Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a shoe sole mainly applied to an anti-slip injection-molded boot used in fisheries processing plants, food factories, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, injection-molded boots made of polyvinyl chloride have been used by people engaged in work at fisheries processing plants and food factories because of their oil resistance, and their soles are on the floor surface wet with water or oil. Various devices have been devised to prevent the fall. For example, it has been devised to add flexibility and elasticity by using polyvinyl chloride with a high degree of polymerization in the composition of the bottom, and to which a foamed crosslinked bottom of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer is attached later. It was.
[0003]
For items other than injection-molded boots, those that try to prevent slipping by mixing fibrous materials such as glass fibers, woven fabrics, and non-woven fabrics, and ceramics, or fibrous materials are directly attached to the shoe sole. There were things that were combined.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, glass fiber and ceramic damage the stainless steel floor, etc., and the method of increasing the flexibility and the foamed bottom will certainly increase the frictional resistance between the shoe ground contact surface and the floor surface, but it will not be slippery, but it will be stable. There was no anti-slip effect enough to walk.
[0005]
The present invention has been made by paying attention to the drawbacks of such a conventional example.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The bottom design pattern of the shoe sole in which the bottom design pattern is provided on the stepping portion and the heel portion, the left and right ends are opened , and the groove portion orthogonal to the front and rear direction of the shoe sole is smooth , and the edge portion is smooth. By means of a longitudinal groove portion that is formed in a horizontal stripe pattern by alternately arranging ridge portions having a ground contact surface with a cross-section of approximately 90 ° in the front and rear direction of the shoe sole, and dividing the ridge portion into at least one pair or more The groove portion is configured to communicate with each other, and the stepped portion of the bottom design pattern is located near the stepped portion interposed between the stepping portion and the heel portion in the bottom design pattern of the stepping portion. Arranged in the direction intersecting with the groove part, and the crossing groove part with a smooth shape and the edge part provided with a ground contact surface having a cross section of approximately 90 ° and the intersecting groove part communicating with the groove part are arranged alternately. The pattern portion is provided.
[0007]
The shoe sole according to the present invention has an oil resistance of 100 to 120 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride and 100 to 120 parts by weight of the total plasticizer, and 40 to 80 parts by weight of the polyester plasticizer. It is desirable to use a material having softness, and the softer the better, but considering wear resistance, it is desirable to use HDA 50-60 (JIS K 7215). As described above, this is realized by setting the total plasticizer amount to 100 to 120 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride. Oil resistance is enhanced by using a polyester plasticizer in 40 to 80 parts by weight of them.
[0008]
【Example】
The drawings show an embodiment of a shoe sole according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is a front view, and FIG. 2 is a side view.
[0009]
The shoe sole A of the embodiment is applied to an injection-molded boot which is formed integrally with the upper portion, and uses a material composed of 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride, a total amount of plasticizer of 100 parts by weight and a stabilizer of 5 parts by weight. Molded according to a conventional method.
[0010]
Further, the bottom surface of the shoe sole A is composed of a stepping portion Aa, a heel portion Ab, and a stepless portion Ac interposed therebetween, and the bottom design patterns 1A and 1B are formed on the stepping portion Aa and the heel portion Ab. It is provided in the whole area of Aa and Ab.
[0011]
The bottom design patterns 1A, 1B are horizontally striped by alternately arranging the groove portions 2,... Opened at the left and right ends, and the protrusion portions 3,... Having the smooth grounding surface 3a in the front-rear direction of the shoe sole A. And the groove portions 2,... Are communicated with each other by vertical groove portions 4, which divide the protrusion portions 3,.
[0012]
Article grooves 2, because in order to avoid the bending difficulty in walking the treading portion Aa and the heel portion Ab due to the presence of the so-called bottom design pattern, the direction of Cartesian relative front-to-rear direction of the walking direction, that sole A placing the (protrusions 3 arranged along the strip groove 2 also will also inevitably conditions groove 2 and direction) it is desirable, must be disposed in a direction Cartesian strictly There is no. On the other hand, the groove portion 2 functions as a space for taking in water or oil on the floor surface that causes slipping during walking, and therefore should have a certain width or more so as to fulfill the function.
[0013]
By making the ground contact surface 3a smooth, the protrusion 3 increases the frictional force with the floor surface, and obtains a scratching force by an edge portion (in the embodiment, the cross section is approximately 90 °).
[0014]
Accordingly, the longer the protrusion 3 is, the longer the anti-slip effect can be expected. On the other hand, the anti-slip effect decreases due to water or oil remaining in the groove 2 interposed between the protrusions 3 and 3. By providing the vertical groove 4, the ridge 3 is divided into two or three.
[0015]
The vertical groove portion 4 removes water and oil remaining in the groove portion 2 and divides the ridge portion 3 so that the divided individual ridge portion 3 portions have independent mobility when walking. The frictional force and scratching force are enhanced by locally capturing the load on the bottom design associated with the load movement (back of the heel-outer side of the heel-outer side of the stepping part-stepping part-thumb ball-toe) and concentrating the load. ing.
[0016]
Further, the bottom design pattern 1A of the stepping portion Aa is provided with a pattern portion 1A ′ that is not present in the bottom design pattern 1B of the heel portion Ab.
[0017]
The pattern portion 1A ′ is provided from the stepped portion Ac in the bottom design pattern 1A, and is crossed in a direction intersecting with the protruding portion 3 to the groove portion 2 constituting the bottom design pattern 1A. The protrusions 6 and the cross groove portions 7 communicating with the groove portions 2 are alternately arranged, and due to the directionality, the anti-slip effect in the lateral direction with respect to the front-rear direction is expected. Configure.
[0018]
The crossing ridge 6 and the crossing groove 7 are different in the directionality from the ridge 3 and the groove 2 but the remaining points are configured in the same manner.
[0019]
The comparative test regarding the example prototype is shown below.
Figure 0004198305
[0020]
The present invention can be applied to, for example, a sneaker-type shoe sole (press-molded using rubber as a raw material), but is suitable for application to a shoe having a loose foot pocket such as a boot.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
In boots that are more comfortable than ordinary shoes, the load position on the sole and the bottom design pattern position often do not match as long as the boot does not fit the foot, and it is easy to slip. According to the present invention, since it is configured as described above, the bottom design and pattern area where the gripping force can be obtained by a series of walking motions such as grounding, stepping, stepping, and kicking during walking are widened, and high anti-slip is achieved even with loose footsteps. It is possible to provide boots that can be sexy.
