Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an oil-free screw compressor, and more particularly to an oil-free screw compressor incorporating an oil pump suitable for high-speed rotation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Many conventional oil-free screw compressors are driven by a general-purpose induction motor. The rotation speed of the general-purpose induction motor depends on the power supply frequency, so it rotates at about 3000 or 3600 revolutions per minute. It has become. On the other hand, the rotation speed of the oil-free screw compressor is required to be 3 to 8 times as high as that of the general-purpose induction motor. Therefore, in order to increase the rotational speed, the screw rotor of the compressor is driven to increase in speed via a speed increaser configured by rotating a general-purpose induction motor with a gear or the like.
[0003]
Therefore, the oil-free screw compressor includes a bearing and a synchronous gear, and oil is supplied for the purpose of lubricating cooling. As the supply means, a trochoid oil pump or the like is installed. There are two types of oil pumps: a speed increasing unit attached to the input (low speed) shaft of the speed increasing unit, or a separate type attached to the compressor as a separate pump.
[0004]
For example, an oil-free screw compressor disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-97186 is directly driven by a high-speed motor without using a speed increaser, but the oil pump is provided separately from the compressor body. Yes. Further, the screw compressor disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-8889 has a function of an oil pump by forming a screw groove or a spiral groove on the shaft of a screw rotor or an end face of a screw tooth.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the oil-free screw compressor disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-97186 requires an oil pump and a motor for driving the oil pump separately, which increases the size of the compressor as a whole and is difficult to reduce in size and weight. Moreover, a separately installed motor and a bearing for each part of the pump are required, and the power loss increases.
[0006]
In addition, the male and female rotors of oil-free screw compressors driven by high-speed motors may have a maximum rotational speed exceeding 20000 revolutions per minute. With positive displacement pumps such as ordinary gear pumps, vibration noise and reliability From the viewpoint of safety, it is not possible in principle to drive directly at the same rotational speed. Also, if a reduction gear or the like is installed for driving the pump, it will be contrary to the reduction in size and weight.
[0007]
In addition, the oil-free screw compressor has a very high discharge temperature, and thus the thermal deformation of the rotor is large. The rotor and the rotor shaft expand and contract in the axial direction due to thermal deformation. Furthermore, since it is a high-speed rotating body, there is also axial vibration. Therefore, in order to use a part of the rotor shaft for the shaft of the oil pump, it is necessary to be an oil pump that can absorb such thermal deformation and vibration displacement.
[0008]
An oil pump of a screw compressor disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-8889 is provided for the purpose of supplying oil to an end face gap of a screw rotor and reducing internal leakage of gas passing through the gap. Therefore, the shaft seal is not attached to the oil supply means, the oil supply path is only directed to the end face gap along the shaft surface, and it is impossible to supply oil to a bearing, a synchronous gear, or the like.
[0009]
Further, the installation position is limited between the screw tooth portion of the rotor and the high-pressure side bearing. Therefore, the degree of freedom is small regarding the arrangement of the entire compressor.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to provide an oil-free screw compressor that has a simple structure and is small in size and light in weight even though an oil pump suitable for high-speed rotation is incorporated.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, an oil-free screw compressor according to the present invention includes a motor, a pair of male and female rotors connected to the motor and rotating, and a pair of male and female rotors opposite to the motor. Oil is supplied to a gear portion that transmits rotation of one rotor of the pair of male and female rotors connected to the motor shaft of the motor to the other rotor, and a bearing portion that supports the gear portion and the rotors. An oil pump and a pair of male and female rotors, a gear part, a bearing part, and a casing for housing the oil pump, the pair of male and female rotors and the gear part being the pair of male and female rotors Stored in a high-pressure side casing having a low-pressure port and a high-pressure port for gas to be compressed, and the drive-side shaft of the pair of male and female rotors is stored in a casing on the low-pressure side, and the oil pump is connected to the pair of male and female rotors. Before Provided at the shaft end of the other rotor on the opposite side of the gear portion, the oil pump seals the non-contact visco pump that boosts the oil by rotation of the rotor shaft of the other rotor, and the boosted oil And a non-contact type shaft seal device.
[0016]
Preferably, wherein the non-contact type shaft sealing device, the floating-type sleeve seal or a visco seal having a screw groove twist direction of the grooves formed in the twisting direction opposite to the screw groove of the Visco pump It is said .
