveling plate 16 on the main body side of the work machine, and comes into contact with the side portion of the leveling plate 16, whereby the first cooperative body functions. It becomes a state. Further, the plate-like projecting member 193 projecting below the side portion of the leveling plate 16 on the work machine main body side overlaps the plate-like projecting member 194 projecting below the side portion of the leveling plate 16a on the extension work machine side. Thus, the second cooperative body will function.
[0041]
That is, in this state, when the leveling plate 16 on the work machine main body side is raised, the protruding member 191 comes into contact with the protruding pin 192 and pushes up, so that the leveling plate 16a on the extended work machine side is raised together. When the leveling plate 16 on the work machine body side is lowered, the plate-like projecting member 193 on the work machine body side comes into contact with and pushes down the plate-like projecting member 194 on the extension work machine body side. Thus, the leveling plate 16a on the extension work machine side is moved down together. Therefore, in a state where the first and second cooperative bodies are functioning, the leveling plates 16 and 16a move up and down integrally.
[0042]
Similarly, according to the leveling plate connecting means 20, the extension work machine bodies 5L and 5R are horizontally deployed with respect to the work machine body 4, and the state shown in FIGS. 4 and 6 is obtained, and the leveling plate 17a side on the extension work machine side is obtained. The protruding pin 202 protrudes from the portion and overlaps on the abutting member 201A of the protruding member 201 protruding from the leveling plate 17 side portion on the work machine main body side, and the first cooperative body becomes functional. Further, the contact member 201B below the projecting member 201 projecting to the side of the leveling plate 17 on the work machine main body side is above the plate-shaped projecting member 203 projecting to the lower side of the leveling plate 17a on the extension work machine side. It will be in the state which overlaps with, and a 2nd cooperative body will function.
[0043]
That is, in this state, when the leveling plate 17 on the work machine body side is raised, the contact member 201A comes into contact with the protruding pin 202 and pushes up, so that the leveling plate 17a on the extension work machine side is raised together. When the leveling plate 17 on the work machine body side is lowered, the contact member 201B on the work machine body side comes into contact with the plate-like projecting member 203 on the extension work machine body side and pushes down. Thus, the leveling member 17a on the extension work machine side is moved down together. Therefore, in a state where the first and second cooperative bodies are functioning, the leveling plates 17 and 17a move up and down integrally.
[0044]
According to the rotary working machine 1 of such an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the usage mode in which the left and right extension working machines 5L and 5R are horizontally deployed with respect to the working machine body 4 to work with a wide working width, As shown in FIG. 2, the left and right extension work machines 5 </ b> L and 5 </ b> R are folded with respect to the work machine body 4, and the working mode is such that only the work machine body 4 works. It is possible to select each usage pattern of the usage pattern in which the work width of only one of the left and right sides is widened while one of 5L and 5R is folded. Further, when traveling on the road or being stored in the warehouse, the working machine body 4 is lifted up to the non-working position, and the left and right extension work machines 5L and 5R are folded with respect to the working machine body 4 in this state. It can also be.
[0045]
When the extension work machine bodies 5L and 5R are folded from the work machine main body 4 to the horizontal unfolded state, the projecting pins 192 are in a projecting state, and the state shown in FIG. And the 2nd cooperation body functions and the leveling boards 16 and 16a will be in the state integrated.
[0046]
On the other hand, since the flat plate 17a on the extension work machine side hangs down by its own weight and is in the lowermost state, the flat plate 17, 17a is in the lowermost state until the flat plate 17, 17a receives the grounding resistance in the unfolded state. Thus, the leveling plate 17a on the extended work machine side is positioned below the leveling plate 17 on the working machine body side. In this state, when the leveling plates 17 and 17a are grounded to the work surface of the farm field, the leveling plate 17a on the extension work machine side rises, and the protruding pin 202 that comes into contact with the guide plate 201C on the side surface of the protruding member 201 becomes the guide plate. When the flat plates 17 and 17a are temporarily retracted by the action of 201C and have the same height due to the grounding resistance, the contact member 201B of the protruding member 201 contacts the plate-shaped protruding member 203, and on the contact member 201A The protruding pin 202 protrudes. Thereby, the first and second cooperating bodies can be made to function without particularly operating the leveling plate 17, and both leveling plates 17, 17a can be connected. Even in such an unfolded state, the projecting pins 192 and 202 can project and retract, so that the leveling plates 16 and 16a and the leveling plate 17 can be retracted by retracting them toward the extension work machine against the elasticity. 17a can be independent of each other.
[0047]
Further, when the extension work machine bodies 5L and 5R are folded on the upper part of the work machine body 4, the tip of the projecting pin 192 is opened, so that the projecting pin 192 is slid by the action of the spring 192B and the auxiliary support pin 192C is not shown. The leveling plate 16a can be fixed by being supported by the support portion of the fixed cover member 15a on the extended work machine side.
[0048]
According to such an embodiment, the leveling plate connecting means 19 or the leveling plate connecting means 20 is provided with the leveling plates 16 and 16a or the leveling plates 17 and 17a as the leveling plate 16 or the leveling plate 17 on the work machine body side rises. And a second cooperating body that cooperates both the leveling plates 16 and 16a or the leveling plates 17 and 17a with the lowering of the leveling plate 16 or the leveling plate 17 on the work machine main body side. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a fitting recess in each leveling plate 16, 16a or leveling plate 17, 17a. Since the fitting recess does not get clogged with soil during the operation, the two leveling plates 16 and 16a or the leveling plates 17 and 17a can be reliably connected.
[0049]
Further, the leveling plate 16 on the work machine main body side, the projecting member 191 projecting from the leveling plate 17, the plate-like projecting member 193, the projecting member 201, the leveling plate 16 a on the extension work machine side, and the projecting pin 192 projecting from the leveling plate 17 a Since the plate-like projecting member 194, the projecting pin 202, and the plate-like projecting member 203 are not coupled at all, when the extension work machines 5L and 5R are folded with respect to the work machine body 4, there is no particular release operation. Both the leveling plates 16, 16a or the leveling plates 17, 17a can be separated. This makes it possible to simplify the apparatus.
[0050]
State Furthermore, at the time of deployment, the ground leveling plate plate-like protrusion is formed along the sides of the 16,16a member 193 and 194 are overlapped between the machine body side of the ground leveling plate 16 and the extension work inboard of the leveling plate 16a since the, results in closing the gap side between the two leveling plates 16,16a in the plate-like protrusion members 193 and 194, that the mud from the gap between the leveling plate 16,16a is prevented from flowing out it can.
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is comprised in this way, when connecting the leveling member in a folding agricultural work machine, a reliable connection is possible, and also it prevents the mud from flowing out between the leveling members connected with a simple structure. can do.
