Description
【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in activated sewage treatment of sewage, it is possible to separate and discharge only the supernatant water by introducing sewage into a treatment tank, etc., performing the treatment, and precipitating activated sludge by the action of microorganisms. Has been done.
[0003]
The supernatant water is discharged by a dedicated device called a supernatant water discharging device. This device has, for example, a drain pipe connected to a pump through a flexible hose or the like. It is comprised so that supernatant water may be suck | inhaled from the edge part inlet port of a drain pipe by drive. The drain pipe is connected to the lower surface side of the float (floating element) with a gap, for example, with the introduction port facing the water surface side, and discharges the supernatant water near the water surface while following the water level fluctuation of the supernatant water. Have been to.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional supernatant water discharge device as described above, sludge settles at the inlet edge of the drainage pipe before the drainage operation after the sewage treatment, which is used together with the supernatant water during drainage. It is sucked in and causes a failure of the pump or the like, or sludge stays in the hose and causes a drainage failure.
[0005]
Therefore, in order to solve this problem, it is considered that the drain pipe is taken out of the treatment tank except when supernatant water is drained, thereby preventing sedimentation of sludge in the drain pipe. However, in this case, it is conceivable that when the drain pipe is installed in the treatment tank, the supernatant water flows, and the sedimented sludge floats. Moreover, in order to avoid such sludge floating, careful installation work is required, and workability is deteriorated. Therefore, it is not always a good idea.
[0006]
This invention is made | formed in order to solve the said problem, and it aims at providing the supernatant water discharge apparatus which can discharge | emit only supernatant water more favorably.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a drainage pipe having a supernatant water inlet, and a drain pipe having a supernatant water inlet, which is connected to the drain pipe in a supernatant water discharge device for discharging supernatant water separated by precipitating activated sludge. A pump for feeding supernatant water, and an opening / closing means capable of opening and closing the introduction port, wherein the opening / closing means includes a lid for opening and closing the introduction port, and an opening position for opening the introduction port. And a means for displacing the inlet to a closed position, and the drainage pipe has a leading inlet that widens as the inlet, and the inlet is arranged in a state facing the water surface side, The lid is formed in a conical shape corresponding to the introduction port, and the tip of the lid is interposed in the introduction port of the drain pipe in a state where the lid is arranged at the open position. .
[0008]
According to this apparatus, when draining the supernatant water, the supernatant water can be discharged by driving the pump with the inlet of the drain pipe opened. On the other hand, except when draining, by closing the inlet of the drain pipe, sludge can be prevented from entering and settling into the inlet.
[0010]
Moreover, the supernatant water can be discharged by setting the lid in the open position. And it becomes possible to prevent the infiltration of the sludge into the inlet by setting the lid to the closed position.
[0011]
Further comprising a inlet flared as inlet, since disposing the drain pipe in a state of facing the inlet on the water side, easily sludge precipitated inlet portion when precipitating the activated sludge, Therefore, it is effective to apply the above configuration to such an apparatus.
[0012]
Further, to form a conical lid corresponding to the inlet, in the state in which the lid to the open position, since the tip portion of the lid to the introduction mouth of the drain pipe is interposed, rectification of wastewater is exhibited, thereby supernatant water on the drainage tube without disturbance in the flow occurs Ru introduced.
[0013]
In this type of apparatus, the drain pipe is often configured to be able to follow fluctuations in the water level of the supernatant water. Therefore, if a means for causing the drain pipe to follow fluctuations in the water level of the supernatant water is provided (claim 2 ). The functionality of the supernatant water discharge device can be enhanced.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention opens the drain pipe inlet when draining the supernatant, and closes the drain pipe inlet except during drainage. Sediment settling can be reliably prevented. For this reason, as in this type of conventional device, sludge that has settled at the inlet of the drain pipe is sucked together with the supernatant water to cause a pump failure, or sludge accumulates in the drain hose. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of a failure from occurring.
[0030]
The means for opening and closing the introduction port of the drain pipe can be composed of a lid body for opening and closing the introduction port and means for displacing the lid body between the opening position and the closing position of the introduction port. In this case, if a conical lid corresponding to the inlet is formed, and the lid is placed in the open position, the leading end of the lid is interposed in the inlet of the drainage pipe. The effect is exerted, and the supernatant water can be discharged efficiently.
[0031]
In this type of supernatant water discharge device, the drain pipe is often configured to be able to follow the water level fluctuation of the supernatant water. Therefore , the drain pipe is made to follow the water level fluctuation of the supernatant water as in claim 2. If the means is provided , the functionality of the supernatant water discharge device can be enhanced.
