BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plate fastener and a plate fastening method for fastening a plurality of plates including a plate made of a deformable material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when a plate material made of a deformable material, for example, a resin plate, is overlapped and fastened with a bolt and a nut, a nut with a loosening stopper is used to prevent loosening. In this method, the locking provided on the nut functions to prevent the bolts that tighten the plate material from loosening.
[0003]
There is also a technique of using a welding nut having a flat surface at one end as a nut portion of a fastener of a plate material. In this method, a flat surface of a welding nut is welded to a metal plate to form a nut portion, and the nut portion is joined to a resin plate using a positioning jig.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, for example, when the resin plate is often attached and detached for maintenance, such as when the resin plate is used as a cover of a generator, loosening may cause a reduction in work efficiency. That is, in order to loosen the bolt, it is necessary to apply a force exceeding the reaction force due to the loosening prevention, so that labor for attaching and detaching the resin plate is increased, and work efficiency is deteriorated. Moreover, once the bolt is removed from the nut with a locking mechanism, the locking section is damaged, and the nut with the locking mechanism cannot be used again. Therefore, it is necessary to always renew the nut during maintenance, and unnecessary costs are generated.
[0007]
In addition, when a tightening pressure is directly applied to the resin plate from above and below by the bolts and nuts by the above method, the resin material has a large amount of deformation with respect to the pressure, so that the resin plate has a distortion and deflection peculiar to resin. It will occur. As a result, the tightening torque cannot be sufficiently increased or cannot be maintained even if the tightening torque is increased. Therefore, when the resin plate is used for the cover of the generator, the bolt is loosened by vibration.
[0008]
Further, when the nut portion is joined to the resin plate using a positioning jig, the positioning operation is troublesome, and positioning is difficult particularly in a place with poor workability such as the inside of the housing where the hand is not inserted.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and when fastening a plurality of plate materials including a plate material made of a deformable material, the bolt tightening torque is maintained at a sufficient magnitude, and at the time of maintenance. It aims at providing the fastener of a board | plate material and the fastening method of a board | plate material which can perform the attachment or detachment of the board | plate material which consists of a deformable material easily.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a fastener for a plate material of the present invention is a fastener for fastening a plurality of plate materials including a plate material made of a deformable material, and has a total plate thickness dimension of the plate material made of the deformable material. A collar that has a length in the axial direction (a length under the neck) that is determined accordingly, and that is inserted into a first hole that passes through the plate made of the deformable material, and a bolt that is inserted from one end of the collar And a nut portion that abuts on the other end of the collar and is screwed with the bolt.
[0011]
Thus, the plate fastener of the present invention is provided with a collar having an axial length determined according to the total thickness of the plate made of a deformable material, between the bolt and the nut portion. As a result, the collar receives a tightening force directly from the bolt and the nut portion as a spacer that contacts the nut portion. As a result, too much pressure is not applied to the plate material made of the deformable material, and no deformation occurs. Therefore, the bolt is firmly tightened when the bolt is screwed, and the tightening torque applied to the plate material made of the deformable material is increased to an appropriate level. be able to. That is, the collar and the nut portion and the plate material are in a so-called “per zero” relationship, and an excessive force is not applied to the plate material made of the deformable material, so that deformation of the plate material made of the deformable material is prevented. Therefore, a plurality of plate materials including a plate material made of a deformable material can be fastened with an appropriate tightening torque. Moreover, since the bolt tightening torque is maintained at a sufficient magnitude, the bolt does not loosen and no gap is formed in the fastening portion. As a result, the periphery of the hole in the plate made of the deformable material is not cracked or worn by vibration. Moreover, since the bolt does not loosen, the generation of abnormal noise is prevented. In addition, it is possible to easily attach and detach the plate made of a deformable material at the time of maintenance as compared with the case where a nut with a locking stopper is used. In addition, as a board | plate material which consists of a deformable material, a resin plate is mentioned, for example. Moreover, a wooden board | plate material etc. may be included.
[0012]
Further, in the plate fastener of the present invention, the nut portion is joined to the surface of the plate made of a deformable material on the other end side of the collar, and the second hole is formed at a portion corresponding to the first hole. It is characterized by comprising a metal plate provided and a caulking nut or a welding nut provided in the second hole of the metal plate.
[0013]
Thus, the plate fastener of the present invention is configured by attaching a caulking nut or a welding nut to a metal plate joined to a plate made of a deformable material to constitute a nut portion. Thereby, after welding a welding nut to a metal plate, the nut portion can be used without using a positioning jig for matching the positions of the holes and joining the nut portion to a plate made of a deformable material. Can be provided at an appropriate position of the plate made of a deformable material, and the plate can be fastened easily and inexpensively. If the relative positional relationship of all the deformable materials is known, a pilot hole (first hole) is provided in the deformable material, and the nut portion is positioned at an appropriate position. Can be provided. Further, since the caulking nut or the welding nut is provided on the metal plate itself, the mounting strength can be increased.
[0014]
In the plate material fastener of the present invention, the plurality of plate materials include a plate material made of a non-deformable material, and the nut portion is provided on the plate material made of the non-deformable material. A third hole having the same central axis as the first hole and having a smaller diameter than the first hole and allowing the bolt to pass therethrough, and is provided inside the third hole and is screwed into the bolt. It is characterized by comprising a tap part.
[0015]
In this way, when the plate material to be fastened includes a plate material made of a non-deformable material, the bolt having a smaller diameter than the first hole can pass through the plate material made of the non-deformable material. 3 holes can be provided, and the third hole can be tapped. Thereby, the operation | work which fastens the board | plate material which consists of a deformable material with the board | plate material which consists of a non-deformable material only from the volt | bolt side can be performed. In this case, since the third hole has a smaller diameter than the first hole, the collar inserted into the first hole comes into contact with a plate made of a non-deformable material. As a result, the collar receives a tightening force directly from the bolt and the nut portion (a plate material made of a non-deformable material). As a result, too much pressure is not applied to the plate material made of the deformable material, and no deformation occurs. Therefore, the bolt is firmly tightened when the bolt is screwed, and the tightening torque applied to the plate material made of the deformable material is increased to an appropriate level. be able to. The plate material made of a non-deformable material corresponds to, for example, a metallic plate such as iron.
[0016]
In the plate material fastener of the present invention, the plurality of plate materials include a plate material made of a non-deformable material, and the nut portion is provided on the plate material made of the non-deformable material. A third hole having the same central axis as the first hole and having a smaller diameter than the first hole and allowing the bolt to pass therethrough; and a third hole of the plate made of the non-deformable material. It is characterized by comprising a welding nut.
[0017]
In this way, when the plate material to be fastened includes a plate material made of a non-deformable material, the bolt having a smaller diameter than the first hole can pass through the plate material made of the non-deformable material. 3 holes can be provided, and a welding nut can be provided in the third hole by welding. Therefore, the bolt is firmly tightened when the bolt is screwed, and the tightening torque applied to the plate material made of the deformable material is increased to an appropriate level. be able to.
[0018]
The plate fastener according to the present invention is characterized in that the collar includes a flange at the one end.
[0019]
As a result, the flange can be joined to one end of the plate, so that the collar can be prevented from falling off during maintenance. In particular, if the plate thickness of the plate made of deformable material differs depending on the location, the axial length of the collar is determined according to the total plate thickness of each plate and cannot be replaced. If this can be prevented, there is no need to recreate a new color. As a result, maintainability is improved. Note that the term “joining” includes all methods in which the flange cannot be detached from the plate made of a deformable material, such as bonding using an adhesive and press-fitting into the plate by applying pressure.
[0020]
Further, the plate material fastening method of the present invention is a plate material fastening method for fastening a plurality of plate materials made of a deformable material, and a metal plate having an area smaller than each of the plate materials is an end surface of any one of the plate materials. Bonding to the plate, forming a collar having an axial length determined according to the total thickness of each plate, providing a first hole penetrating each plate, and A step of providing a second hole penetrating the metal plate at a portion corresponding to the first hole of the metal plate; and a plate member joined with the metal plate having the same central axis as the first hole. A step of providing a fourth hole having a diameter larger than that of the first hole, a step of providing a caulking nut in the second hole of the metal plate, and the metal plate of the plate member to which the metal plate is joined On the opposite side to the central axis of the first hole Laminating other plate materials so as to be aligned, inserting the collar into the first hole of the laminated plate material, inserting a bolt through the collar, and screwing the bolt and the caulking nut together. It is a feature.
[0021]
As described above, in the plate material fastening method of the present invention, a collar having an axial length determined according to the total plate thickness dimension of the plate material made of a deformable material is provided between the bolt and the nut. As a result, the collar receives a tightening force directly from the bolt and nut as a spacer that abuts against the nut portion, and the plate material made of the deformable material is not excessively pressed and is not deformed. By tightening firmly, the tightening torque applied to the plate material made of the deformable material can be increased to an appropriate level. That is, the collar and the nut portion and the plate material are in a so-called “per zero” relationship, and an excessive force is not applied to the plate material made of the deformable material, so that deformation of the plate material made of the deformable material is prevented. Therefore, a plate material made of a deformable material can be fastened with an appropriate tightening torque.
[0022]
In addition, a metal plate having a smaller area than a plate made of a deformable material is joined to one end surface of any one plate in advance, and then a pilot hole (second hole is formed at a position corresponding to the first hole on the metal plate. Hole) and caulking nuts are provided.
[0023]
Thus, a positioning jig for aligning the positions of the holes and joining them is used in comparison with a method of joining the nuts to the metal plate and then joining the nuts to a plate made of a deformable material. Therefore, the nut portion can be provided at an appropriate position of the plate material made of the deformable material, and the plate material made of the deformable material can be fastened easily and inexpensively. Moreover, if the relative positional relationship of the board | plate material which consists of all the deformable materials is grasped | ascertained, a pilot hole can be provided in the board | plate material which consists of a deformable material, and a nut part can be provided in an exact position. In addition, since the caulking nut is provided on the metal plate, the mounting strength can be made higher than when the caulking nut is directly attached to a plate made of a deformable material. In this case, the plate member to which the metal plate is joined has the same central axis as the first hole and is provided with a fourth hole having a diameter larger than that of the first hole. These tools can be used appropriately.
[0024]
The plate material fastening method of the present invention is a plate material fastening method for fastening a plate material made of a deformable material and a plate material made of a non-deformable material, wherein the first hole penetrates the plate material made of the deformable material. And a third hole having a central axis identical to that of the first hole and having a diameter smaller than that of the first hole and allowing the bolt to pass therethrough. A step of forming a collar having an axial length determined according to a total plate thickness dimension of the plate material made of the deformable material; and the third hole of the plate material made of the non-deformable material. And a step of providing a tap portion to be screwed with the bolt, and laminating a plate material made of a deformable material on the plate material made of the non-deformable material so that center axes of the first hole and the third hole are aligned. In the first hole of the plate made of laminated deformable material, Insert the over, inserting the bolt into the collar, it is characterized in that it comprises a step of screwing said bolt and said tap portion.
[0025]
Therefore, the bolt is firmly tightened when the bolt is screwed, and the tightening torque applied to the plate material made of the deformable material is increased to an appropriate level. be able to.

A step, a step of forming a collar having an axial length determined according to the total thickness of the plate made of the deformable material, and the central axes of the first hole and the third hole are aligned. As described above, the plate material made of a deformable material is laminated on the plate material made of the non-deformable material, the collar is inserted into the first hole of the plate material made of the laminated deformable material, and the bolt is inserted into the collar Screwing the bolt and the weld nut; It is characterized by a step of welding plate made of deformable material and the said welding nut.
[0027]
In this way, when the plate material to be fastened includes a plate material made of a non-deformable material, the bolt having a smaller diameter than the first hole can pass through the plate material made of the non-deformable material. 3 holes can be provided, and a welding nut can be provided in the third hole by welding. [0028]
The plate material fastening method of the present invention further includes a step of providing a flange at one end of the collar and a step of joining the flange to an end surface of the laminated plate material.
[0029]
As described above, in the plate material fastening method of the present invention, the flange is provided at one end of the collar, and the flange is joined to the end surface of the plate material. In the above description, the case where the FRP plate is used as the plate material made of the deformable material has been described. However, the present invention can be applied to any plate material made of the deformable material.
[0048]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a collar having an axial length determined according to the total thickness of the plate made of a deformable material is provided between the bolt and the nut portion.
[0049]
In the present invention, a caulking nut or a welding nut is attached to a metal plate joined to a plate made of a deformable material to constitute a nut portion.
[0050]
According to the present invention, when the plate material to be fastened includes a plate material made of a non-deformable material, the bolt made of the non-deformable material has a smaller diameter than the first hole. A third hole that can be passed is provided, and the third hole can be tapped.
[0051]
According to the present invention, when the plate material to be fastened includes a plate material made of a non-deformable material, the bolt made of the non-deformable material has a smaller diameter than the first hole. A third hole can be provided, and a welding nut can be provided in the third hole by welding. Therefore, the bolt is firmly tightened when the bolt is screwed, and the tightening torque applied to the plate material made of the deformable material is increased to an appropriate level. be able to.
[0052]
Further, according to the present invention, since the flange can be joined to one end of the plate material, the collar can be prevented from falling off during maintenance.
