Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a beverage container, and more particularly to a beverage container enclosing a beverage and a straw.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a flexible resin container has been widely used as a beverage container. In these beverage containers, when the upper portion of the container is cut to form a liquid injection opening and a straw is inserted into the liquid injection opening, the beverage in the beverage container can be sucked by the straw. However, in such a configuration, it takes time and effort to insert a straw, and it is necessary to prepare the straw separately from the container, which is not convenient as a beverage container.
[0003]
Therefore, a straw-enclosed beverage container 100 as shown in FIG. 5 has been proposed. The beverage container 100 includes a main body constituting unit 102 that accommodates a beverage by heat-sealing four sides of a quadrangle. The main body constituting unit 102 includes a front surface portion 105, a back surface portion 106 having the same shape as the front surface portion 105, and a bottom gusset portion 103 that connects the front surface portion 105 and the back surface portion 106 to form a bottom portion. The bottom gusset portion 103 is formed by being folded inward in a V-shaped cross section by a bent portion 103a, and is fused to the front surface portion 105 and the back surface portion 106 by heat sealing. At one end of the uppermost part of the main body constituting portion 102, a narrow neck portion 109 where a liquid injection opening is to be formed by cutting is formed by changing the heat seal width. Inside the main body constituting unit 102, a straw 113 for sucking beverage is disposed. One end portion of the straw 113 enters the neck portion 109, and the straw 113 is disposed so as to be positioned diagonally in the main body constituting portion 102.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a beverage container 100, after opening the beverage container 100, it took time to draw out the straw 113 stored in the main body constituting portion 102, and lacked convenience as a beverage container. In addition, when the beverage is filled in the main body constituting part, there is a problem that the straw gets in the way and the filled beverage hits the straw and scatters outside. In order to avoid this, it is only necessary to insert a straw into the main body constituting part after filling the liquid, but this results in an increase in the number of filling steps. Moreover, when heat-sealing the main body constituent part after beverage filling, sufficient consideration is required for the position of the straw. Furthermore, since the straw is located on the diagonal of the container, it is difficult to store a large number of containers in a compact state before the liquid is filled. In addition, in the conventional main body constituent part, the amount of beverage contained is not sufficient.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention is a beverage container having a straw disposed therein, and does not require the effort of pulling out the straw, and can be smoothly filled even when the straw is disposed inside the beverage during filling. An object of the present invention is to provide a beverage container in which a large number of containers can be stored compactly in the previous state and a large amount of beverage filling can be secured for the height.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a beverage container having a main body constituting portion for containing a beverage, and a suction straw enclosed with the beverage in the main body constituting portion, wherein the main body constituting portion is a surface portion, A cross-section of the back surface of the same shape as the front surface portion, a bottom portion, and a bent portion that is provided between the opposing edges of the front surface portion and the back surface portion and has a bent portion. A pair of gusset portions having a V-shape, and the front surface portion and the back surface portion are moved away from each other by deformation of the gusset portion, so that beverage can be filled in the main body configuration portion; The upper part of the front surface part and the upper part of the back surface part of the component part are narrower than the remaining part of the front surface part and the back surface part, and the neck part extending in the vertical direction is gently inclined downward from the neck part. And the gusset part includes a side part of the neck part and a side part of the shoulder part. The neck portion is disposed on the longitudinal center line of the main body constituting portion, the shoulder portion has a symmetrical shape with respect to the center line, and an upper liquid injection opening in which an upper portion of the neck portion is opened by cutting, The straw is formed of a material having a specific gravity lower than that of the beverage, the length thereof is shorter than the height of the main body component after filling the beverage, the inner peripheral length of the upper liquid injection opening is longer than the outer peripheral length of the straw, The inner circumferential length of the neck portion above the upper liquid injection opening is formed shorter than the outer circumferential length of the straw to constitute the straw holding portion, and the body constituting portion is filled with a beverage in a state where the beverage is filled. When the upper liquid injection opening becomes the uppermost end of the main body constituting part, the drinking container is provided in which the straw floats in the vertical direction by the buoyancy of the beverage and automatically protrudes from the upper liquid injection opening.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A beverage container according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 shows a beverage container 1 filled with a beverage. The beverage container 1 has a main body constituting unit 2 for containing a beverage. The main body constituting part 2 includes a bottom part 3, a front surface part 5, a back surface part 6 having the same shape as the front surface part 5, and a pair of gusset parts 7, 7 that connect the front surface part 5 and the back surface part 6 and constitute side parts Consists of. The gusset portions 7 and 7 are formed by folding inward in a V-shaped cross section by bending portions 7a and 7a (FIG. 2), and are fused to the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 by heat sealing or the like. That is, the right and left edges of the front surface portion 5 and one edge of each of the gusset portions 7 and 7 and the left and right edges of the back surface portion 6 and the other edge of each of the gusset portions 7 and 7 are heat sealed. To form a heat seal portion (heat fusion portion) 8 having a width of 3 mm to 5 mm. As shown in FIG. 2, the folded portions 7 a and 7 a of the gusset portions 7 and 7 are positioned symmetrically and parallel to each other with respect to the longitudinal center line X of the main body constituting portion 2 in a state before filling the beverage.
[0012]
The upper part of the front surface part 5 and the upper part of the back surface part 6 of the main body constituting part 2 are narrower than the remaining parts of the front surface part 5 and the back surface part 6, and the neck part 9 extending in the vertical direction and the neck part 9 downward. The shoulder portion 10 is gently inclined toward the head, and has a shape like a bottle neck. The neck portion 9 is disposed on the longitudinal center line X (FIG. 2) of the main body constituting portion 2, and the shoulder portions 10 and 10 are symmetrical with respect to the center line X.
[0013]
A notch 12 for opening is formed in the heat seal portion 8 of the neck portion 9. When the heat seal portion 8a at the top of the neck portion 9 is removed by the notch 12 and the beverage container 1 is opened, as shown in FIG. 3, a liquid injection opening 4 for pouring out the beverage as the contents is formed.
[0014]
A remaining portion excluding the neck portion 9 and the shoulder portion 10 of the front surface portion 5 of the main body constituting portion 2; a remaining portion excluding the neck portion 9 and the shoulder portion 10 of the back surface portion 6; 7 comprises the main filling part 11 holding a drink, and the cross section B becomes a substantially square. And in order to form the bottom part 3 shown by FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 2, the lower edge of each of the surface part 5 and the back surface part 6, and the lower edge of the gusset parts 7 and 7 are a pair of symmetrical inclination. It is comprised by the edge parts 8b and 8b and the center edge part 8c.
[0015]
A beverage suction straw 13 is arranged in the main body constituting unit 2. The straw 13 is made of a material having a specific gravity lighter than the specific gravity of the beverage filled in the main body constituting unit 2, for example, a resin. The straw 13 is provided with a protruding portion 13A that protrudes perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction from the outer peripheral surface of the straw 13 at an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction. The length L of the straw 13 is shorter than the height h of the main body component 2 after filling the beverage. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the inner peripheral length of the liquid injection opening 4 is formed longer than the outer peripheral length of the straw 13. Furthermore, the inner peripheral length of the neck 9 portion above the upper liquid injection opening 2 is formed shorter than the outer peripheral length of the straw 13. As a result, in the state before starting the cutting of the beverage container 1 from the notch 12 and removing the heat seal portion 8a above the neck portion 9, one end portion of the straw 13 is the inner periphery of the neck portion 9 portion above the upper liquid injection opening 2. Is engaged and fixed.
[0016]
The front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 are made of a flexible plastic material (resin film). As a first specific example, a three-layer laminate film composed of a biaxially stretched polyester film having a thickness of 12 microns, a biaxially stretched nylon film having a thickness of 15 microns, and a linear low density polyethylene film having a thickness of 120 microns. Is used.
[0017]
The gusset portions 7 and 7 are preferably made of a softer material than the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6. As a specific material, a two-layer laminate film of a biaxially stretched nylon film having a thickness of 15 microns and a linear low density polyethylene film having a thickness of 120 microns is used.
[0018]
Here, the biaxially stretched polyester film is a material that is excellent in heat resistance and does not lose its shape, and is used to ensure dimensional stability in the bag making process. This material also has the advantage that it can be easily processed by heat sealing. The biaxially stretched nylon film is excellent in toughness and is used to obtain a desired strength that does not bulk the beverage container 1 and can withstand transportation and handling. The linear low density polyethylene film has thermal adhesiveness and is used for forming the beverage container 1 by heat sealing. This material also has toughness, although not as much as a biaxially stretched nylon film. In this specific example, since the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 are made of a transparent material, the position of the straw 13 disposed in the main body constituting portion 2 can be confirmed from the outside.
[0019]
In the first specific example described above, when a great grade without addition of a lubricant or the like is selected as the linear low-density polyethylene, a container conforming to the Ministerial Ordinance such as milk can be obtained.
[0020]
As a second specific example, in order to improve the barrier property, the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 are made of a biaxially stretched polyester film having a thickness of 12 microns, an aluminum foil having a thickness of 9 microns, and a thickness having a thickness of 15 microns. You may comprise the laminated film of 4 layers by a biaxially-stretched nylon film and a linear low density polyethylene film with a thickness of 100 microns. In this case, the gusset portions 7 and 7 are made of a biaxially stretched polyester film having a thickness of 12 microns, an aluminum foil having a thickness of 9 microns, a biaxially stretched nylon film having a thickness of 15 microns, and a thickness of 70 microns. It is good to comprise by the laminated film of 4 layers by the linear low density polyethylene film of this.
[0021]
According to this configuration, the aluminum foil strongly blocks moisture, oxygen, light and the like, so that the barrier property is further improved.
[0022]
As a third specific example, a biaxially stretched polyester film having a thickness of 12 microns and a biaxially stretched polyester film having a thickness of 12 microns formed by depositing silicon oxide or the like (transparent deposition) Processed film) and a three-layer laminate film of a linear low density polyethylene film having a thickness of 120 microns. In this case, the biaxially stretched polyester film having a thickness of 12 microns, the biaxially stretched polyester film having a thickness of 12 microns deposited with silicon oxide or the like (transparent vapor-deposited film), It is good to comprise by the laminated film of 3 layers by an 80 micron linear low density polyethylene film. According to this configuration, the transparent vapor-deposited film acts as a barrier layer, and improves barrier properties while being a transparent film. In this specific example, since the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 are made of a transparent material, the position of the straw 13 disposed in the main body constituting portion 2 can be confirmed from the outside.
[0023]
In the state before the beverage filling (FIG. 2), the straw 13 is held between the bent portions 7a and 7a. Thus, the straw 13 is held in a position where the gusset portion 7 does not exist and the thickness of the main body constituting portion 2 is thin, and it is convenient without being bulky when transporting a large number of the main portion constituting portions 2.
[0024]
FIG. 2 shows the shape of the beverage container 1 before beverage filling. The neck portion 9 and the upper edge portion of the beverage container 1 are heat sealed in advance, and the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 of the portion constituting the bottom portion 3 of the container 1 and the gusset portion 7 are in an unfused state. As shown in the figure, the beverage container is inverted and filled with the beverage from the bottom opening, and the unwelded portions of 8b and 8c are heat sealed after filling. Here, as described above, one end portion of the straw 13 engages with the inner periphery of the neck portion 9 and is substantially fixed. Therefore, when filling the beverage from the bottom opening, the straw 13 does not float in the vertical direction due to the buoyancy of the beverage, and does not obstruct the filling of the beverage from the bottom opening. Therefore, in the state which hold | maintained the straw 13 in the main-body structure part 2, the drink which comes out of a filling machine can be filled easily so that it may not interfere with the straw 13. FIG.
[0025]
As described above, when the beverage is filled in the beverage container 1, the beverage container 1 becomes a stable three-dimensional structure by opening the V-shapes of the gusset portions 7, 7, as shown in FIG. The bottom 3 of the beverage container 1 at the time of filling the beverage is substantially square, and can be stably self-supported with the bottom 3 down and the neck 9 up.
[0026]
Since the straw 13 is made of a material having a lighter specific gravity than the specific gravity of the beverage filled in the main body constituting portion 2, the straw 13 always has buoyancy in the vertical direction. Further, the inner peripheral length of the neck portion 9 above the upper liquid injection opening 4 is shorter than the outer peripheral length of the straw 13, and one end portion of the straw 13 engages with the inner periphery of the neck portion 9 and is substantially fixed. Thus, when the heat seal portion 8 a is removed by cutting from the notch 12, the straw 13 is once pushed downward from the cut surface of the liquid injection opening 2. However, as shown in FIG. 3, when the heat seal part 8a is removed and the upper liquid injection opening 2 becomes the uppermost end of the main body constituting part 2, the straw 13 is injected more vertically in the vertical direction due to the buoyancy of the beverage. Trying to go to opening 2. Here, since the inner peripheral length of the liquid injection opening 2 is longer than the outer peripheral length of the straw 13, the end part of the straw 13 can pass through the liquid injection opening 2 without being obstructed. Thus, when the beverage container 1 is filled with a beverage, the heat seal portion 8a at the top of the neck portion 9 is removed, and when the upper liquid injection opening 4 becomes the uppermost end of the main body constituting portion 2, the straw 13 is caused by the buoyancy of the beverage. Floats in the vertical direction and automatically protrudes from the upper liquid injection opening 4. In addition, since the length L of the straw 13 is shorter than the height h of the main body component 2 after filling the beverage, the straw 13 can be oriented in the vertical direction within the main body component 2 after filling the beverage. Therefore, the straw 13 can protrude smoothly from the liquid injection opening 4.
[0027]
Further, even if one end of the straw 13 has come to a position shifted from the neck 9 for some reason, the protrusion of the straw 13 from the upper liquid injection opening 4 is not hindered. That is, since there is a shoulder portion 10 that gently slopes downward from the neck portion 9, the straw 13 that floats in the vertical direction by the buoyancy of the beverage moves toward the neck portion 9 that is located further upward along the shoulder portion 10, and finally This is because the straw 13 protrudes from the upper liquid injection opening 4. Since the neck portion 9 is disposed on the longitudinal center line X of the main body constituting portion 2 and the shoulder portions 10 and 10 are symmetrical with respect to the center line X, the straw 13 can be injected at any position. It can protrude from the opening 4.
[0028]
The straw 13 may protrude from the liquid injection opening 2 vigorously due to buoyancy. Even in such a case, since the protrusion 13A protruding in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the straw 13 is formed, when the straw 13 protrudes from the liquid injection opening 4 to some extent, the protrusion 13A becomes the neck portion 9. Engage with the inner peripheral surface. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the straw from protruding excessively from the upper liquid injection opening 4 and to prevent the entire straw 13 from being detached from the main body constituting part 2 to the outside.
[0029]
The beverage container according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications and improvements can be made within the scope described in the claims. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the notch 12 for opening is formed in the heat seal portion 8 of the neck portion 9, and the liquid injection opening 4 is formed by removing the heat seal portion 8 a above the neck portion 9 by the notch 12. However, the method for opening the beverage container 1 is not limited to such a method. For example, the neck portion may be formed of a material that can be easily cut, and a mark may be attached to a position to be cut to form the liquid injection opening 4.
[0030]
In the above-described embodiment, a multilayer laminate film is used as the resin film, but a single-layer film may be used.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
According to the beverage container of claim 1, since the inner peripheral length of the liquid injection opening is formed longer than the outer peripheral length of the straw, when the upper liquid injection opening becomes the uppermost end of the main body constituting part by cutting. By the buoyancy of the beverage, the upper end of the straw passes upward through the liquid injection opening without being obstructed, and automatically protrudes from the upper liquid injection opening. Therefore, it is possible to easily suck the beverage without the need to insert a straw from the outside and the need to draw the straw from the container.
[0032]
Moreover, since the length of a straw is shorter than the height of the main-body structure part after drink filling, a straw can be directed to the perpendicular direction within the drink container after drink filling. Therefore, the straw can protrude smoothly from the liquid injection opening.
[0033]
In addition, since there is a shoulder that gently slopes downward from the neck, even if one end of the straw is detached from the straw holder, the straw that floats in the vertical direction due to the buoyancy of the beverage is smoothed by the shoulder. To the upper neck, and finally the straw can protrude from the upper liquid injection opening. Furthermore, since the neck is disposed on the center line in the longitudinal direction of the main body constituting part and the shoulder part is symmetrical with respect to the center line X, the straw can protrude from the liquid injection opening at any position. .
[0034]
In addition, since the inner peripheral length of the neck portion above the upper liquid injection opening is formed shorter than the outer peripheral length of the straw to form a straw holding portion, when the beverage is filled into the main body component in the factory, the straw is The beverage can be held in a predetermined position, and the beverage can be filled while the straw is held in the main body constituting portion while avoiding interference with the beverage filled in the filling container.
[0035]
According to the beverage container of the second aspect, the bent portions of the gusset portion are positioned symmetrically and parallel to each other with respect to the longitudinal center line of the main body constituting portion, and the straw is held between the bent portions in a state before filling the beverage. ing. Therefore, there is no gusset part, the thickness of the main body structure is thin, and the straw is held at the central part in the longitudinal direction of the container, so that many stacked beverage containers are convenient without being bulky. .
[0036]
According to the beverage container of the third aspect, since the notch or the mark indicating the upper liquid injection opening position is formed, the opening is convenient. Moreover, the straw holding | maintenance part located in the neck part above an upper liquid injection opening can be removed reliably, and the obstruction which prevents making a straw protrude from a liquid injection opening is not left.
[0037]
According to the beverage container of the fourth aspect, since the protrusion that can be engaged with the inner peripheral surface of the neck when the straw floats in the vertical direction is provided, the straw protrudes excessively from the upper liquid injection opening. Is prevented, and the entire straw can be prevented from jumping out of the main body component.
[0038]
According to the beverage container of the fifth aspect, since the front surface portion and the back surface portion are made of a transparent material, the position of the straw can be confirmed from the outside. Therefore, it is possible to confirm whether or not the straw is not detached from the straw holding part before filling the beverage, and the consumer can easily grasp the amount of the beverage and the position of the straw.
