Description
The present invention relates to a liquid level detection device that detects the height of a liquid level, and is suitable, for example, for detecting the remaining amount of fuel in a fuel tank indicated by the height of the liquid level.
Conventionally, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a liquid level detection device. This liquid level detection device is used, for example, to detect the remaining amount of fuel in a fuel tank of a vehicle or the like.
However, in the liquid level detection device having such a structure, since the magnet is used for the liquid level detection, the metal powder floating in the fuel is magnetically attracted to the magnet, and this metal powder is a bearing portion on the rotating shaft. If it adheres to the periphery, the rotation on the rotation shaft will be deteriorated. In the worst case, there is a problem that the rotation of the rotating shaft is locked by the metal powder, and the liquid level cannot be detected.
In view of the above points, the present invention can prevent a magnet used for liquid level detection from being unable to rotate on a rotation shaft due to magnetic suction of metal powder in a magnetoresistive liquid level detection device. The purpose is to do.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the holder (3) is configured so as to cover the rotating shaft (2a) and constitutes a bearing of the rotating shaft (2a). The first wall surface (3f) includes a first wall surface (3f) having a peripheral surface, and a circular second wall surface (3g) positioned on the outer peripheral side of the bearing relative to the first wall surface (3f). And the second wall surface (3g) are configured to accommodate the magnet (5). The main body (2) is formed with a first groove formed from the rotation shaft (2a), and is disposed on the side farther from the rotation shaft (2a) than the first wall surface (3f). (2c) and a second protrusion (2d) that is formed with a second groove formed from the first protrusion (2c) and is disposed on the side farther from the rotation shaft (2a) than the second wall surface. It is done. Then, the liquid (1) has a gap (A1, A2) between the second wall surface (3g) and the second protrusion (2d), the tip position of the second wall surface (3g), and the second in the main body (2). Clearance between the groove (B1), Clearance between the second wall surface (3g) and the first protrusion (2c) (A3), Clearance between the first protrusion (2c) and the magnet (5) (B2), entering through the path in the order of the gap (A4) between the first wall surface (3f) and the first protrusion (2c) to reach the rotating shaft (2a). It is a feature.
In this way, if the holder (3) covers the rotating shaft (2a) and the liquid (1) reaches the rotating shaft (2a) only through a complicated path, the liquid (1 ) Can be prevented from entering the rotating shaft (2a). As a result, it is possible to prevent the rotation axis (2a) from being locked by metal powder or the like and the rotation arm (4) or the like from being rotated, thereby making it impossible to detect the liquid level.
In the second aspect of the present invention, the diameter of the second wall surface (3g) is increased at a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the second wall surface (3g) that faces the tip position of the second protrusion (2d). A protrusion (3h) is provided, and the protrusion (3h) allows the gap (A1) between the second wall surface (3g) and the second protrusion (2d) to be at the tip position of the second protrusion (2d). It is characterized by being partially narrowed.
Thus, the gap (A1) between the second wall surface (3g) and the second protrusion portion (2d) is formed by the protrusion portion (3h) formed on the outer peripheral surface of the second wall surface (3g). It is made to be partially narrowed at the tip position of (2d). In this way, first, it is possible to prevent metal powder or the like mixed in the liquid (1) from entering the gap (A1) between the second wall surface (3g) and the second protrusion (2d). .
In this case, as shown in
In the invention according to claim 4, the gap (B1) between the tip position of the second wall surface (3g) and the second groove in the main body (2) is the second wall surface (3g) and the second protrusion (2d). ) Between the gaps (A1, A2) between the gaps (A2) and the gaps (A2) that are not partially narrowed.
As described above, the gap (B1) between the tip position of the second wall surface (3g) and the second groove in the main body (2) is also between the second wall surface (3g) and the second protrusion (2d). It is possible to prevent the metal powder mixed in the liquid (1) from entering from the gap (A2, A2) of the gap (A1, A2) by making it narrower than the gap (A2) of the part that is not partially narrowed. it can.
In this case, as shown in
In the invention according to
As described above, by widening the gap (B2) between the first protrusion (2c) and the magnet (5), even if the metal powder or the like mixed in the liquid (1) has penetrated so far. , And can be accommodated in the gap (B2).
In this case, as shown in
In addition, the code | symbol in the bracket | parenthesis of each said means shows the correspondence with the specific means as described in embodiment mentioned later.
(First embodiment)
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described. 1 is a front view of the liquid level detection device of the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view of the liquid level detection device of the present embodiment, and the cross-sectional portion in FIG. 2 is in a two-dot chain line Z in FIG. It shows a cross section of the straight portion. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view in which a region X in FIG. 2 is partially enlarged. Hereinafter, the liquid level detection device of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
The liquid level detection device shown in FIG. 1 is used for detecting the remaining amount of the fuel 1 by measuring the height of the liquid level of the fuel 1 in the
The
A
Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a first circular shape centering on the
Further, a circular
The
Specifically, the
The disc-shaped
In addition, a
A
Further, in the
Further, a claw portion 3 i for holding the rotating arm 4 is formed on the surface of the
And the hole 3j is formed in the rod-shaped
The rotating arm 4 is formed of, for example, a rod-shaped member or a pipe-shaped member made of metal (aluminum or the like), and the rotating arm 4 is formed by bending the rod-shaped member or the pipe member at a desired location. ing. One end of the rotating arm 4 is fixed by being fitted into the hole 3j in the
The
The
The
The
The liquid level detection device is configured as described above. Because of such a configuration, the distance between the
The fuel 1 first enters between the
If the gap between the
The gap between the
Furthermore, if the gap between the
Next, the liquid level detection device configured as described above operates as follows. That is, when the position of the
At this time, if the
As described above, according to the liquid level detection device of the present embodiment, the
As a result, it is possible to prevent the
As described above, first, the gaps A1, B1, A3, A4 between the
Therefore, even if metal powder or the like passes through the gap A1, it is possible to prevent the intrusion of metal powder or the like by the next narrowed gaps B1 and A3. Next, intrusion of metal powder or the like can be prevented by the narrowed gap A4.
For this reason, it becomes possible to further prevent the metal powder or the like from reaching the
(Other embodiments)

In the above embodiment, the liquid level detection device directly attached to the stay fixed to the hole of the fuel tank has been described as an example.
