Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a chair tension structure in which a cushion body is detachably attached to a shell that supports the cushion body of the chair.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 2001-54438 and 2001-299494 describe easy chair cover separation at the time of separation and disposal of chairs, repairing, and cleaning.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the former, the cushion material is a separate body, and a cloth chair cover covering the cushion material is removably attached. Also, attach the mounting core to the three sides of the chair cover that covers the seat, press it into the groove formed on the back of the seat frame, ie, the shell, and fix it to the other one of the chair cover. Protrusions are provided, and these locking protrusions are inserted into the locking holes of the shell and fixed. In such a structure, the work of wrapping the cushion material and the work of pushing the core material into the groove extending in three directions are troublesome and troublesome.
[0004]
In the latter case, a backrest cushion assembly having a crescent-shaped material portion attached to the top in a bag shape is detachably attached to the backrest. In such a structure, when the seated person leans back, the cushion assembly tends to shift upward, which is a problem. In particular, when such a structure is applied to the seat portion, the occupant applies a force of moving back and forth along with the weight to the cushion assembly during use, so that the cushion assembly is hardly fixed.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and allows a cushion body made of a cushion material and a skin material to be easily and reliably attached to a chair shell in a detachable and tensioned state. The aim is to provide a chair tension structure.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, the above problem is solved as follows.

A support plate is provided, and at one end portion of the shell, a protruding portion is provided to protrude to the back surface side so as to form a step portion with the other portion, and the protruding portion is spaced apart from the step portion. An outward engaging claw that removably engages with the engaging claw protrudes from the surface side near one end of the shell, and the other end of the shell has the headed A locking hole for releasably locking the shaft is provided, and the cushion is The bag-like skin material of the body is fitted to the overhanging portion at one end of the shell until the stepped portion is covered, and the engaging claws are engaged with each other inside the overhanging portion, and the other At the end, the headed shaft is locked in the locking hole.
[0007]
(2) In the above item (1), the locking hole of the shell is a daruma hole composed of a large diameter hole and an inward small diameter hole continuous with the large diameter hole.
[0008]
(3) In the above item (1) or (2), the central portion of the shell and the central portion of at least one support plate in the cushion body are recessed in a direction in which a seated person's load is applied in plan view .
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 to 3 are views showing a chair provided with an embodiment of the tension structure of the present invention, FIG. 1 is a side view thereof, and FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged view of the chair of FIG. FIG. 3 is a partial front view of the chair from which the cushion body is removed from the backrest shell.

As shown in these figures, this chair has a seat (3) mounted on a support base (2) standing on a leg (1) with casters, and a rear part of the support base (2). The backrest (4) is supported in a tiltable manner. The backrest (4) includes a shell (5) and a cushion body (6) covering the shell (5).
[0011]
The shell (5) is preferably an integrally molded product of a synthetic resin material. As is apparent from FIG. 1, the shell (5) has a substantially square shape in side view, and the lower part projects forward from the middle part. Is provided with a cutout hole (7) for enhancing elastic deflection, and a crescent-shaped horizontal stepped portion (8) is provided in the upper portion, and the upper portion thereof is provided with a rear projecting portion (9). Forming. Further, the shell (5) has a hollow shape in which the central portion is recessed backward in a plan view, that is, in a direction in which a load on the seated person is applied.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, an upward L-shaped engagement claw (10) is integrally formed on both sides of the upper surface of the shell (5), and a locking hole is formed on both sides of the lower surface of the front surface. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, a daruma hole (11) comprising a large-diameter portion having an oval shape (may be elliptical or circular) and a circular small-diameter portion continuously formed at the upper center is formed. It is installed.
The neck portion (11a) of the daruma hole (11), that is, the boundary portion between the large diameter portion and the small diameter portion is projected slightly inward on either the left or right side.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6 to 8, the cushion body (6) is made of a cushion material (12) such as a molded polyurethane foam, and a skin material such as a cloth material or a synthetic resin sheet. It is encapsulated by (13).
[0014]
On the upper part of the cushion body (6), a bag-like skin material (13a) whose lower end is opened by covering the back surface of the upper part twice is formed. The lower end of the bag-like skin material (13a) ends at a position covering the horizontal step portion (8) of the shell (5).
[0015]
A support plate (14) extending in the left-right direction, which is a plastic molded product, is embedded in the upper surface of the back surface of the cushion body (6), and a pair of left and right L-shaped downwards formed integrally with the support plate (14). The engaging claws (15) protrude through the skin material (13) to the back side.

A support plate (16) extending in the left-right direction, which is a plastic molded product, is embedded in the lower portion of the back surface of the cushion body (6), and a pair of left and right facing the rear formed integrally with the support plate (16). The head axis (17) penetrates the skin material (13) and protrudes to the back side.
[0017]
The headed shaft (17) is provided at a position corresponding to the aforementioned daruma hole (11) of the shell (5), and its shaft portion is larger than the distance between the neck portion (11a) of the daruma hole (11). It has a slightly larger diameter so that the shaft portion can elastically climb over this and enter the small diameter portion of the daruma hole (11).
The upper and lower support plates (14) and (16) are curved so that the central portion is recessed backward in plan view, so that the cushion body (6) follows the hollow shape of the shell (5). I have to.
[0018]
When attaching the cushion body (6) to the shell (5), as shown in FIG. 4, cover the upper surface of the shell (5) with the bag-like skin material (13a) at the top of the cushion body (6). Then, the downward engaging claws (15) of the support plate (14) are engaged with the upward engaging claws (10) of the shell (5) contained in the bag portion.
[0019]
Next, while pulling the lower part of the cushion body (6) downward to give tension, the head of the headed shaft (17) of the support plate (16) in the lower part of the cushion body (6) is moved to the lower part of the shell (5). When you put it in the large diameter part of the daruma hole (11) and then release the hand you pulled, the shaft part of the headed shaft (17) elastically climbs over the neck part (11a) of the daruma hole (11) It returns slightly upward into the small diameter portion of the daruma and is held here, resulting in the attached state shown in FIG.
[0020]
The cushion body (6) can be easily and quickly removed by performing the reverse procedure to that described above.
In the above description, the example in which the tension structure of the present invention is applied to the backrest of a chair has been shown, but the present invention can also be applied to a seat.
