【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、遊技機筐体の前面を開閉自在に閉塞するパネルに設けられ、灰皿をパネルに取り付ける遊技機の灰皿取付装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、スロットマシンやパチンコ機等の遊技機では、前面が開口した箱状の筐体に、その前面全体を覆う大きさのパネルの一側がヒンジにより回転自在に支持され、このパネルにより筐体の前面が閉塞され、シリンダ錠を備えたロック機能を有する開閉装置により開閉可能にロックされるようになっている。

このようなパネルの下部には、通常メダル受けの左側に隣接して灰皿が設けられており、遊技者が喫煙しながら遊技できるようになっており、従来は清掃を容易に行えるように回転可能に灰皿がパネルに取り付けられている。ところが、近年禁煙者の増大に伴い、禁煙者に配慮して、遊技機に設けられている灰皿にブラインド板等を貼るなどして灰皿を使用できないようにし、喫煙コーナーと称される特定場所に設置された灰皿のみ使用できるようにしているパチンコホールが増えつつある。

しかしながら、このように灰皿を塞ぐためのブラインド板等をホール側で別途準備しなければならず、ホール管理者に多くの負担と手間を強いることになり好ましくない。

一方、最近では、灰皿の上部開口を上方から覆う頂壁を有するホルダーを設け、不使用時には灰皿をホルダー内に押し込んで使用できない状態にしておき、使用時には灰皿をホルダーから所定量だけ引き出して灰皿を部分的に露出させ、清掃時には灰皿を使用位置から前端部を下方に揺動させるようにしたものがある（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来の灰皿では、ホルダーとして灰皿の上部開口を上方から覆う頂壁を有するものが必要になるため、構成が複雑化するという問題点があった。更に、灰皿を引き出せば、簡単に灰皿を使用できる状態になるため、灰皿を完全に使用できない状態にするには、ホルダー前面をやはり閉塞せざるを得ず、そのための閉塞部材を別途用意する必要が生じる。ところが、一旦ホルダー前面を閉塞部材により閉塞してしまうと、その閉塞部材を除去するのに過剰な手間がかかるという新たな問題点が生じる。

また、従来の灰皿の場合、パネルから突出しないようにパネル内側に奥まった位置にホルダーを設けているため、パネルにホルダーの配置スペースを確保しなければならないという問題点があった。

一方、このようなパネルの内側におけるホルダー用スペースを不要にし、パネルから前方に突出してメダル受け及び灰皿を配設するタイプの遊技機の場合にはホルダーが大型化し、却ってホルダーが遊技の邪魔になる恐れがある。

そこで、本発明は、簡単な構成により、不使用時には遊技の邪魔にならないように灰皿を反転できる灰皿取付装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した目的を達成するために、本発明は、遊技機筐体の前面を開閉自在に閉塞する前面パネルに設けられ、灰皿を前記パネルに取り付ける遊技機の灰皿取付装置において、前記パネルの下部に設けられたホルダと、前記灰皿または前記ホルダの一方の左右の両側面のほぼ中央部に設けられた第１支持軸と、使用可能な状態における前記灰皿または前記ホルダの一方の左右の両側面に前記第１支持軸よりも少し後上方に設けられた第２支持軸と、前記灰皿または前記ホルダの他方の左右の両側面に設けられ前記第１、第２支持軸それぞれが嵌挿して前記灰皿を回転自在かつ移動自在に支持するガイド部とを備え、前記ガイド部が、前記灰皿の押込方向に向かって下り傾斜して形成され前記第１支持軸が嵌挿して前記灰皿の水平方向への移動をガイドする直線状の移動ガイド溝と、前記第２支持軸が嵌挿して前記灰皿の反転をガイドするほぼ半円状の反転ガイド溝と、前記移動ガイド溝の中央部を対称の中心として点対称の位置に、前記反転ガイド溝の両端にそれぞれ連続して一対形成され前記第２支持軸が嵌挿して前記灰皿の水平方向への移動をガイドする前記移動ガイド溝に平行な補助ガイド溝とを備えていることを特徴としている（請求項１）。

このような構成によれば、第１支持軸と第２支持軸の２つの軸と、これらが嵌挿する移動ガイド溝、反転ガイド溝及び補助ガイド溝を備えるガイド部とにより、灰皿が回転自在かつ移動自在に支持されるため、灰皿を使用しないときには、灰皿を反転することで、灰皿を遊技の邪魔にならない状態にしておくことができ、従来のように閉塞部材等を用いることなく灰皿を使用不能状態に保持することができる。一方、灰皿を使用可能状態に戻すには、反転状態の灰皿を元の状態に反転させればよく、従来のように閉塞部材等を除去する必要もなく、簡単に灰皿を使用可能状態に戻すことができる。

さらに、灰皿を使用可能状態から使用不能状態に反転させる場合には、移動ガイド溝及び補助ガイド溝に沿って灰皿を例えば前方へ移動させた後、反転ガイド溝に沿って灰皿を反転させ、その後移動ガイド溝及び補助ガイド溝に沿って灰皿を例えば後方へ移動させればよい。また、灰皿を使用不能状態から使用可能状態に反転させる場合にはこれと逆にすればよく、灰皿を使用可能状態及び使用不能状態のいずれにも簡単に切り換えることができる。このとき、灰皿の使用可能状態及び使用不能状態のいずれにおいても、灰皿の荷重が傾斜した移動ガイド溝及び補助ガイド溝に沿って一方向にかかり、移動ガイド溝及び補助ガイド溝の端部に両支持軸それぞれが係止することによって異なる２つの位置で灰皿を支えることになり、灰皿を使用可能状態及び使用不能状態に安定して保持することができる。

また、本発明は、前記パネルに設けられ払い出しメダルを受けるメダル受けを備え、前記ホルダが、前記メダル受けに隣接して配設され、前記メダル受けが、前記ホルダの側壁の一部を構成していることを特徴としている（請求項２）。このような構成によれば、メダル受けによりホルダの一部を構成するようにしたため、ホルダの構成部材を削減してホルダが大型化するのを防止することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
（一実施形態）
この発明を遊技機であるスロットマシンに適用した場合における一実施形態について図１ないし図９を参照して説明する。但し、図１はスロットマシンの正面図、図２ないし図６は反転動作説明用の灰皿の斜視図、図７は灰皿の右側面図、図８及び図９は反転動作説明用の灰皿の右側面図である。

本実施形態におけるスロットマシンは、例えば図１に示すように構成されている。即ち、図１に示すように、スロットマシン１では、筐体３の前面開口が前面パネル５により開閉自在に閉塞され、この前面パネル５のほぼ中央高さの位置に操作板７が配設されると共に、この操作板７の上方に正面板９が配設されている。このとき、前面パネル５の左端部がヒンジにより筐体３に回転自在に支持されて、筐体３の前面全体が前面パネル５により覆われて閉塞される。

そして、図１に示すように、この正面板９には３個のリール窓１１が並設され、各リール窓１１の内側には左、中、右の各回転リールが配置され、右端のリール窓１１の横には、ゲームの演出用画面を表示する液晶ディスプレイ１３が配設されており、各リール窓１１からは、各リールの図柄が各々３個ずつ見えるように設定されている。

更に、図１に示すように、操作板７には、クレジットされているメダルの枚数を減じてメダル投入に代えるためのベットスイッチ１５、各リールの回転を開始させるためのスタートレバー１７、第１ないし第３ストップスイッチ１９，２１，２３、及び、メダル投入口２５や貯留メダルを払い出すための精算スイッチ２７が設けられている。

また、図１に示すように、正面板９には入賞ラインが描かれると共に、入賞ライン中の有効ラインを表示する有効表示ランプ３１、ボーナスゲームの状態などを表示する種々の演出表示ランプ３３、クレジットメダルの枚数を表示するメダル枚数表示器３５が正面板９に配設され、操作板７の下方にはメダル払出口３７や、この払出口３７から払い出されるメダルを受けるメダル受け３９が設けられている。

ところで、メダル受け３９の左方に隣接して灰皿４１が設けられており、この灰皿４１は以下のような灰皿取付装置により前面パネル５に取り付けられている。即ち、この灰皿取付装置は、図２及び図７に示すように、前面パネル５に設けられたホルダ４３と、第１支持軸４５、第２支持軸４７及びガイド部４９から成り灰皿４１を回転自在かつ移動自在に支持する支持手段５１とを備えている。

このホルダ４３は、前面パネル５に一体形成された左側部材４３１と、メダル受け３９の左側壁により兼用される右側部材４３３とにより構成されている。ここで、ホルダ４３は灰皿４１とほぼ同じ高さ若しくは灰皿４１よりも若干高く設定されており、灰皿４１の使用可能状態及び使用不能状態のいずれにおいても、灰皿４１とホルダ４３の上面がほぼ同一面を成すように設定されている。

第１支持軸４５は、灰皿４１の左右の両側壁外周面のほぼ中央部に植設され、第２支持軸４７は、灰皿４１の左右の両側壁外周面の第１支持軸４５より少し後上方寄りの位置に植設されている。

右側のガイド部４９は、図２に示すように、第１支持軸４５が嵌挿して灰皿４１の前後への移動をガイドする直線状の移動ガイド溝４９１と、第２支持軸４７が嵌挿して灰皿４１の反転をガイドするほぼ半円状の反転ガイド溝４９３と、移動ガイド溝４９１に対して点対称の位置に、反転ガイド溝４９３の両端にそれぞれ連続して一対形成され第２支持軸４７が嵌挿して灰皿４１の前後への移動をガイドする移動ガイド溝４９１に平行な補助ガイド溝４９５ａ，４９５ｂとを備えており、左側のガイド部４９もこれと同様の構成である。

このとき、移動ガイド溝４９１及び両補助ガイド溝４９５ａ，４９５ｂは、後下がりに傾斜して形成されている。このように傾斜することにより、灰皿４１の使用可能状態及び使用不能状態のいずれにおいても、傾斜した移動ガイド溝４９１及び両補助ガイド溝４９５ａ，４９５ｂに沿って灰皿４１の荷重が後方にかかっているため、灰皿４１を使用可能状態及び使用不能状態に安定して保持することができる。

そして、このような灰皿取付装置により前面パネル５に取り付けられた灰皿４１を使用しないときには、図２及び図８（ａ）に示すように使用可能状態にあった灰皿４１を、図３及び図８（ｂ）に示すように、移動ガイド溝４９１及び上側の補助ガイド溝４９５ａに沿って前方に引き出し、その後図４及び図９（ａ），（ｂ）に示すように、第１支持軸４５を中心にして灰皿４１の前部を押し下げてほぼ１８０゜回転し、図５及び図９（ｃ）に示すように、灰皿４１を反転させる。この反転の際、第２支持軸４７が反転ガイド溝４９３に沿うことで、灰皿４１を円滑に反転できる。

更に、反転した灰皿４１を、図６及び図９（ｄ）に示すように、移動ガイド溝４９１及び下側の補助ガイド溝４９５ｂに沿って後方に押し込み、灰皿４１を使用不能状態にする。

一方、このように使用不能状態に反転された灰皿４１を使用可能状態にするときには、上記した反転時の動作とは逆に、移動ガイド溝４９１及び下側の補助ガイド溝４９５ｂに沿って前方に引き出し、第１支持軸４５を中心にして灰皿４１の前部を押し上げてほぼ１８０゜回転した後、灰皿４１を移動ガイド溝４９１及び上側の補助ガイド溝４９５ａに沿って後方に押し込むことにより、灰皿４１は使用可能状態に戻る。

従って、上記した第１実施形態によれば、第１支持軸４５と第２支持軸４７の２つの軸と、これらが嵌挿するガイド部４９とにより、灰皿４１を回転自在かつ移動自在に支持したため、灰皿４１を使用しないときには、灰皿４１を反転することで、灰皿４１を遊技の邪魔にならない状態にしておくことができ、従来のように閉塞部材等を用いることなく灰皿４１を使用不能状態に保持することができる。

また、灰皿４１を使用可能状態に戻すには、反転状態の灰皿４１を元の状態に反転させればよく、従来のように閉塞部材等を除去する必要もなく、簡単に灰皿４１を使用可能状態に戻すことができる。

更に、使用可能状態、使用不能状態のいずれであっても、灰皿４１がホルダ４３よりも上方に突出することがないため、使用可能状態及び使用不能状態において灰皿４１が遊技の邪魔になることを防止でき、遊技者に快く遊技を楽しんでもらうことができる。

また、２つの支持軸４５，４７により支持する構造であるため、使用可能状態及び使用不能状態において外力が灰皿４１に加わっても、灰皿４１を回転できる状態に成るまで前方に引き出さない限り、灰皿４１が回転することがなく、灰皿４１を使用可能状態及び使用不能状態に保持することができる。

なお、上記した一実施形態の変形例として、図１０ないし図１２に示すようなガイド部４９を備えていてもよい。即ち、図１１（ａ）に示すように、ガイド部４９における反転ガイド溝４９３及び両補助ガイド溝４９５ａ，４９５ｂがＵ字状を成す形状にした点が、上記した一実施形態と相違している。

この場合も、灰皿４１を使用しないときには、図１１（ａ）に示すように使用可能状態にあった灰皿４１を、図１１（ｂ）に示すように、移動ガイド溝４９１及び上側の補助ガイド溝４９５ａに沿って前方に引き出し、その後図１２（ａ），（ｂ）に示すように、第１支持軸４５を中心にして灰皿４１の前部を押し下げてほぼ１８０゜回転し、図１２（ｃ）に示すように、灰皿４１を反転させ、更に反転した灰皿４１を、図１２（ｄ）に示すように、移動ガイド溝４９１及び下側の補助ガイド溝４９５ｂに沿って後方に押し込み、灰皿４１を使用不能状態にすればよい。

また、使用不能状態に反転された灰皿４１を使用可能状態にするときには、上記した反転時の動作とは逆に、移動ガイド溝４９１及び下側の補助ガイド溝４９５ｂに沿って前方に引き出し、第１支持軸４５を中心にして灰皿４１の前部を押し上げてほぼ１８０゜回転した後、灰皿４１を移動ガイド溝４９１及び上側の補助ガイド溝４９５ａに沿って後方に押し込むことにより、灰皿４１は使用可能状態に戻る。尚、灰皿４１の反転の際、第２支持軸４７が反転ガイド溝４９３に沿うことで、灰皿４１を円滑に反転できる。

また、使用不能状態に反転された灰皿４１を使用可能状態にするときには、上記した反転時の動作とは逆に、移動ガイド溝５７３及び反転ガイド溝５７１の直線部分に沿って前方に引き出し、第１支持軸５３を中心にして灰皿４１の前部を押し上げてほぼ１８０゜回転した後、灰皿４１を移動ガイド溝５７３及び反転ガイド溝５７１の直線部分に沿って後方に押し込むことにより、灰皿４１は使用可能状態に戻る。尚、灰皿４１の反転の際、第２支持軸５５が反転ガイド溝５７１の曲線部分に沿うことで、灰皿４１を円滑に反転できる。

従って、参考例によれば、上記した一実施形態と同等の効果、即ち灰皿４１を使用しないときには、灰皿４１を反転することで、灰皿４１を遊技の邪魔にならない状態にしておくことができ、従来のように閉塞部材等を用いることなく灰皿４１を使用不能状態に保持できるという効果を達成することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、請求項１に記載の発明によれば、第１支持軸と第２支持軸の２つの軸と、これらが嵌挿する移動ガイド溝、反転ガイド溝及び補助ガイド溝を備えるガイド部とにより、灰皿が回転自在かつ移動自在に支持されるため、灰皿を使用しないときには、灰皿を反転することで、灰皿を遊技の邪魔にならない状態にしておくことができ、従来のように閉塞部材等を用いることなく、簡単かつ安価な構成により灰皿を使用不能状態に保持することが可能になる。

このとき、灰皿の使用可能状態及び使用不能状態のいずれにおいても、灰皿の荷重が傾斜した移動ガイド溝及び補助ガイド溝に沿って一方向にかかり、移動ガイド溝及び補助ガイド溝の端部に両支持軸それぞれが係止することによって異なる２つの位置で灰皿を支えることになり、灰皿を使用可能状態及び使用不能状態に安定して保持することが可能になる。
