BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bulk package of container stacks in which, for example, inverted frustoconical containers that are open at the top are stacked to form a container stack, and the container stacks can be arranged in a staggered pattern or a matrix.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Cup containers filled with foods such as yogurt are stacked in a stack, and then the container stacks are packed into cardboard boxes and packed before being sent to a food company. In a food company, a cardboard box was opened in a filling chamber, and a container stack was manually placed on a filling machine. As a result, dust such as paper dust is generated in the filling chamber, and the cardboard box cannot be reused, and an unhygienic environment arises due to manual loading of the cup, resulting in an increase in cost.
[0003]
A cup-shaped container package in which a plurality of cup-shaped container stacks are sandwiched between upper and lower stack holding plates is known from JP-A-10-278964. These stack holding plates are made of a thin plastic molded product having a plurality of downward bulging portions, and the bulging portions of the upper holding plate engage with the opening of the uppermost container as convex portions, and the lower side The bulging portion of the holding plate is engaged with the bottom of the lowermost container as a recess.
[0004]
Thus, a plurality of containers can be packaged as a multi-column and row stack, but since the stack holding plate only acts as a positioning material, this container package can be bundled with a binding band, film band, stretch film, fixture or shrink. Must be fixed by film fixing means. The package is finally stored in a cardboard box or the like.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Such a fixing means may cause an excessive frictional force between the upper and lower containers by a normal tightening force, and may damage the edge of the uppermost or lowermost container located in the periphery. That is, the container in the part where the binding band contacts is particularly deformed or torn, and the degree of breakage is higher than elsewhere. Further, it is not preferable for hygiene to bring cardboard boxes or the like into the food factory because they easily absorb or release dust.
[0006]
Furthermore, automatic packaging of a plurality of produced containers and automatic supply to food filling machines in food factories are complicated and stable operation cannot be expected. In addition, it is extremely difficult to wrap containers less than the specified quantity according to customer demands at food factories.
[0007]
In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides a sanitary and reusable bulk package that can withstand adverse conditions during transportation without using a cardboard box and that does not damage the container even if it is packed with an excessive tightening force. For the purpose.
[0008]
Further, the present invention provides a bulk package that can be easily automated by simply placing the bulk package in a predetermined position for packaging and packaging of the container at the time of production of the container and supply of the container to the food filling machine in the food factory. With the goal.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The bulk package of the container stack according to the present invention has a first hole through which a plurality of container stacks are stacked and then stacked, and the container can pass therethrough. A first holding plate that supports the vicinity of the upper part of the container stack on the inner surface, a recess that is aligned with the first hole and that can support the vicinity of the bottom of the container, and is disposed at substantially the center of the recess. A second holding plate having a second hole through which a reciprocating member capable of lifting the bottom of the container can pass; and a supporting means for supporting the first and second holding plates so as to be separated from each other. Yes. In this case, the support means is detachably attached between the first and second holding plates, or is X-shaped so that the distance between the first and second holding plates is shortened when not in use. Or a plurality of rods that are folded from the middle so that the distance between the first and second holding plates is shortened when not in use.
[0010]
In the bulk package of the container stack of the present invention, the plurality of first and second holes can be arranged in a staggered pattern or a matrix pattern. In addition, the first holding plate may be formed with alignment means that is aligned with the second holding plate of the bulk packaging body immediately above, and a plurality of bulk packaging bodies may be stacked .
