【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ機の傾斜角度設定構造及び傾斜角度設定方法に関するもので、特に、パチンコ機を入換えるに際して新規パチンコ機を設定傾斜角度に容易に設定することができるパチンコ機の傾斜角度設定構造及び傾斜角度設定方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、パチンコ機はホールに設置した島と呼ばれる構造物(以下、単に島と称す)に取付けられている。島には、縦方向に延出した支柱がパチンコ機配列方向に所定間隔で配設されると共に、これら支柱に、パチンコ機配列方向に延出し、且つ略パチンコ機の縦方向の寸法だけ間隔を有して上下に配された上部梁と下部梁とが設けられている。そして、パチンコ機は上部梁と下部梁との間の空間に嵌め込まれており、取付位置及び鉛直方向に対する傾斜角度、いわゆる寝かせ(以下、単に寝かせと称す)が調節され、上部梁の上面と下部梁の下面とから釘を打設して島に取付けられている。なお、上記寝かせは、一般に、パチンコ機の上部が下部に対して島の内側に4分5厘(13.5mm)入り込むように調節される。

ところで、パチンコ機の寝かせは、パチンコ機の入賞口への入賞確率を決定する要因の1つであり、パチンコ機を島に取付ける際には寝かせの厳密な調節が要求される。一般に、パチンコ機の寝かせの調節は、上部梁の下面及び下部梁の上面に墨打ち等により基準線を引き、該基準線にパチンコ機を位置合わせすることが行われ、このような作業を行うには高い技術が要求されるため、島大工と呼ばれる熟練者の手により実施される。したがって、ホールはパチンコ機の入換えを行う度に島大工を確保する必要があり、多大な費用と時間とを要することから、パチンコ機の入換えはホールの大きな負担となっていた。

そこで、特開平10−80563号公報には、取付部材を島天板にビス止めで固定し、ラック部材の先端の支持部材を介してパチンコ機の上部外周枠をビス止めで固定し、また、上記ラック部材を取付部材で摺動及び係止可能に支持しておいて、ラック部材を取付部材に対して摺動移動させることにより、当該パチンコ機の傾斜角度を調節するパチンコ機の取付装置及びクランプが開示されている。このパチンコ機の取付装置では、支持部材がパチンコ機の上部外周枠の内側の面にビス止めされているので、パチンコ機を入換える際には当該支持部材を固定しているビスを取り外し、再度新規に取付けられるパチンコ機の上部外周枠の内側の面にビス止めする必要があり、煩雑で時間がかかる効率の悪い作業であった。また、傾斜角度の調節にはラック部材と係合させる専用の調整具を要し、その調節には記載はないが何らかの基準が必要となることから、パチンコ機の入換えの度に上記調節具を用いた煩雑な調節作業が必要となるばかりでなく、例えば、ホール従業員が傾斜角度の調節を行った場合、人為的誤差によりパチンコ機本来の仕様(入賞口への入賞確率等)が著しく変わってしまう虞がある。

また、特開平8−19656号公報には、島の上部添板の下面に受片と取付片とを略L字状に形成した上部係止板を固定すると共に下部添板の上面に被締結片と取付片とを略L字状に形成した下部係止板を固定し、該下部係止板の被締結片に形成した切欠部に嵌合体の選択された切溝を嵌合したパチンコ機の取付構造が開示されており、該パチンコ機の取付構造は、上記上部添板の受片と下部添板の被締結片とが鉛直線上で揃うように位置決めしておいて、パチンコ機の側枠後面を当該上部添板の受片と下部添板の被締結片とに当接させることにより、パチンコ機が所定角度に傾斜させた状態で取付されるというものである。

しかしながら、このパチンコ機の取付構造では、前提条件として、上部添板の受片と下部添板の被締結片とが正確に位置決めされている必要があるが、これらを正確に位置決めして固定するのは極めて困難であり、また、切溝を被締結片の切欠に嵌合させて嵌合体を装着する構造上、下部添板に対する嵌合体の位置を微調節することができなかった。そして、上部添板と下部添板との取付誤差は当該上部添板と下部添板との取付直後に島に取付けられるパチンコ機の傾斜角度に影響するだけでなく、パチンコ機を入換えた際の新規に取付けられるパチンコ機の傾斜角度にも後々影響を及ぼすこととなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたもので、パチンコ機を入換えるに際し、新規パチンコ機の傾斜角度を、設定傾斜角度で島に取付けられたパチンコ機と同じ傾斜角度(寝かせ)、誰でも簡単に、設定することができるパチンコ機の傾斜角度設定構造及び傾斜角度設定方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明のうち請求項1に記載のパチンコ機の傾斜角度設定 構造は、島の上部梁にパチンコ機の後面上部に当接させた上部固定金具の一対を配すると共に、島の下部梁にパチンコ機の後面下部に当接させた下部固定金具の一対を配し、上部固定金具を、島の上部梁の後面に固定した上部取付片と、該上部取付片の下端から島の内側に向けて略水平に延出し、所定位置に第1のねじ孔を配した被締結片と、該被締結片の後端に垂設され、略中央に第2のねじ孔を配した垂下片と、からなる上部固定部材と、被締結片の下面に重ねて配置され、第1のねじ孔を臨むと共に島の内外方向に延出した長孔を有した締結片と、該締結片の前端に垂設され、略中央に第1の孔を配した前片と、締結片の後端に垂設され、略中央に第2の孔を配した後片と、からなる可動部材と、前片に設けた第1の孔に挿通させる軸を立設し、前片の前側に配してパチンコ機の後面上部に当接させた当接部材と、締結片の長孔を挿通させて被締結片の第1のねじ孔に螺合させた第1のボルトと、先端部が可動部材の第2の孔に回転可能に連結され、中間部が垂下片の第2のねじ孔に螺合された第2のボルトと、該第2のボルトの基部に螺合されたロックナットと、で構成し、また、下部固定金具を、島の下部梁の上面に固定した下部取付片と、該下部取付片の前端に立設され、略中央に第3の孔を配した垂直片と、をクランク状の板部材の両端に配した下部固定部材と、垂直片に設けた第3の孔に挿通させる軸を立設し、垂直片の前側に配してパチンコ機の後面下部に当接させた当接部材と、で構成し、一対の下部固定金具を、当接部材が、島に設定傾斜角度で取り付けられたパチンコ機の後面下部に当接するように、島の下部梁に取付けると共に、一対の上部固定金具を、島の上部梁に取付け、一対の上部固定金具の第2のボルトを回転させて可動部材を前進させることで当接部材をパチンコ機の後面上部に当接させ、この状態で、第1のボルトを締め付けて可動部材を上部固定部材に締結させると共に、ロックナットを締め付けて垂下片の後面に締結させることで第2のボルトの回転を阻止し、パチンコ機を入換えるに際し、新規パチンコ機の後面上部を一対の上部固定金具の当接部材に当接させると共に、該新規パチンコ機の後面下部を一対の下部固定金具の当接部材に当接させることにより、新規パチンコ機の傾斜角度を設定することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の一実施の形態を図1乃至図9に基づいて説明する。まず、本実施の形態のパチンコ機の傾斜角度設定構造の概略を説明する。図1乃至図5に示すように、本パチンコ機1の傾斜角度設定構造は、島の上部梁2の後面に配した一対の上部固定金具3の当接部材4の当接面4aを島に設定傾斜角度で取付けられたパチンコ機1の後面1a上部に当接させると共に、島の下部梁5上面に配した一対の下部固定金具6の当接部材4の当接面4aを上記パチンコ機1の後面1a下部に当接させ、パチンコ機1を入換えるに際し、新規パチンコ機1の後面1a上部を上記一対の上部固定金具3の当接部材4の当接面4aに当接させると共に当該新規パチンコ機1の後面1a下部を上記一対の下部固定金具6の当接部材4の当接面4aに当接させて新規パチンコ機1の傾斜角度を設定した。これにより、新規パチンコ機1を取外されるパチンコ機1と同じ傾斜角度、即ち設定傾斜角度に設定することができる

次に、本パチンコ機1の傾斜角度設定構造の詳細を説明する。上記上部固定金具3は、図2及び図4に示すように、島の上部梁2に固定した上部固定部材7と、該上部固定部材7の下側に配されて当該上部固定部材7に対して島の内外方向(図1に示すA方向)に移動可能で、且つ任意の位置で固定可能な可動部材8とを具備しており、該可動部材8には上記当接部材4が装着される構造になっている。また、上記上部固定部材7はクランク状に曲げ加工した板金製の部材で形成されており、島の上部梁2の後面に図示しないさらボルト等で固定した上部取付片9と、該上部取付片9の下端から島の内側に向けて略水平に延出した被締結片10と、該被締結片10の後端に垂設された垂下片11とを具備している。また、上記上部固定部材7には、被締結片10の所定位置に後述する第1のボルト12を螺合させる第1のねじ孔13(図4参照)が螺設されると共に垂下片11の所定位置に後述する第2のボルト14を螺合させる第2のねじ孔15(図4参照)が螺設されている。

また、上記可動部材8は略コの字状に曲げ加工した板金製の部材で形成されており、上面を上記上部固定部材7の被締結片10の下面に当接させた締結片16と、該締結片16の前端及び後端に垂設した前片17及び後片18とを具備している。また、上記締結片16には、前片17から後片18に向けて延出し、上記上部固定部材7の被締結片10の第1のねじ孔13(図4参照)を臨むように設けた長孔19が形成され、さらに、前片17には後述する当接部材4の軸20を挿通させる第1の孔21(図4参照)が形成されると共に後片18には上記第2のねじ孔15に螺合した第2のボルト14の先端を回転可能に連結させた第2の孔22(図4参照)が形成されている。なお、上記第2のボルト14の先端には、ねじ部のねじ径よりも小さい外径を有したストレート部23が形成されており、該ストレート部23には止輪24を嵌合させるための環状溝(図示せず)が形成されている。

また、上記当接部材4は、図6に示すように、略コの字状に曲げ加工した板金製の部材で形成されており、パチンコ機1の後面1aに当接させる当接面4aの裏面には上記前片17の第1の孔21に挿通させた上記軸20が立設されている。そして、上部固定金具3は、第1のボルト(本実施例ではナベ小ねじ)12をワッシャ25を介して上記可動部材8の長孔19に挿通させて上部固定部材7の第1のねじ孔13に螺合させると共に、ロックナット26を螺合した第2のボルト14を上部固定部材7の第2のねじ孔15に螺合し、該第2のボルト14の先端のストレート部23を可動部材8の第2の孔22に挿通させて環状溝に止輪24を嵌合し、当該第2のボルト14の先端を可動部材8に回転可能に連結させた構造になっている。

また、上部固定金具3は、上記当接部材4の軸20を可動部材8の前片17の第1の孔21に挿通させて当接部材4を可動部材8に装着し、第2のボルト14を所要方向に回転させることで当該可動部材8を上部固定部材7に対して前後方向(図1に示すA方向)にスライド移動させ、第1のボルト12を締付けることで可動部材8の締結片16を上部固定部材7の被締結片10に締結させて当該可動部材8を上部固定部材7に固定させるように構成されている。なお、上部固定金具3では第1のボルト12を締付けて可動部材8を上部固定部材7に締結固定した後、第2のボルト14に螺合させたロックナット26を締め付けることで上部固定部材7に対する可動部材8の移動をより強固に規制させた構造になっている。

次に、上記下部固定金具6の詳細を説明する。下部固定金具6は、図3及び図5に示すように、クランク状に曲げ加工した板金製の下部固定部材27に、上記上部固定金具3に装着した当接部材4と同形状の当接部材4を装着して構成されており、下部固定部材27の両端には島の下部梁5上面に図示しないさらボルト等で固定した下部取付片28と、パチンコ機1の後面1a下部に対向させて設けられ、且つ上記当接部材4に立設した軸20を挿通させる第3の孔32(図5参照)を有した垂直片29とが配設されている。また、上記下部固定部材27は、下部取付片28と垂直片29との間に逃げ部30を介在させており、図1に示すように、パチンコ機1と島の下部梁5とにスペーサ31を支わせた場合に当該逃げ部30でスペーサ31との干渉を回避した構造になっている。

なお、上記当接部材4と第2のボルト14及び当該当接部材4と下部固定部材とは、図示しない紛失防止用のワイヤにより連結されている。また、図7及び図8に示すように、当接部材4と可動部材8の前片17との間及び当該当接部材4と下部固定部材27の垂直片29との間には、略中央部に当接部材4に立設した軸20を挿通させるための第4の孔33を有した所定厚さ(本実施例では1.5mm)のスペーサ34を所要に応じて介在させることで、パチンコ機1を入換えた際の新規パチンコ機1の傾斜角度を所要に設定することができるように構成されている。

このような構成において、本実施の形態のパチンコ機1の傾斜角度設定方法を説明する。まず、図1、図3及び図5に示すように、軸20を下部固定部材27の垂直片29の第3の孔32に挿通させて当接部材4を支持した一対の下部固定金具6を、該当接部材4の当接面4aが島に設定傾斜角度で取付けられたパチンコ機1の後面1a下部に当接するように、島の下部梁5上面に所定間隔で取付ける。この際、上記下部固定部材27に逃げ部30を形成したことにより、パチンコ機1と島の下部梁5との間にスペーサ31が支われていた場合であっても、当該逃げ部30によりスペーサ31と下部固定金具6とが干渉するのを回避することができる。

次に、図1、図2及び図4に示すように、軸20を可動部材8の前片17の第1の孔21に挿通させて当接部材4を支持した一対の上部固定金具3を、下部梁5に取付けた一対の下部固定金具6とパチンコ機1幅方向(図2及び図3に示すB方向)における位置を略一致させて島の上部梁2に取付ける。この際、第1のボルト12及びロックナット26は緩められており、一対の上部固定金具3は、第2のボルト14を回転させることにより可動部材8が上部固定部材7に対して長孔19(図6参照)の範囲内で島の内外方向(図1に示すA方向)にスライド移動可能な状態である。そして、これら一対の上部固定金具3の第2のボルト14を所要方向(時計回り方向)に回転させることで一対の当接部材4の当接面4aをパチンコ機1の後面1a上部に当接させ、この状態で、第1のボルト12を締付けて可動部材8を上部固定部材7に締結固定させると共に第2のボルト14に螺合したロックナット26を上部固定部材7の垂下片11の後面(図4における右側の面)に締結させる。

そして、パチンコ機1を入換えるに際し、図1に示すように、新規パチンコ機1の後面1a上部を島の上部梁2に取付けられた一対の上部固定金具3の当接部材4の当接面4aに当接させると共に当該パチンコ機1の後面1a下部を島の下部梁5に取付けられた一対の下部固定金具6の当接部材4の当接面4aに当接させる。この状態で新規パチンコ機1を釘等で島に固定することで、新規パチンコ機1を、取外されるパチンコ機1と同じ傾斜角度、即ち設定傾斜角度で島に取付けることが可能となる。ここで、取外されるパチンコ機1と新規パチンコ機1との設定傾斜角度が異なる場合、例えば、取外されるパチンコ機1の傾斜角度が標準的な4分5厘(13.5mm)であって、新規パチンコ機1の傾斜角度が4分(12.0mm)である場合には、図7に示すように、所要厚み(1.5mm)のスペーサ34を、一対の上部固定金具3の当接部材4と可動部材8の前片17との間に当該当接部材4の軸20に第4の孔33を挿通させて介在させることにより対応することができる。

【発明の効果】
本実施形態によれば、一対の下部固定金具を、当接部材が、島に設定傾斜角度で取り付けられたパチンコ機の後面下部に当接するように、島の下部梁に取付けると共に、一対の 上部固定金具を、島の上部梁に取付け、一対の上部固定金具の第2のボルトを回転させて可動部材を前進させることで当接部材をパチンコ機の後面上部に当接させ、この状態で、第1のボルトを締め付けて可動部材を上部固定部材に締結させると共に、ロックナットを締め付けて垂下片の後面に締結させることで第2のボルトの回転を阻止し、パチンコ機を入換えるに際し、新規パチンコ機の後面上部を一対の上部固定金具の当接部材に当接させると共に、該新規パチンコ機の後面下部を一対の下部固定金具の当接部材に当接させることにより、新規パチンコ機の傾斜角度を設定したので、パチンコ機を入換えるに際し、新規パチンコ機の後面上部を一対の上部固定金具の当接部材の当接面に当接させると共に当該パチンコ機の後面下部を一対の下部固定金具の当接部材の当接面に当接させるだけで、新規パチンコ機の傾斜角度を、島に取付けられていた取外されるパチンコ機の設定傾斜角度に設定することができ、島大工等の熟練者を雇わなくてもホール従業員等で、容易に、且つ所要の傾斜角度でパチンコ機を入換えることが可能となり、さらに、上部固定金具と下部固定金具とが簡易な構造であることで、パチンコ機入換えの費用を大幅に抑制することができると共に入換え作業を効率的に行うことができる。

また、本実施形態によれば、当接部材に立設した軸に挿通させる第4の孔を配した所定板厚のスペーサを、所要に応じて上部固定金具の当接部材と可動部材との間、又は下部固定金具の当接部材と下部固定部材との間に介在させたので、パチンコ機を入換えるに際し、取外されるパチンコ機と新規パチンコ機とで設定傾斜角度が異なる場合であっても、スペーサを上部固定金具の当接部材と可動部材との間又は下部固定金具の当接部材と下部固定部材との間に介在させるだけで、容易に対応することができる。
