【0001】

In the cold air passage (15), the layer through which the cold air flows and the layer through which the cold air does not flow are the hot air passage (17).Flows into the air mixing section (18)Hot airLayered alternately as seen from the flow direction,In addition, the open / close door (28) of the warm air side door means (20) forms a layer where the warm air does not flow in a portion corresponding to the layer through which the cold air flows, and warm air at a portion corresponding to the layer through which the cold air does not flow. Forms a flowing layerIn this way, cool and warm air is alternately layered.
for that reason,The cold air of the layer where the cold air flows flows into the layer where the hot air does not flow, and the hot air of the layer where the hot air flows flows into the layer where the cold air does not flow, so the cold and warm air alternately forms layers,The contact area of the cool and warm air can be increased and air mix performance can be improved.
[0025]
Also,Cold air side door means (19) and hot air side door means (20)Since the open / close doors (27, 28) themselves constitute a layer through which cold air / warm air flows and a layer through which cold air / warm air does not flow, a special guide wall shape is provided in the air mixing section (18), Since it is not necessary to add another part, the cost can be reduced.
[0026]
Further, the cold air side door means (19) and the hot air side door means (20) having the above-described effects adjust the air volume ratio of the cold and hot air to adjust the air temperature blown out into the vehicle interior. Therefore, the air mix door which adjusts the air volume ratio of the cool / warm air in the conventional example of FIG. 11 and Patent Document 1 of FIG. 12 can be eliminated, and the vehicle air conditioner can be miniaturized.
[0029]
Claims2As in the invention described in claim1, A cooling heat exchanger (13) is disposed upstream of the cold air passage (15) and the heating heat exchanger (14) in the air flow, and the cooling heat exchanger (13) and the heating heat exchanger (14) are arranged. ) Are arranged so as to be substantially parallel, and the open / close door (27) of the cold air side door means (19) is substantially extended from the surface (14a) on the upstream side of the air flow of the heat exchanger (14) for heating, If it arrange | positions between the substantially extended surface of the surface (14b) of the air flow downstream side of the heat exchanger for a use (14),Since there is no protrusion upstream of the air flow from the heating heat exchanger (14), the distance between the cooling heat exchanger (13) and the heating heat exchanger (14) can be minimized, and the air conditioner Can be miniaturized.
[0030]
Claims3In the invention described in claim 1,Or 2In the case (11), the heating heat exchanger (14) is arranged on the vehicle lower side, the cold air passage (15) is arranged on the vehicle upper side of the heating heat exchanger (14), and the hot air passage is arranged. (17) is arranged so that the warm air after passing through the heat exchanger for heating (14) flows to the upper side of the vehicle, and the air mixing section (18) is arranged on the upper side of the vehicle in the warm air passage (17),
The openings (21, 22, 23) are the defroster opening (21), the face opening (22) and the foot opening (23),
A defroster opening (21) and a face opening (22) are arranged in the vehicle upper part of the air mixing part (18), and a foot opening (23) is arranged in the vehicle lower part of the air mixing part (18). It features a vehicle air conditioner.
[0031]
According to this, the defroster opening (21) and the face opening (22) are arranged on the vehicle upper side of the air mixing section (18), that is, close to the cold air passage (15), and the foot opening (23) is air mixing. It arrange | positions in the vehicle lower side site | part of a part (18), ie, a warm air path (17) side.
[0032]
By the way, air may be blown out from both the defroster opening (21) and the foot opening (23) into the vehicle interior. In this case, if the air mixing property is insufficient, the temperature of the air blown from the defroster opening (21) near the cold air passage (15) is changed to the air blown from the foot opening (23) near the hot air passage (17). A phenomenon called so-called cool diff occurs that becomes extremely lower than the temperature.
[0033]
However,Claim1As mentioned above, air mix can be improved. When a specific arrangement configuration of each part according to claim 3 is set,The difference in the temperature of the blown air from each opening (21, 22, 23) can be reduced, and as a specific example, the cool differential phenomenon can be eliminated.
[0034]
Claims4In the invention described in claim3The cold air side door means (19) is composed of three or more open / close doors (27), and of the open / close doors (27), the open / close doors (27) located at both ends are operated in conjunction with each other. And
When the open / close door (27) located on the remaining central side is not fully opened, the open / close doors (27) at both ends are fully closed,
The vehicle air conditioner is characterized in that the open / close doors (27) at both ends open and close only when the open / close door (27) located on the center side is fully opened.
[0035]
According to this, a layer in which cold air does not flow is formed by the open / close doors (27) located at both ends of the open / close doors of the cold air side door means (19) in the cold air flow.
[0036]
In the layer where the cool air does not flow, a layer where the warm air flows and the warm air flows is formed. In the layer through which the warm air flows, only one of the layers is in contact with the layer through which the cold air flows, and thus the hot air flow is less likely to be blocked as compared to the case where both layers are in contact with the layer through which the cold air flows. Therefore, the warm air is easy to flow in the vehicle upward direction, that is, the direction of the defroster opening (21), which is the inflow direction from the warm air passage (17) to the air mixing portion (18).
[0037]
as a result,In the invention according to claim 4,Claim3Thus, the difference between the temperature of the blown air from the defroster opening (21) and the temperature of the blown air from the foot opening (23) can be reduced more reliably than in the invention described in (4), and the cool differential can be eliminated.

A warm air passage (17) formed so that warm air that has passed through the heating heat exchanger (14) on the downstream side of the air flow of the heating heat exchanger (14) flows upward of the vehicle;
An air mixing section (18) that is disposed on the vehicle upper side of the hot air passage (17), and mixes the cold air and the hot air at a junction of the cold air passage (15) and the hot air passage (17);
An opening (21, 22, 23) that is disposed on the downstream side of the air flow of the air mixing section (18) and blows out the mixed air into the vehicle interior;
A cold air side door means (19) disposed in the cold air passage (15) for adjusting the air volume of the cold air passage (15);
A hot air side door means (20) disposed in the hot air passage (17) for adjusting the air volume of the hot air passage (17);
At least one of the cold air side door means (19) and the hot air side door means (20) is composed of a plurality of plate-shaped opening / closing doors (27, 28),
When the door opening degree of the door means (19, 20) is less than or equal to a predetermined opening degree, the open / close door (27, 28) is one of the cold air passage (15) and the hot air passage (17). Forming a layer in which air flows and a layer in which no air flows,
The layer through which the air flows and the layer through which the air does not flow are from the flow direction of the air flowing into the air mixing unit (18) from the other of the cold air passage (15) and the hot air passage (17). Look at layers,
The openings (21, 22, 23) are a defroster opening (21), a face opening (22) and a foot opening (23),
The defroster opening (21) and the face opening (22) are arranged in a vehicle upper side portion of the air mixing part (18),
The foot opening (23) is disposed at a vehicle lower side portion of the air mixing portion (18),

Of the open / close doors (27), at least the open / close doors (27) located at both ends are operated in conjunction with each other, and the open / close door (27) located at the remaining central side is not fully opened. The open / close doors (27) at both ends are fully closed,
in frontThe vehicle air conditioner that opens and closes the open / close doors (27) at both ends only when the open / close door (27) located on the center side is fully opened.
According to this, at least one of the cold air side door means (19) and the hot air side door means (20) has a layer in which air flows by the plurality of plate-shaped opening / closing doors (27, 28) in the air flow of the passage. A layer that does not flow air is formed.
The layer through which the air flows and the layer through which the air does not flow are alternately formed as viewed from the flow direction of the air flowing into the air mixing section (18) from the other passage. As the air in the passage flows in, the cool and warm air is alternately layered. Therefore, the contact area of the cool / warm air is increased and the air mix property can be improved.
In the fifth aspect of the present invention, the air mixing property of the cool / warm air can be improved as described above, and by providing the same configuration as that of the fourth aspect, the temperature of the air blown from the defroster opening (21) and the foot opening. The difference in the temperature of the blown air from the section (23) can be reliably reduced, and the cool differential can be eliminated.
[0038]
