Description
【0001】

[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide an electromagnetic valve device that can be manufactured at a low cost by reducing the machining cost of components during manufacturing.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the invention of claim 1, an electromagnetic valve having a mounting portion that forms the fluid path together with the mounting portion is attached to a valve body having a mounting portion that opens the fluid path. In the electromagnetic valve device, the mounting portion of the valve body and the mounting portion of the electromagnetic valve are formed of synthetic resin, and an annular groove is formed in advance in either the mounting portion or the mounting portion, and the other The cylindrical portion to be received in the annular groove is formed in advance, and the shape of the annular groove and the cylindrical portion is only the outer peripheral side of the end portion of the cylindrical portion when the cylindrical portion is received in the annular groove. Is set to be in contact with the bottom surface of the annular groove, and the electromagnetic valve is fixed to the valve body by welding the mounting portion and the attachment portion to each other .
[0009]
In such a configuration, it is not necessary to process the mounting portion of the valve body at the time of manufacture.
[0011]
Further , a member for attaching the electromagnetic valve to the valve body is not necessary. In addition, since the valve body and solenoid valve are fixed only through synthetic resin, which has better vibration damping than metal, the degree to which vibration generated by the operation of the solenoid valve is transmitted to the valve body is reduced. Can do. Further, a member for sealing between the mounting portion and the mounting portion is not necessary.
[0013]
Furthermore , at the time of welding between the mounting part and the mounting part, the outer peripheral edge side of the end part melts earlier than the inner peripheral edge side on the cylindrical part side, thus preventing dust generated during welding from entering the fluid path side. Is done.
[0014]
Further, in the invention of claim 2 , a ridge portion with which the end of the cylindrical portion abuts is formed at the bottom of the annular groove.
[0015]
In this configuration, when the mounting portion and the mounting portion are vibration welded, the heat generated by the vibration is concentrated at a portion where the protruding portion of the groove abuts the end of the tubular portion, that is, at one location.
[0016]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, a fixed throttle for the fluid path is formed in the mounting portion of the valve body. According to this configuration, a separate member for setting a fixed throttle in the fluid path is not necessary.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the first aspect of the invention, the work of attaching the valve body mounting portion during manufacture is not required. Therefore, cost reduction of the solenoid valve device can be realized.
[0035]
Additionally, cost reduction can be achieved by reducing the number of parts and assembling steps. In addition, the degree to which the vibration generated by the operation of the solenoid valve is transmitted to the valve body can be reduced, and when multiple solenoid valves are attached to the valve body, the operating accuracy of such other solenoid valves It is possible to prevent a decrease in the above. In addition, silence can be improved. Furthermore, since the electromagnetic valve is attached to the valve body only by attaching the electromagnetic valve mounting portion to the valve body mounting portion, the production line can be automated.
[0036]
Furthermore, dust generated at the time of welding between the mounting portion and the mounting portion can be prevented from entering the fluid path. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a failure caused by dust generated during welding.
[0037]
In the invention of claim 2 , when the mounting portion and the mounting portion are vibration welded, the heat generated by the vibration can be concentrated in one place, so that the joining time between the mounting portion and the mounting portion, that is, electromagnetic By shortening the valve mounting time, the production line can be speeded up. At the same time, it is possible to stabilize the bonding strength between the mounting portion and the mounting portion.
[0038]
Further, in the invention of claim 3 , since a separate member for setting a fixed throttle in the fluid path is not required, the cost of the electromagnetic valve device can be further reduced by reducing the number of parts. Become.
