Description
The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly hydraulic press that reduces electric energy and suppresses the generation of CO 2 to prevent global warming.
The 200 ton class hydraulic press is supported by a base, an upright standing on the base, a crown provided on the top of the upright, a hydraulic cylinder provided on the crown, and a lower end of a rod of the hydraulic cylinder. Mainly composed of slides. The slide is guided by the upright to move up and down, an upper mold is fixed to the lower surface of the slide, and a lower mold is fixed to the upper surface of the base (see, for example, Patent Document 1). .
The hydraulic press further includes a hydraulic cylinder that moves the slide downward, a pump that supplies hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder, a pressure control valve that is interposed in a hydraulic circuit between the pump and the hydraulic cylinder, Control means for controlling the pump to control the moving speed of the slide and controlling the pressure control valve to control the pressing force of the upper mold. And a hydraulic press press-forms the steel plate inserted between the upper and lower metal molds in a cycle of about 45 to 60 seconds.
On the other hand, in the case of a hydraulic punch press, a press load does not act on the slide until the slide descends and the upper mold contacts the lower mold, but a large load may act simultaneously with the contact. As described above, when the load changes abruptly, an overshoot may occur or the slide speed may change abruptly.
In order to prevent these problems, an accumulator and a temperature sensor are installed in the middle of the pipe connecting the solenoid valve that reciprocates the piston rod mounted on the hydraulic cylinder and the tank, and the temperature of the oil in the pipe is reduced by this temperature sensor. There is known a hydraulic press provided with a press controller that includes a timer that detects and turns on and off a solenoid valve after a predetermined time based on the oil temperature (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
However, in the hydraulic press having a weight ton as shown in FIG. 1 of

FIG. 4 is a hydraulic circuit diagram of the hydraulic press shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the third pump P3 is a vane pump with a discharge rate of 120 L / min, and the fourth pump P4 is also a vane pump with a discharge rate of 100 L / min. The sum of the discharge rates of the two pumps is 220 L / min. It is. The capacity of the motor M3 is 37 kW, and the motor M3 drives the connected third and fourth pumps P3 and P4 (see (a) of FIG. 3).
Further, as shown in FIG. 3A, the oil tank Ta (also referred to as a hydraulic tank) is placed on the upper surface of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the hydraulic circuit is roughly divided into a first
In the first
In the second
The third
Note that the first branch point a to the sixth branch point f and the like are provided for convenience of explanation of the hydraulic circuit, and do not necessarily indicate piping parts.
It can be seen that the size of the oil tank Ta is equivalent to about 1/3 of the upper space of the
As described above, the conventional
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an environmentally friendly hydraulic press that reduces electric energy and suppresses the generation of CO 2 to prevent global warming.

The line (51a) is supplied with hydraulic pressure to the first solenoid valve ( 31 ) and the second solenoid valve ( 32 ) via the fifth check valve (18e), and the other is subjected to the first check from the first branch point (a). The hydraulic pressure pressurized by the first hydraulic line (51) passing through the second branch point (b) and the second pump (P2) through the valve (18a) and the high pressure line filter (19) is supplied to the second check valve ( the
A first hydraulic line third extension pipe ( 63 ) extending from the second branch point (b) of the first hydraulic line (51), and a fourth branch point (d) of the second hydraulic line (52). A fourth check valve (18d) is provided between the second hydraulic line and the seventh extension pipe ( 67 ) extending from the second branch line (f) to the sixth branch point (f) , and the first hydraulic line third extension pipe An accumulator (8) is connected to the first hydraulic line fifth extension pipe (65) branched from the fifth branch point (e) of ( 63 ) via the second solenoid valve (7b), and the second solenoid valve (7b) and the sixth branch point (f) are provided with a first hydraulic line
Pressure accumulation / supply hydraulic pressure in which the first solenoid valve (7a), the second solenoid valve (7b), the third check valve (18c), and the fourth check valve (18d) are integrally formed. The
The invention according to
The invention according to
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the first solenoid valve (7a), the second solenoid valve (7b), and the third check valve (18c) are provided between the first hydraulic line and the second hydraulic line. ) And the fourth check valve (18d) are integrally formed, the pressure accumulation / supply
In addition, by providing a circuit that can cope with fluctuations in the amount of oil that increases the amount of oil in the second hydraulic line at once, there is no hindrance to the operation, so replace the large motor and large pump with a small motor and small pump. Can do. Furthermore, it is possible to provide an environmentally friendly hydraulic press with reduced electric energy. As a result, an efficient hydraulic circuit is formed and a system capable of reducing the pump capacity and the motor capacity can be reduced, so that power consumption can be suppressed. Therefore, CO 2 that is the main cause of global warming is a global environmental problem. Occurrence can be suppressed.
In addition, since the first solenoid valve and the third check valve are arranged in the hydraulic piping connecting the second branch point of the first hydraulic line and the third branch point of the second hydraulic line, the idle time of the hydraulic cylinder In addition, hydraulic pressure can be supplied to the accumulator by driving the second pump by operating the first solenoid valve. Thereby, since the 1st pump and the 2nd pump cooperate and pump and accumulate pressure, the operating efficiency of a pump can be raised.
According to the invention which concerns on
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the accumulator is placed on the upper portion of the crown, the installation area is not increased and the maintenance floor can be secured, so that the accumulator can be easily maintained and managed.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the oil tank T (also referred to as a hydraulic tank) is placed on the upper surface of the
FIG. 2 is a hydraulic circuit diagram of the hydraulic press of the present invention shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the hydraulic circuit is mainly composed of three parts: a first

In the second
The third
As shown in FIG. 2, the variable piston pumps of the first and second pumps P1 and P2 pressurize up to 21 MPa. Contributes to suppressing the generation of CO 2 . For this reason, switching from a conventional vane pump to a variable piston pump is advantageous in that electric energy can be reduced.
The first pump P1 has a discharge rate of 21 L / min. The first pump P1 is coupled to a 5.5 kw first motor M1 by coupling. Another second pump P2 has a discharge rate of 9 L / min. The second pump P2 is connected to a 3.7 kw second motor M2. That is, the first motor M1 drives the first pump P1, and the second motor M2 drives the second pump P2 (see FIG. 1A).

Table 1 is a comparison table between the conventional hydraulic press and the environmentally friendly hydraulic press of the present invention.
As shown in Table 1, the capacity of the first motor M1 and the second motor M2 of the present invention was set to 9.2 kW in total, 5.5 kW and 3.7 kW. The amount of power used per day is 31 kW as 9.2 kW × 6.5 H × 0.52 (operation rate) . In addition, by changing the model from the vane pump to the variable piston pump and changing the capacity of the pump from 220L to 30L, the volume of the oil tank T is also understood from the fact that the upper space of the
In other words, when the calculation is performed under the same operating conditions as in the conventional case, the daily power consumption is reduced to about 1/4 from 125 kwh to 31 kwh, and the generation of CO 2 is 1/4 from the generation of 11.25 tons per year. 2.8 tons per year, and 8.45 tons can be reduced.
Thus, in the
[Table 1]

Although the accumulators 8 and 8a are installed next to the oil tank T provided on the top surface of the
