【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の一実施形態を添付図面に基づき説明する。図1は本発明の第1発明の一実施形態を示し、釣り竿の竿尻部1にエンドキャップ2が備えられている。エンドキャップ2は有底筒型で筒状部2aに於いて竿尻部1上に嵌装され、この嵌装状態に於いて、竿尻部1上を図1に実線で示す浅い嵌合位置から同仮想線で示す深い嵌合位置迄の間を軸方向に移動できる構成になっている。竿尻部1は後端部に外向き突出の外鍔部3を備え、該外鍔部3は筒状部2aの内周面にほぼ摺接している。一方筒状部2aは前端部に内向き突出の内鍔部4を備え、該内鍔部4は竿尻部1の外周面にほぼ摺接している。図1に実線で示す浅い嵌合位置においては内鍔部4が外鍔部3に係止し、この係止により、エンドキャップ2は後方へ抜け止めされている。エンドキャップ2は浅い嵌合位置から前方へ摺動移動することができ、この前方への摺動移動は、エンドキャップ2の底面2bが竿尻部1の後端面1aに当止する深い嵌合位置まで継続できる。
