この発明は、主に洗濯物などを、簡易的に室内に干す為の、吊り下げ器具に関する。

室内に洗濯物などを干す場合、大型で専用の室内物干し器具は市販されている。
また、壁にハンガーなどを掛ける場合は、壁に釘などを打ち込むか、接着剤や吸盤等でフック等を、壁や柱に貼り付ける方法があった。

【発明が解決しようとしている課題】
室内用の物干し器具は、晴天の未使用時には邪魔になる。壁に掛ける方法では、家の壁や柱に傷が付く恐れが有り、接着剤は作業性が悪く、吸盤は相手物が平面以外では使えなかった。また、この方法では洗濯物が壁に張り付く為、乾きが悪い。
部屋と廊下などの境にある、障子や襖やドアを開ければ、洗濯物を干せる空間は確保できるが、その上部の梁から洗濯物を吊り下げる為の装置は、存在しなかった。
梁の、下向き凸形状になった部分に洗濯物などを吊るそうとした場合、洗濯バサミ等ではスプリングが弱すぎて洗濯物が落ちてしまい、スプリングを強力にすれば、脱着時に強い力が必要になる為、雨天時だけ、簡易的に洗濯物を干す為の装置として、実用的では無い。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
障子や襖やドアの上部の梁には、ほとんどの場合、下向きに凸になった部分が存在する。
例えば襖ならば、襖が嵌め込まれて滑り動く溝の両側は下向きに凸形状になっている。
本発明は、襖を開けた時の空間に着目し、前記の下向き凸形状部をはさんで洗濯物等を簡易的に吊り下げる装置である。
本発明品の、物体をはさむ力は、吊り下げられる品物の自重に比例して大きくなる様に構成されており、理論的には、どんなに重たい品物でも吊り下げ可能である。
また、梁の凸部を締め付ける為の強力なスプリング等も不要な為、脱着は容易であり、雨の日などの簡易的な使用には、非常に適している。
梁等をはさむ部分に、ゴム等の軟質部材を用いれば、梁に傷をつける事も無い。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施例を、図1〜3を引用し、請求項1〜2の内容に沿って述べる。

2本の腕状部材3を、2のピンで結合し、図1の様に構成する。腕の先端部4は、糸状部材で連結する。糸状部材は、略中央部の8で連結しても良い。また、8に吊り下げ用のリング部材6などを取り付けて利便性を増し、この6で糸状部材を連結する方法もある。

尚、図3の15は、襖や障子の上部に設けられた梁の断面図で、16は、その溝と溝との間の、下向き凸部分である。17は、洗濯物を干すハンガーで、6に掛けて、糸状部材5に張力を加えた状態を表す。ハンガーに掛けられた洗濯物は省略した。

本発明では、梁などの物体を挟むのに、てこの原理を使用しているが、最も効率良く機能させる為には、支点から力点までの距離と、支点から作用点までの距離を、所定の割合に設定する必要がある。それを、図2を使って説明する。ピン結合部2から、物体を挟む部分1までの距離をMと表し、2から4までの距離をNと表す。1と挟まれる物体との摩擦係数をμと表した時、各部材の寸法割合を、μ×N÷M>1の関係に設定しておけば、3の開閉角度に関係無く、洗濯物等の自重により発生した1の挟む力が自重を支え、梁などを掴んで落ちずに吊り下げられる。
一般論として、摩擦係数を0.5と考えれば、前記の関係式は、N÷M>2と表す事ができる。即ち、図2において、距離Nが、距離Mの2倍以上に設定すれば、機能を確保する事ができると言う事である。

本発明は、洗濯物などを吊り下げている時には、梁などを挟んでいるが、発明品単独では挟む力が発生しない為、落ちてしまう。そこで、腕状部材3を、ゴムまたスプリング等で連結する事で、その張力により、単独の状態でも物体を挟む力が発生する様に構成する。
図2では、プレート9と腕状部材3を弾性部材14で連結してある。また、図3では、腕状部材3と3を、7の孔を利用して、弾性部材14で連結した。
また、弾性部材を前記とは逆に圧縮で使用すれば、単独状態では常に1が開いた状態に保持される為、洗濯物などを吊り下げない時は自動的に梁からはずれ、簡易的に洗濯物などを吊り下げる装置として、利便性が高い。

本発明品を製品化する場合、硬質樹脂などで腕状部材3を成形すれば、コストも安く、大量生産に適する。しかし、硬質樹脂では、物体を挟む部分1の摩擦係数が低く、十分に本発明品の機能を果たすことができない。そこで、1の部分にゴムなどを貼り付ける。
