微多孔性膜の製造方法は、公知である。フィルムは、炭酸カルシウムやその他の塩などの無機充填剤の微粒子を好適なポリマーに配合し、充填されたポリマーのフィルムを形成し、このフィルムを延伸して、これに良好な微多孔性および通気性を付与することによって製造する。
(b)低密度ポリエチレン約3重量%〜約10重量%;
(c)炭酸カルシウム充填剤粒子約40重量%〜約60重量%;および
(d)顔料、加工処理助剤、酸化防止剤およびポリマー改質剤からなる群から選ばれる一つ以上の成分からなる添加剤約1重量%〜約10重量%。

Claims (19)
- フィルム層および布状基材層を有する積層シートの製造方法において、
(a)フィルム層を布状基材層に結合して積層シートを形成する際に、該積層シートに、フィルム層と布状基材層との間の結合強度が積層シートの他の領域よりも大きい少なくとも一つの高結合領域を設け、そして
(b)該高結合領域が延伸されないか、あるいは部分的にのみ延伸されるように、噛み合い延伸機を用いて該積層シートを選択的に延伸する
ことを特徴とする積層シートの製造方法。 - フィルム層が、熱可塑性樹脂組成物から形成され、かつ、フィルム層を布状基材層に結合する工程が、該熱可塑性樹脂組成物を布状基材層上に押し出す工程からなる請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 積層シートの少なくとも一つの領域を熱結合して、少なくとも一つの高結合領域を形成する工程をさらに有する請求項2記載の製造方法。
- 熱結合工程が、音波シーリングまたは熱点結合によって行われる請求項3記載の製造方法。
- 積層シートの少なくとも一つの領域を接着結合して、少なくとも一つの高結合領域を形成する工程をさらに有する請求項2記載の製造方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂組成物を布状基材層と一緒にキャストロールニップステーションに押し出し、該キャストロールニップステーションがニップを有する一対のローラを有しており、該ローラの少なくとも一つが凸部を有し、これら凸部に隣接するニップ圧力を高めることにより、高結合領域を形成する請求項2記載の製造方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂組成物が、脂肪酸で表面被覆した炭酸カルシウム40〜60重量%、並びに顔料、酸化防止剤および加工助剤などの他の添加剤1〜10重量%を含有し、残部がポリプロプレン類、ポリエチレン類、機能化ポリオレフィン類またはこれらの組み合わせからなるポリオレフィン系樹脂組成物である請求項2記載の製造方法。
- フィルムの坪量が、10から40g/m2(“gsm”)の間である請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 布状基材層が、ポリオレフィン系不織布材料である請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 布状基材層が、スパンボンド法ポリプロピレン、スパンボンド法ポリエチレンおよびカーディング処理した熱ボンド法ポリプロピレンからなる群より選ばれるものである請求項9記載の製造方法。
- 布状基材の坪量が、10から30g/m2(“gsm”)の間である請求項9記載の製造方法。
- 積層シートの水蒸気透過度が一日当たり500g/m2超過で、かつ、水頭が60cm超過である請求項11記載の製造方法。
- (a)フィルム層を布状基材層に結合して積層シートを形成する際に、該積層シートに、フィルム層と布状基材層との間の結合強度が積層シートの他の領域よりも大きい少なくとも一つの高結合領域を設ける工程、および
(b)該高結合領域が延伸されないか、あるいは部分的にのみ延伸されるように、噛み合い延伸機を用いて該積層シートを選択的に延伸する工程
を有するオムツ用バックシートの製造方法。 - (a)ポリマーフィルム、および
(b)該フィルムに結合した布状ウェブ
を有するポリマーフィルムと布状ウェブとの延伸積層体であって、
該積層体が、フィルムと布状ウェブとの間の結合強度が積層シートの他の領域よりも大きい少なくとも一つの高結合領域を有し、
少なくとも一つの高結合領域が、延伸されていないか、あるいは部分的にのみ増分的に延伸されていることを特徴とする噛み合い延伸機を用いて増分的及び選択的に延伸された延伸積層体。 - 該フィルムが、微多孔性である請求項14記載の延伸積層体。
- 該積層体が、機械方向と横断する方向に増分的に延伸されたものである請求項14記載の延伸積層体。
- 該ポリマーフィルムが、
(a)ポリオレフィン、および
(b)孔形成開始剤
を含有するものである請求項14記載の延伸積層体。 - 該積層体が、噛み合い延伸機を用いて、機械方向と横断する方向に延伸する請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 少なくとも一つの高結合領域が、延伸されていないものである請求項14記載の延伸積層体。
