[0007]
Further, the injection type syringe set of the present invention comprises an injection type needleless syringe provided with a jet injection port for injecting a set drug solution at the tip of the syringe tip, and a container holder for storing the drug solution to be injected, The container holder is fitted with a syringe fitting chamber into which the tip of the syringe is fitted, a drug solution storage chamber for storing a drug solution disposed at the upper part of the syringe fitting chamber across a partition wall, and A fine hole passage is formed to communicate with the jet injection port of the needleless syringe and the drug solution storage chamber.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of the periphery of the tip of the needleless syringe and the container holder of the injection type syringe set of the first embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the appearance of the needleless syringe according to the first embodiment.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the injection type syringe set of the first embodiment is a needleless syringe 1 that jets a liquid medicine and a cap that holds a liquid vial (medical liquid container) 30 containing a liquid medicine to be injected. In the shape of a container holder 3.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the needleless syringe 1 has an orifice 6 at the tip side of an injection solution chamber (cylinder chamber) 5 into which a sucked drug solution enters, and a jet having a diameter of about 150 μm at the tip of the tip portion 7 of the syringe. The injection port 8 is open. On the other hand, a piston 9 is disposed in the injection solution chamber 5 so as to be able to slide back and forth. The piston 9 is pulled down when the chemical solution is sucked, whereas the piston 9 is suddenly ejected when the chemical solution is injected. It has the same chemical injection structure as a normal needleless syringe pushed up.
[0013]
When the piston 9 is pulled down, the first grip GA shown in FIG. 2 is held, and the second grip GB is rotated and adjusted to a scale indicating a desired suction amount. In order to push up the piston 9, the release button BT at the end of the syringe is pushed. When the release button BT is pressed, the piston 9 is suddenly pushed up by the pressure of the internal compression spring or the pressure of the gas, and the chemical liquid in the injection liquid chamber 5 is jetted vigorously from the jet injection port 8.
[0014]
In the container holder 3, a container housing chamber 10 having an internal shape in which the entire drug vial 30 can be accommodated and an internal shape syringe fitting chamber 11 in which the syringe tip 7 can be fitted are arranged across the partition wall 12. In addition, a sub chamber 13 is formed in the upper part of the container housing chamber 10 and the syringe fitting chamber 11 for storing a chemical solution. The lower end (opening 14) of the container housing chamber 10 is opened for taking in and out of the drug vial 30, and the lower end (opening 15) of the syringe fitting chamber 11 is opened for taking in and out of the syringe tip 7. Yes. A removable lid 16 is attached to the opening 14 of the container housing chamber 10. The lid 16 is detachably mounted by a screw coupling structure including a screw thread 16 a provided on the inner peripheral surface thereof and a screw thread 14 a provided on the outer peripheral surface of the opening 14. The opening 15 of the syringe fitting chamber 11 has a structure in which the distal end portion of the needleless syringe 1 is attached and closed as will be described later, so a dedicated lid is not necessarily required. 15 may be closed. The material of the container holder 3 is preferably made of a transparent plastic such as an acrylic resin or a polycarbonate resin because the remaining amount of the drug solution in the drug solution vial 30 being loaded can be seen at a glance from the outside.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 1, the bottom portion 13a on the left side of the sub chamber 13 has a bottom portion that is small so that a chemical solution is collected, and is formed to be lower than the bottom portion 13b on the right side. A chemical liquid flow path 17 is formed up to the front end surface of the chamber 11, and a hollow needle 18 penetrates from the bottom portion 13 b into the container housing chamber 10 with the front end downward.
[0016]
In the syringe fitting chamber 11, a receiving surface 19 is formed by a rubber member 21 that exactly receives the protruding end of the inserted syringe tip 7. The elasticity of the rubber member 21 allows the receiving end 19 to receive the protruding end of the syringe tip 7. The abutment surface 19 is designed to be in close contact with no gap. The jet injection port 8 of the needleless syringe 1 is connected to the chemical liquid channel 17 through the pore 21 a formed in the rubber member 21.
[0017]
In the injection type syringe set of the first embodiment, the syringe tip 7 is fitted into the syringe fitting chamber 11 so that the protruding end of the syringe tip 7 is pressed against the receiving surface 19 so as to be separable. A screw coupling structure is provided between the needleless syringe 1 and the container holder 3. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, a screw coupling structure is provided by a screw thread 7 a provided on the outer peripheral surface of the syringe tip 7 and a screw thread 15 a provided on the inner peripheral surface of the opening 15 side of the syringe fitting chamber 11. If the syringe tip 7 is screwed into the syringe fitting chamber 11, the syringe tip 7 advances to the back of the syringe fitting chamber 11 and the tip of the syringe tip 7 is pressed against the receiving surface 19. If the needleless syringe 1 and the container holder 3 are connected to each other and the screw is loosened, the syringe tip 7 is retracted from the syringe fitting 11 and the needleless syringe 1 and the container holder 3 are separated. It becomes the composition which is done.
[0018]
Next, the usage form of the injection type syringe set of the first embodiment will be specifically described. First, as shown in FIG. 1, in a state where the needleless syringe 1 is pushed into the syringe fitting chamber 11, the first grip GA is rotated rightward, and the needleless syringe is pushed until the rotation stops. As a result, the syringe tip 7 of the needleless syringe 1 comes into close contact with the receiving surface 19 of the container holder 3.
[0019]
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the container holder 3 is turned upside down so that the openings 14 and 15 are on the upper side (the sub chamber 13 is on the lower side), and the lid 16 of the container housing chamber 10 is removed. With the rubber plug 31 closing the mouth of the hollow needle 18 facing the tip 18a of the hollow needle 18, the drug vial 30 is pushed into the container housing chamber 10 so that the hollow needle 18 is inserted to the middle of the rubber plug 31. . Then, the chemical vial 30 is further pushed in while the lid 16 is screwed. When the lid 16 cannot be screwed in, the lid 16 is attached and at the same time, the medicinal solution vial 30 is loaded and held in a state in which the liquid container 30 does not loosely fit in the container housing chamber 10. In this state, the entire medicinal solution vial 30 is housed in the container housing chamber 10, so that the medicinal solution vial 30 does not directly hit an object, and there is no concern that the hollow needle 18 is bent.
[0020]
When the state in which the drug solution vial 30 is loaded is maintained, the drug solution LB in the drug solution vial 30 gradually flows into the sub chamber 13 gradually, and the air 25 in the sub chamber 13 is compressed and the sub chamber is compressed. Gather above 13. Then, an amount of the chemical liquid LB that balances the pressure of the compressed air and the load applied to the chemical liquid LB in the sub chamber 13 is stored in the sub chamber 13.
[0021]
Next, execution of subcutaneous injection will be described with reference to FIGS. The container holder 3 in the state shown in FIG. 3 is in the state shown in FIG. 1, that is, the second grip GB of the needleless syringe 1 is turned upside down so that the openings 14 and 15 are on the upper side (the sub chamber 13 is on the lower side). Is turned counterclockwise to suck the necessary amount of the liquid medicine LB in the subchamber 13 and then grasps the first grip GA of the needleless syringe 1 and rotates counterclockwise to loosen the screw. Separate from 3. When the syringe tip 7 of the needleless syringe 1 is placed on the injection site and the release button BT is pressed, the piston 9 is pushed up and the liquid medicine is injected from the jet injection port 8 and injected into the patient's body.
[0022]
Next, how to store the injection type syringe set of the first embodiment will be described. When the injection is completed, the first grip GA of the needleless syringe 1 is grasped, and the syringe fitting chamber is held until the protruding end of the syringe tip 7 is pressed against the receiving surface 19 as shown in FIG. Then, the needleless syringe 1 and the container holder 3 are returned to the connected state. After that, keep it as it is. Since the tip of the syringe tip 7 is strongly pressed against the receiving surface 19, the hermetically sealed state is maintained and the drug solution LB does not leak from the drug solution vial 30. Further, each time an injection is performed, the receiving surface 19 is normally kept clean by disinfecting the syringe tip 7 of the needleless syringe 1 with absorbent cotton with alcohol.
[0023]
As described above, the needleless syringe 1 and the container holder 3 are integrally stored in an appropriate state, and the entire length is shortened, so that the carrying becomes easy. Without forgetting one, both will always be carried in a set, and it can be said that it is particularly suitable when daily insulin is applied like a diabetic patient. Although the container holder 3 can be used repeatedly, it is hygienic and easy to handle if the container holder 3 is discarded when the chemical vial 30 becomes empty.
[0024]

[0026]
Next, the usage form of the injection type syringe set of the second embodiment will be described. In order to inhale the drug solution into the needleless syringe 1, the needleless syringe 1 is inserted into the syringe fitting chamber 11 of the container holder 4 and the first grip GA is rotated and fixed in the same manner as in the first embodiment. To do. Then, after removing the sealing plug 24, the medicinal solution in the medicinal solution vial 30 is once sucked into a normal syringe with a needle, and then the injection needle of this syringe with a needle is inserted into the medicinal solution supply port 23 to inject the medicinal solution LB, A stopper 24 is attached. Then, the second grip GB is rotated to inhale a predetermined amount of drug solution, and the first grip GA is rotated to remove the needleless syringe 1 from the container holder 4 and inject it into the affected area. The needleless syringe 1 is stored while being fixed to the container holder 4. The sealing plug 24 does not need to be removed for each injection, and may be removed when the chemical solution LB in the chemical solution storage chamber 22 runs out.
[0027]
FIG. 5 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a needleless syringe and a container holder of an injection type syringe set according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The injection type syringe set of the third embodiment is configured such that a needleless syringe 1 for jetting a medical solution and a cap-like container holder 31 containing a medical solution vial 30 are folded by a hinge 32.
[0028]
