【0104】
図8(a)は切替弁14の縦断面図であり、図8(b)は図8(a)の切替弁14のA−A線断面図であり、図8(c)は図8(a)の切替弁14のB−B線断面図であり、図8(d)は図8(a)の切替弁14のC−C線断面図である。
【0105】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sanitary washing device for washing a local part of a human body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various functions have been devised in a sanitary washing apparatus for washing a local part of a human body in order to realize washing according to user's preference. For example, in order to realize cleaning according to the user's preference, there is provided a function of adjusting the water flow and the jet form of the cleaning water jetted from the nozzle. The user can adjust the washing water jetted from the nozzle and the jetting mode according to his / her preference.
[0003]
For example, there is a human body cleaning device capable of changing the spread angle of cleaning water (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0004]
A conventional human body cleaning device includes a swirl imparting chamber formed in a nozzle so as to communicate with a water discharge hole, an axial center-directed conduit directed to the axis of the swirl imparting chamber, an eccentric conduit eccentric to the swirl imparting chamber, Is provided. In this case, the discharge of the cleaning water to which the swirl force is applied along the inner wall surface of the swirl imparting chamber by flowing the wash water from both the axially directed pipe and the eccentric duct to the swirl imparting chamber. In addition, it is possible to discharge the wash water without a turning force by allowing the wash water to flow only into the axially directional pipe line.
[0005]
As described above, in the conventional human body cleaning apparatus, it is possible to change the degree of turning force and set the cleaning range.
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 3292185
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional human body cleaning apparatus, the swirling direction of the cleaning water cannot be reversed. In order to realize comfortable cleaning according to the user's preference or physical condition, the swirling flow and the straight flow can be selectively ejected and the swirling direction of the distributed swirling flow can be reversed and the washing can be performed. It is desirable to change the water spread angle.
[0008]
An object of the present invention is to provide a nozzle device capable of selectively ejecting a distributed swirl flow and a linear flow, reversing the swirl direction of the distributed swirl flow, and changing the spread angle of the washing water. It is providing the sanitary washing apparatus provided with it.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A nozzle device according to a first aspect of the present invention is a nozzle device that ejects cleaning water, and has a nozzle body having an ejection hole for ejecting cleaning water, an inner peripheral surface having a substantially circular cross section, and A vortex chamber that communicates with the vortex chamber in an eccentric manner with respect to its axial center, a first flow path that supplies cleaning water into the vortex chamber, and a vortex chamber that communicates with an eccentricity with respect to the axial center; And a second flow path for supplying cleaning water in a direction against the cleaning water supplied by the first flow path.
[0010]
In the nozzle device according to the present invention, the cleaning water is supplied from the first flow path along the inner circumferential surface having a substantially circular cross section in the vortex chamber to generate a one-way swirl flow. Further, the cleaning water is supplied from the second flow path along the substantially circular inner peripheral surface of the vortex chamber in a direction against the cleaning water supplied by the first flow path, so that the swirl flow in the other direction Occurs.
[0011]
When the flow rate of the wash water supplied from the first flow path is larger than the flow rate of the wash water supplied from the second flow path, a distributed swirl flow swirling in one direction is ejected from the ejection holes of the nozzle body. Is done.
[0012]
When the flow rate of the wash water supplied from the second flow path is larger than the flow rate of the wash water supplied from the first flow path, a dispersed swirl flow swirling in the other direction is ejected from the ejection holes of the nozzle body. Is done.
[0013]
When the flow rate of the wash water supplied from the first flow path is equal to the flow rate of the wash water supplied from the second flow path, the turning force in one direction and the turning force in the other direction cancel each other, and a straight line A flow is ejected from the ejection holes of the nozzle body.
[0014]
As described above, the wash water flowing through the first flow path and the wash water flowing through the second flow path join together in the vortex chamber, so that the secondarily dispersed dispersed swirl flow is ejected from the ejection hole, A large area of the cleaning part is cleaned.
[0015]
By controlling the ratio of the flow rate of the wash water flowing in the first flow path and the flow rate of the wash water flowing in the second flow path, the spread angle of the wash water ejected from the ejection holes can be changed, and the washing is performed. The area and the feeling of cleaning can be changed.
[0016]
Therefore, it is possible to obtain various cleaning feelings and cleaning powers according to the user's preference or physical condition.
[0017]
The first and second flow paths may extend in parallel with each other in the nozzle body, and a groove that extends along a region between the first and second flow paths may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle body.
[0018]
In this case, the cleaning water adhering to the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle body flows down along the groove. This prevents the cleaning water from staying on the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle body for a long time.
[0019]
A sanitary washing device according to a second aspect of the present invention is a sanitary washing device that ejects wash water supplied from a water supply source to a human body, and supplies the wash water supplied from the water supply source to the first route and the second route. A path selection means for selectively supplying one or both of the above and a nozzle device for ejecting the cleaning water supplied by the path selection means from the ejection holes. The nozzle device has an ejection hole for ejecting the cleaning water. A nozzle body having a substantially circular inner peripheral surface, a vortex chamber communicating with the ejection hole, a vortex chamber communicating with the vortex chamber eccentrically with respect to its axis, and supplying cleaning water into the vortex chamber A flow path and a second flow path that communicates with the vortex chamber in an eccentric manner with respect to the axis thereof and supplies cleaning water in a direction against the cleaning water supplied by the first flow path. is there.
[0020]
In the sanitary washing device according to the present invention, the wash water supplied from the water supply source is selectively supplied to one or both of the first route and the second route by the route selection means. The washing water supplied to the first path is supplied to the first flow path of the nozzle device. The washing water supplied to the second path is supplied to the second flow path of the nozzle body.
[0021]
As the cleaning water is supplied from the first flow path along the inner circumferential surface having a substantially circular cross section in the vortex chamber, a one-way swirling flow is generated. Further, the cleaning water is supplied from the second flow path along the substantially circular inner peripheral surface of the vortex chamber in a direction against the cleaning water supplied by the first flow path, so that the swirl flow in the other direction Occurs.
[0022]
When the flow rate of the wash water supplied from the first flow path is larger than the flow rate of the wash water supplied from the second flow path, a distributed swirl flow swirling in one direction is ejected from the ejection holes of the nozzle body. Is done.
[0023]
When the flow rate of the wash water supplied from the second flow path is larger than the flow rate of the wash water supplied from the first flow path, a dispersed swirl flow swirling in the other direction is ejected from the ejection holes of the nozzle body. Is done.
[0024]
When the flow rate of the wash water supplied from the first flow path is equal to the flow rate of the wash water supplied from the second flow path, the turning force in one direction and the turning force in the other direction cancel each other, and a straight line A flow is ejected from the ejection holes of the nozzle body.
[0025]
As described above, the wash water flowing through the first flow path and the wash water flowing through the second flow path join together in the vortex chamber, so that the secondarily dispersed dispersed swirl flow is ejected from the ejection hole, A large area of the cleaning part is cleaned.
[0026]
By controlling the ratio of the flow rate of the wash water flowing in the first flow path and the flow rate of the wash water flowing in the second flow path, the spread angle of the wash water ejected from the ejection holes can be changed, and the washing is performed. The area and the feeling of cleaning can be changed.
[0027]
Therefore, it is possible to obtain various cleaning feelings and cleaning powers according to the user's preference or physical condition.
[0028]
The nozzle body includes a cylinder portion that stores the cleaning water, and a piston portion that has an ejection hole and first and second flow paths and is movably inserted into the cylinder portion, and the pressure of the supplied cleaning water Thus, the piston part may protrude from the cylinder part to a predetermined cleaning position.
[0029]
In this case, the cleaning water supplied to the nozzle body is accommodated in the cylinder portion, and the piston portion protrudes from the cylinder portion to a predetermined cleaning position by the pressure of the cleaning water. This prevents the sanitary washing apparatus from adhering to the nozzle body during non-washing without increasing the size. Further, since the piston portion protrudes from the cylinder portion due to the pressure of the cleaning water, no other driving device such as a motor is required, and the structure is simplified. Therefore, the sanitary washing apparatus can be reduced in size and cost.
[0030]
An annular space is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder portion and the outer peripheral surface of the piston portion, and a housing portion is formed in the cylinder portion with the piston portion protruding, and the annular space is sealed and separated from the housing portion. The cylinder portion has first and second water supply ports for receiving the cleaning water, the first flow path and the first water supply port communicate with the housing portion, and the second flow path and the second water supply port May communicate with the annular space.
[0031]
In this case, with the piston portion protruding from the cylinder portion, the annular space is sealed and separated from the housing portion. Wash water supplied from the second water supply port is guided to the second flow path through the sealed annular space. As described above, since the first flow path and the second flow path are formed independently of each other, the flow rates of the washing water flowing through the first flow path and the second flow path can be changed independently. it can. As a result, the flow rate ratio between the first flow path and the second flow path can be easily and arbitrarily controlled.
[0032]
The cylinder portion sequentially includes a tip portion having a first inner diameter, an intermediate portion having a second inner diameter larger than the first inner diameter, and a rear end portion having an inner diameter larger than the second inner diameter, A first annular inner wall at the boundary between the intermediate portion and the intermediate portion, and a second annular inner wall at the boundary between the intermediate portion and the rear end portion. The piston portion projects from the cylinder portion in the first state. And first and second annular contact portions that are in watertight contact with the second annular inner wall, respectively, and an inner peripheral surface of the intermediate portion of the cylinder portion and an outer peripheral surface of the first annular contact portion of the piston portion A first gap is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the rear end portion of the cylinder portion and the outer peripheral surface of the second annular abutting portion of the piston portion. Wash water from the path is supplied into the rear end through the first water supply port, and wash water from the second path passes through the second water supply port. Is fed into The inter, the first flow path is provided so as to communicate with the rear end portion of the cylinder portion, the second flow path may be provided so as to communicate with the middle portion of the cylinder portion.
[0033]
In this case, since the first gap and the second gap are formed until the piston part protrudes from the cylinder part, the washing water staying in the unused state is discharged before the washing water is ejected from the ejection hole. The gas can be discharged through the first and second gaps. Thereby, it can wash | clean using fresh washing water. Further, with the piston portion protruding from the cylinder portion, the first and second annular inner walls and the first and second annular abutting portions are in watertight contact with each other, so that the annular space in the intermediate portion is sealed. At the same time, it is separated from the accommodating portion in the rear end portion. Accordingly, the cleaning water from the second path flows into the second flow path through the annular space in the intermediate part, and the cleaning water from the first path flows into the first flow path through the accommodating part in the rear end part. As described above, since the first flow path and the second flow path are formed independently of each other, the flow rates of the washing water flowing through the first flow path and the second flow path can be changed independently. As a result, the flow rate ratio between the first channel and the second channel can be reliably and arbitrarily controlled.
[0034]
Washing water may be supplied to the first flow path with the piston portion protruding to the cleaning position.
[0035]
In this case, with the piston portion protruding to the cleaning position, the cleaning water supplied to the first flow path is ejected from the ejection hole as a one-way dispersed swirl flow. Thereby, soft cleaning is performed on the human body at the start of cleaning.
[0036]
You may further provide the flow rate ratio control means which controls the flow rate ratio of the wash water supplied to the 1st flow path and the 2nd flow path.
[0037]
In this case, the flow rate ratio of the cleaning water supplied to the first flow path and the second flow path can be controlled by the flow rate ratio control means. Thereby, the flow rate of the wash water flowing through the first flow path and the flow rate of the wash water flowing through the second flow path can be arbitrarily and continuously changed, and the ejection form of the wash water ejected from the ejection holes The turning direction, the spread angle and the cleaning area can be continuously changed. Moreover, it becomes possible to arbitrarily adjust the ejection form and flow rate of the washing water according to the user's preference or physical condition.
[0038]
The flow rate control means is configured such that the flow rate of the wash water supplied to the first flow path is higher than the flow rate of the wash water supplied to the second flow path at the start of the ejection of the wash water from the ejection holes of the nozzle device. The flow rate ratio may be controlled so as to increase.
[0039]
In this case, a one-way dispersed swirling flow is ejected from the ejection holes at the start of cleaning. Thereby, it is possible to start with a soft cleaning for the human body.
[0040]
The swirl direction setting means for setting the swirl direction of the distributed swirl flow is further provided, and the flow rate ratio control means is configured to set the flow rate of the washing water supplied to the first flow path and the second flow path based on the setting of the swirl direction setting means. You may control the ratio of the flow volume of the wash water supplied to the.
[0041]
In this case, the ratio of the flow rate of the wash water supplied to the first flow path and the flow rate of the wash water supplied to the second flow path is controlled based on the setting of the turning direction setting means, thereby being ejected from the ejection means. The swirling direction of the distributed swirling flow can be arbitrarily switched.
[0042]
The spread angle setting means for setting the spread angle of the distributed swirl flow is further provided, and the flow rate ratio control means is configured to set the flow rate of the washing water supplied to the first flow path and the second flow path based on the setting of the spread angle setting means. You may control the ratio of the flow volume of the wash water supplied to the.
[0043]
In this case, the ratio of the flow rate of the wash water supplied to the first flow path and the flow rate of the wash water supplied to the second flow path is controlled based on the setting of the spread angle setting means, thereby being ejected from the ejection means. The spread angle of the distributed swirling flow can be arbitrarily changed.
[0044]
The flow rate ratio control means further includes linear flow instruction means for instructing ejection of the linear flow, and the flow rate ratio control means is configured to supply the flow rate of the washing water supplied to the first flow path and the second flow path in response to an instruction from the linear flow instruction means. The flow rate of the supplied cleaning water may be controlled equally.
[0045]
In this case, the flow rate of the wash water supplied to the first flow path and the flow rate of the wash water supplied to the second flow path in response to the instruction from the straight flow instruction means are controlled to be equal to each other from the ejection means. Can be ejected.
[0046]
The flow rate control means may continuously control the ratio of the flow rate of the cleaning water supplied to the first flow path and the flow rate of the cleaning water supplied to the second flow path.
[0047]
In this case, it is possible to continuously change the ejection form, swirl direction, and spreading angle of the washing water ejected from the ejection holes.
[0048]
The apparatus further comprises washing water fluctuation instruction means for instructing an operation of repeatedly changing the ejection form of the washing water ejected from the ejection means, and the flow rate ratio control means responds to the instruction of the washing water fluctuation instruction means in response to the first flow path. The ratio of the flow rate of the cleaning water supplied to the second flow path and the flow rate of the cleaning water supplied to the second flow path may be continuously and repeatedly changed.
[0049]
In this case, the ratio of the flow rate of the cleaning water supplied to the first flow path and the flow rate of the cleaning water supplied to the second flow path in response to the instruction of the cleaning water fluctuation instruction means is continuously and repeatedly changed. The spraying form of the washing water ejected from the ejection means can be continuously switched to one-way dispersed swirl flow, linear flow and other-direction dispersed swirl flow, and the spread angle of the dispersed swirl flow can be continuously changed . Thereby, a massage effect can be obtained.
[0050]
The route selection unit may include a flow rate ratio control unit. In this case, since the flow ratio control means is included in the route selection means, it is not necessary to separately provide the flow ratio control means, and the sanitary washing apparatus can be reduced in size and simplified.
[0051]
The path selecting means is a first member having a first wash water outlet communicating with the first path and a second wash water outlet communicating with the second path, and is rotated relative to the first member. A second member with respect to the first member, and a second member having a hole that can be provided and receives a cleaning water and a hole that can face either of the first and second cleaning water outlets The flow rate ratio of the cleaning water supplied to the first path and the second path may be changed in accordance with the amount of rotation.
[0052]
In this case, by rotating the second member relative to the first member, the hole of the second member faces either the first or second washing water outlet of the first member. . When the hole of the second member faces the first cleaning water inlet of the first member, the cleaning water supplied to the cleaning water inlet of the second member passes through the hole of the second member. The first cleaning water outlet of the first member is supplied to the first path. Further, when the hole of the second member faces the second cleaning water inlet of the first member, the cleaning water supplied to the cleaning water inlet of the second member is the hole of the second member. And is supplied to the second path from the second washing water outlet of the first member.
[0053]
In this case, the flow rate ratio of the cleaning water supplied to the first path and the second path can be changed by adjusting the rotation amount of the second member with respect to the first member.
[0054]
You may further provide the advancing / retreating drive means to advance / retreat the nozzle body. In this case, the nozzle body can be advanced to the cleaning position during cleaning by the advance / retreat driving means, and the nozzle body can be retracted to the storage position during non-cleaning. Further, the washing water can be ejected while moving the nozzle body back and forth. Furthermore, position adjustment in the front-back direction of the nozzle body can be performed. Therefore, the multifunction of the nozzle device can be achieved.
[0055]
You may further provide the pressurization means which pressurizes the wash water from a water supply source, and supplies it to a nozzle apparatus.
[0056]
In this case, the washing water from the water supply source is pressurized by the pressurizing means and supplied to the nozzle device. Thereby, it becomes possible to increase the flow rate of the cleaning water ejected from the ejection holes. As a result, the feeling of cleaning and the cleaning power are improved.
[0057]
The pressurizing unit may pressurize the cleaning water supplied from the water supply source while causing periodic pressure fluctuations and eject the cleaning water from the nozzle device.
[0058]
In this case, the washing water can be discharged at a pressure that varies periodically by the pressurizing means. Therefore, the ejection speed of the washing water ejected from the ejection holes periodically increases. The washing water ejected from the ejection holes changes into a granular shape having a spread due to air resistance, so that a high washing feeling and washing power can be given to the human body even with a small amount of washing water. In addition, it is possible to perform cleaning according to the user's preference or physical condition by controlling the pressure fluctuation of the cleaning water.
[0062]
You may further provide the heating means which heats the wash water supplied from a water supply source. In this case, since the wash water from the water supply source is heated by the heating means, the wash water appropriately heated can be ejected from the ejection holes. Thereby, it becomes possible to wash | clean the local part of a human body, without making a user feel unpleasant.
[0063]
The heating means may be an instantaneous heating device that heats the cleaning water supplied from the water supply source while flowing it.
[0064]
In this case, the cleaning water is heated while flowing by the instantaneous heating means. Thereby, since the cleaning water is heated only when the sanitary cleaning device is used, the power consumption can be minimized. In addition, since a water storage tank or the like for storing cleaning water is not required, space saving is realized. Furthermore, even when the cleaning time is increased, the temperature of the cleaning water does not decrease.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the wash water flowing through the first flow path and the wash water flowing through the second flow path are merged in the vortex chamber, so that a dispersed swirl flow that is secondarily diffused is ejected from the ejection holes. A large area of the portion to be cleaned is cleaned.
[0214]
By controlling the ratio of the flow rate of the wash water flowing in the first flow path and the flow rate of the wash water flowing in the second flow path, the spread angle of the wash water ejected from the ejection holes can be changed, and the washing is performed. The area and the feeling of cleaning can be changed.
[0215]
Therefore, it is possible to obtain various cleaning feelings and cleaning powers according to the user's preference or physical condition.
