本発明は、負荷に電源を供給する電源装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
最近、自動車の扉の施錠開閉を電波等を用いて遠隔操作で行うキーレスエントリ装置が多用されているが、この装置は車両の停車中に扉の開閉動作を行うためのもので、停車中は常に受信機側を動作状態としておくことが必要である。従って、極力少ない消費電力で動作させる工夫が行われている。例えば、図15に示す構成図は従来の電源装置の一例を示したもので100は車載の12ボルト又は24ボルトの電圧を出力するバッテリである。101はキーレスエントリ受信機103に必要な電圧(本例では5ボルト)を供給するためのシリースレギュレータ回路でバッテリ100の出力電圧を必要な電圧(5ボルト)に調整している。102はトランジスタ等により構成された間欠回路でマイクロコンピュータ104によって制御され、シリースレギュレータ101から出力される電圧(5ボルト)を必要なタイミングで間欠出力して必要な間隔で受信動作を行い消費電力の節減を行うようになっている。103はキーレスエントリ装置の受信機でキーレスエントリ装置の送信機105からの信号を受信する。そして、受信信号はマイクロコンピュータ104で解析されコードが合致すると車両扉の施錠を開閉するための制御信号を出力し車両扉の施錠装置の施錠動作を行う。この様にして動作するキーレスエントリ装置は常に受信機側を動作状態としておくことが必要である。従って、長時間の動作状態を保つ必要から極力少ない消費電力で動作させておかないと車載バッテリが消費してしまうことになる。

【発明が解決しょうとする課題】
このため、特開平6−217530号公報のようにスイッチングレギュレータを用い、これをシリーズレギュレータの前段に設けて損失を低下させることも考えられるが受信機の信号受信時にスイッチングが行われるとノイズが輻射されるために受信機が誤動作を起こしてしまう可能性があった。

本発明は、前述の状況から更に低消費化を考慮した電源装置を提供するものであり、スイッチング回路を用いるために同回路から発生するノイズに阻害され難い安定した負荷動作が行える電源装置の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を解決するために、電源に接続されるスイッチ手段及び充放電回路を有し、該スイッチ手段のスイッチング動作による該電源からの電圧及び該充放電回路の時定数によって所定の波形を有する電圧を出力するスイッチングレギュレータと、前記スイッチングレギュレータから出力された電圧を一定の電圧に変換する電圧変換手段を備え、前記電圧変換手段からの出力電圧を負荷に与えてなる電源装置に於いて、前記負荷に前記電圧変換手段からの出力電圧を間欠的に供給するように制御するものであって、前記電圧変換手段からの出力電圧が負荷に与えられると、一定時間経過後に前記スイッチ手段のスイッチング動作を禁止して前記電源からの電圧が該負荷に供給されないように制御する制御手段を設けてなることを特徴とする。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例について図を用いて説明する。図1は本発明の第1実施例を示す構成図である。1は車載されたバッテリで本装置の電源として使用し、通常12Vまたは24Vを出力する。バッテリ1のマイナス側は車体に接続されている。Tr1はスイッチング回路を構成するスイッチングトランジスタで、コレクタはバッテリ1のプラス端子に接続され、エミッタからはコレクタに印加される信号(ドライブ回路の出力)によってオン、オフしスイッチング動作が開始される。3はダイオードDi,線輪L,コンデンサCから構成される平滑回路でありスイッチングトランジスタTr1がオンとなるときにコンデンサCにはその出力が充電され、スイッチングトランジスタTr1がオフの時には放電される。

4はレギュレータ回路で Voutに出力された放電電圧をキーレスエントリ装置の受信機側電源に必要な一定の電圧(本例の場合は5V)に変換して出力するものである。5は低消費電力化のための間欠手段であって、オンすることでレギュレータ4からの電圧を受信機6へ与えるトランジスタTr2が設けられキーレスエントリ装置の受信機側電源に必要な電圧を定められた間欠動作で出力するものである。6はキーレスエントリ装置の受信機で送信機12(エンジンキー等に内蔵されている)からの電波信号を受信し出力する。7はマイクロコンピュータ(マイコン)で受信機6の出力信号を処理(送信機12からの電波信号であることを確認すれば)し制御信号を出力して自動車の扉の施錠、開錠動作を行う。

また、受信信号aを読み取って処理し、間欠動作信号b、スイッチング動作の制御信号cを出力する。
8は基準電圧源である。9は差動増幅器(コンパレータ)で平滑回路3から出力される電圧(Vout)が抵抗器R1を介して反転入力(−)に、基準電圧源8が非反転入力(+)に接続され、平滑回路3から出力される電圧(Vout)が基準電圧源8に比べて低い時には「H」レベルの信号を出力する。10は差動増幅器(コンパレータ)で非反転入力(+)に差動増幅器9の出力が、反転入力(−)には発振器12の発信する定められた周波数の信号が入力され所定のスイッチング動作が開始される。11はスイッチングトランジスタTr1をオン、オフ駆動させるドライブ回路で、制御トランジスタTr4がオン状態(ベースに「H」レベル信号が入力している状態)ではその駆動が停止し、オフ状態(ベースに「L」レベル信号が入力している状態)ではその駆動が可能な状態になるように構成されたものである。

次に各部の波形に就いて説明する。図2は図1に於ける各部の波形を示しており、スイッチング回路のトランジスタTr1の出力波形は、発振器の周波数で定められる間隔によりバッテリ1の電圧が周期的にスイッチングして出力される。そして、平滑回路3のLとCの時定数によりコンデンサCに充電され、スイッチング信号が0となるとコンデンサCからVoutに示すように徐々に放電される。電圧が所定の値(5V)以下となると差動増幅器9(コンパレータ)及び10が動作して次のスイッチング信号を出力する。この出力はレギュレータ4により所定の電圧(5V)に安定化されて間欠回路5に入力され定められた間隔に受信機の電源に供給される。

次にマイクロコンピュータ(マイコン)7の処理について図2及び図3を用いて説明する。図3はマイコン7の処理を示すフローチャートである。尚、本キーレスエントリ装置は常に動作状態を保って受信動作を行っている。
ステップS1で間欠回路5をオン状態(マイコン7の制御信号bが「H」レベル信号となる)とすると図2に示すように受信機6の電源がオンとなる。次にステップS2に移りスイッチングトランジスタTr1のスイッチング動作をVoutに関係なく強制的に停止し(マイコン7の制御信号cが「H」レベルとなる)ステップS3に移る。ステップS3では受信機6の出力が有るかどうか、即ち外部から何らかのコード信号を受信機6が受信したか否かを判断し、出力が検出されればステップS4に、出力が無ければステップS7に移る。ステップS4では、受信機6の出力信号によってコード入力処理を行ってステップS5に移る。ステップS5では、入力処理されたコードが予め記憶されている自車のコードと一致したかどうかを判断し、一致すればステップS6に、一致していない場合はステップS7に移る。ステップS6では、自車の扉の錠をロックまたはアンロック処理を行ってステップS7に移る。ステップS7では、間欠回路5をオフ状態(マイコン7からの制御信号bを「L」レベル)としてステップS8に移る。ステップS8では、図2に示すようにスイッチングの禁止を解除(マイコン7からの制御信号cを「L」レベル)する。以後はマイコン7に関係なくVoutに応じてスイッチング動作が行われる。

以上、第一の実施例によれば電圧変換手段からの出力電圧を負荷に与えているときはスイッチ手段のスイッチング動作を禁止する制御手段を設け間欠手段が通電中は、前記スイッチング電源の動作を停止し、コンデンサに充電された電力を前記レギュレータ手段により安定化して供給することによって電源の低消費化を考慮した電源装置を提供すると共に受信機6が電波(コード信号)を受信している時にはスイッチング動作を禁止してスイッチングノイズによる誤動作を防止しする。

次に第2実施例について説明する。図4は本発明の第2の実施例に於ける各部の波形を示す図である。第2実施例ではスイッチング禁止期間を限定し、受信機6が安定した受信を行うべき期間のみスイッチング動作を禁止するようにしたものであり、その場合のマイコン7の処理について図5を用いて説明する。尚、構成は図1に基づくものとし、また図4も併用して説明する。

ステップS20で間欠回路5をオン(マイコン7からの制御信号bを「H」のレベルにする)とし、図4に示すように受信機6の電源を立ち上げてステップS21に移る。ステップS21では、定められた(受信機6の立ち上がりに必要な時間)時間経過したかどうかを判断し、一定時間経過しておればステップS22に移り、時間が経過していなければ定められた時間経過するまで待つ、この間図4に示すようにVoutに応じてスイッチングトランジスタTr1がオンする。そして、一定時間経過しステップS22に移り、図4に示すようにスイッチング動作を禁止(マイコン7からの制御信号cを「H」レベルで維持)しステップS23に移る。従ってスイッチングトランジスタTr1は図4に示すようにスイッチング動作を行わない。この禁止期間中に受信機6は外部からの電波を受信する処理を行う。ステップS23では受信機6の出力の有無を確認し出力の有る場合は、ステップS24へ、無い場合はステップS27に移る。ステップS24ては、コードの入力処理を行ってステップS25に移る。ステップS25では入力処理したコードが予め記憶している自車のコードと一致するかどうかを確認し、一致すればステップS26へ、一致しないときはステップS27に移る。ステップS26では、扉の錠をロックまたはアンロック処理しステップS27に移る。ステップS27では図4に示すように間欠回路をオフ(マイコン7からの制御信号bを「L」レベル)としステップS28に移る。ステップS28では、スイッチング動作の禁止を解除する。

この様に、第2実施例においては、電圧変換手段からの出力電圧を負荷に与え、且つ前記負荷が安定動作を行うべき期間についてスイッチング手段のスイッチング動作を禁止するもので受信機6の立ち上がり時間を設定して、この間を待って受信機6が安定受信を行った時点でスイッチング動作を禁止する。このためスイッチング動作によって発生するノイズの影響をうけず、更に必要な期間のみスイッチング禁止を行うので、受信機6の動作中の電圧不足の心配もなく、又コンデンサCの容量を大きくしなくともよい。

次に本発明の第3の実施例について説明する。図6は本発明の第3の実施例を示す構成図である。図6に於ける1〜9までの符号は図1と同じであり説明を省略する。20はスイッチングレギュレータ回路を構成するスイッチングトランジスタで図1のスイッチングトランジスタTr1に対応し、マイコン7からの制御信号によってスイッチング動作が行われるものである。即ち、第1、第2実施例では基本的にマイコンとは独立してスイッチング動作を行うのに対して第3実施例ではスイッチング動作の制御をマイクロコンピュータが行うものである。

図6は第3の実施例を示す構成図である。Voutの電圧と、基準電圧源8の電圧をコンパレータ9が比較し、基準電圧源8をVoutが下回るとA1の信号をマイコン7に出力する。マイコン7はA1信号によってB1信号をHレベルとしてスイッチングトランジスタ20を動作させる。
第3の実施例のマイコン7の処理について図7のフローチャートを用いて説明する。ステップS30では、A1の信号に基づいてコンパレータ9の出力電圧が予め定めた規定の値よりも低いかどうかを判断し、低い場合はステップS32へ、高い場合は、ステップS34に移る。ステップS32では、一定時間B1信号を「H」レベルとし、ステップS33に移る。ステップS33では、一定時間B1を「L」レベルとしてステップS31に戻る。つまり、規定値より低い場合は1パルス分スイッチングトランジスタ20をスイッチング動作させる。ステップS34では、間欠回路5をオン状態(マイコン7からの制御信号bを「H」レベル)とし、ステップS35に移り、一定時間経過するのを待ってステップS36に移る。尚、この間もステップS30からステップS33までのスイッチング制御を行うようにしても良い。一定時間経過すると上記スイッチング制御を禁止(マイコン7からの制御信号B1は「L」レベルのまま)し、ステップS36では受信機6からの出力が有るかどうかを判断して出力のある場合はステップS37に移る。また、出力が無いときはステップS40に移る。ステップS37では受信機6の出力信号をコード入力処理し、ステップS38に移って、コードが自車のコードと一致したかどうかを判断し、一致すればステップS39に移る。又、一致しない場合はステップS40に移る。ステップS39では、扉の錠をロックまたはアンロック処理し、ステップS40に移る。ステップS40では間欠回路5をオフにする。

この様に、第3の実施例においては、制御手段はマイコンによってスイッチングレギュレータの出力電圧を検出し、出力電圧の大きさに応じてスイッチ手段のスイッチング動作を直接制御するもので、専用のスイッチング回路を必要とせず安価に実現することが可能になる。
図8は本発明の第4実施例に於ける各部の波形を示す図である。第4実施例では電波を受信機が検出すると、スイッチングトランジスタ20をオン状態に維持してバッテリ1からの電力をそのまま5Vレギュレータ4に与えるようにしたものである。尚、本例の構成は図6に示した構成に基づくもので、図9はマイコン7の処理を示すフローチャートであり本図及び図8も併用して本実施例を説明する。

ステップS56では図8に示すようにスイッチング制御が禁止(マイコン7からの制御信号B1は「L」レベルのまま)し、受信機6からの出力が有るかどうかを判断して出力のある場合はステップS57に移る。また、出力が無いときはステップS61に移る。
ステップS57では、受信機6に安定した電圧を供給すべく、スイッチングトランジスタ20をスルー状態(マイコン7からの制御信号B1を「H」レベル維持)とする。従って、図8のように、Voutのレベルはバッテリ1からの電圧が直接与えられた状態となる。尚、受信機6の受信信号が有る場合には、制御信号B1を「H」レベルに立ち上げる。このため瞬間ノイズが発生するが、ステップS58に移ってコード入力処理をするとき、このノイズが無くなってから読み込み処理を行うことでノイズの影響を無くすることができる。

次に図10は本発明の第5の実施例を示す構成図である。本例は第3実施例の構成に基づくもので、前述の第3実施例を示す図6と同じ部分には同じ符号を付して説明を割愛する。本例ではマイコン7がスイッチング制御する代わりにタイマ21が行うようになっている。21はタイマでマイコン7の外部に設けられマイコン7の起動制御を行うものでありタイマ21が起動を行うまではマイコン7はスリープ状態となりマイコン7の電力を節減するものである。

尚、本例マイコン7とタイマ21との関係を詳述すると、タイマ21からの起動信号の立ち上がりによりマイコン7は起動し、所定の処理を行い処理完了後タイマ21にスリープ期間を示すセット信号を出力して再びスリープ状態になる。
そして、スリープ期間後タイマ21は起動信号をマイコン7に与える処理を繰り返す。また、起動信号が立ち上がっているときにタイマ21をリセットするとこの起動信号は立ち下がる。

図11は本発明の第5の実施例に於ける各部の波形を示す図であり、この動作について図12に示すフローチャートにより説明する。タイマ21からの割り込み処理(起動信号)に対してマイコン7は図11に示すように起動し、ステップS70では割り込みがあったかどうかを検出し、割り込み処理が有ればステップS71へ、無ければ他の割り込み処理に移る。ステップS71では、間欠回路5をオン(マイコン7からの制御信号bを「H」レベル)とし、ステップS72に移り入出力ポート等のイニシャル処理を行ってステップS73に移る。ステップS73ではタイマ21にリセット信号を出力してステップS74に移る。この時図11に示すようにタイマ21からの起動信号は立ち下がる。これによってスイッチングトランジスタ20に対するスイッチング動作の制御信号D1が1パルス分生成されるのでスイッチングトランジスタ20は図11に示すようにスイッチング動作するが、これ以降は制御信号D1が「L」となるのでスイッチング動作は行われない。ステップS74では、受信機6からの出力信号の有無を確認し、出力信号の有る時にはステップS75に移り、出力信号が無いと判断したときにはステップS78に移る。尚、ステップS74の前に一定時間経過したかを判断するステップを挿入し、一定時間後にステップS74の処理を行うようにしても良い。

ステップS75では、受信機6の出力信号をコード入力処理し、ステップS76に移って、コードが自車のコードと一致したかどうかを判断し、一致すればステップS77に移る。又、一致しない場合はステップS78に移る。ステップS77では、扉の錠をロックまたはアンロック処理し、ステップS78に移る。ステップS78ではタイマ21にスリープ期間を示すセット信号を図11に示すように出力し、ステップS79に移って間欠回路5をオフ(マイコン7からの制御信号bを「L」レベル)にして、HALT(現状を保持)又はスリープ(マイコンの動作休止)又はSTBY(次の動作を待つ)状態に移る。

図13は本発明の第6実施例に於ける各部の波形を示した図であり、第6実施例ではスイッチングトランジスタ20からの電圧に応じてそのスイッチング動作(パルスの数)を制御するもので構成は図6に示す構成図に基ずくものである。本図の動作に就いて図14のフローチャートにより説明する。

【発明の効果】
上詳細に説明したように、本発明によれば充放電を有効に利用し、電源消費電力を少なくするとともにスイッチング動作を制御して負荷のスイッチングノイズによる影響を無くすることができる。又、電圧の変動に対してはスイッチングパルス数により必要な電源電圧を保持させて供給電圧を維持できる。
