Description
また、溶接後に溶接接合部の温度を500℃以下まで低下させた後再加熱することにより溶接溶融組織が拡散され、溶接後に500〜700℃の低温のアプセット加工することにより溶接部の両側の部分に加工熱処理の効果が与えられる。これにより溶接熱影響部の強度と伸びが回復される。このようにして、溶接接合部に強度増大部が形成されて溶接部の強度が増し、破断時に溶接部でなく母材部で破断するせん断補強筋を得ることができる。
上記の溶接接合部とは、線材の径をdとすると、バリを含み溶接の接点から両側にほぼ各1dの距離の範囲をいう。
Claims (4)
- 所定長さに切断した線材をループ状に成形しその両切断端を突合せ溶接した閉ループ型せん断補強筋において、線材を溶接部両側で把持した電極に電力を付加して溶接部を溶接温度まで加熱してアプセット溶接した後、溶接接合部の温度を500℃以下まで低下させ、再び電極間に電力を付加して溶接接合部の両側の線材の温度を500〜700℃まで上げ、この温度で所定量のアプセットをして溶接接合部に強度増大部を形成させたことを特徴とする閉ループ型せん断補強筋。
- 線材の径をdとすると前記溶接接合部のバリの外径Dが、D≦2.0dであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉ループ型せん断補強筋。
- 前記線材母材に対し溶接部の強度と伸び値の低下がなく、785N/mm2 以上の降伏点を有し、破断の際に母材部分で切断することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の閉ループ型せん断補強筋。
- 前記線材は質量%で、C:0.40%以下、Si:2.0%以下、Mn:2.0%以下、炭素当量(C+Mn/6+Si/24+Ni/40+Cr/5+Mo/4+V/14)0.8%以下を含有する低合金鋼を熱処理した高強度線材であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の閉ループ型せん断補強筋。
