Description
【0001】

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the exhaust system support structure according to the first or second aspect, the plurality of exhaust pipes are spaced substantially parallel to the vehicle width direction while extending in the vehicle front-rear direction. There are two exhaust pipes, and the elastic support member is fixed to the vehicle body at a substantially intermediate position between the two exhaust pipes and connected to the two exhaust pipes. According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the exhaust system support structure according to the third aspect, the brackets of the two exhaust pipes are provided so as to face each other in the vertical direction at different heights, The insertion holes at two locations of the elastic support member were formed apart from each other in the vertical direction.
[0013]
Further, the invention according to claim 5 is the exhaust system support structure according to
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the exhaust system support structure of the first aspect, since two or more exhaust pipes are elastically supported on the vehicle body via one elastic support member, the production cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts of the elastic support member. Reduction can be achieved. In addition, since the number of steps for supporting the exhaust pipe is greatly reduced, the work efficiency can be greatly improved.
[0015]
Further, when a structure in which a substantially plate-like bracket provided in the exhaust pipe is inserted into and connected to the insertion hole formed in the rubber portion of the elastic support member, the rotation of the substantially plate-like bracket in the insertion hole is restricted. The When the rotation of the bracket is restricted, the rotation of the exhaust pipe can be suppressed, so that contact with a component arranged near the exhaust pipe can be avoided.
[0016]
Further, when a plurality of insertion holes are formed in the rigid body engaging portion constituting the elastic support member, and a substantially plate-like bracket is inserted and connected to these insertion holes, the substantially plate-like bracket in the insertion hole is connected. The rotation is completely restrained. Thereby, since rotation of an exhaust pipe can be prevented, contact with the components arrange | positioned near the exhaust pipe can be avoided reliably.
[0017]
According to the invention described in claim 2 , the production cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts of the elastic support member, and the number of steps for supporting the exhaust pipe is greatly reduced, so that the work efficiency is also greatly improved. In addition to being able to improve the structure , the rod-shaped bracket provided on the exhaust pipe can be inserted into the annular insertion hole formed in the rubber part of the elastic support member and connected, and the insertion hole formed inside the collar is deteriorated. As a result, the hole shape is hardly deformed, so that the effect of suppressing the rotation of the exhaust pipe is exhibited over a long period of time.
Furthermore, according to the third, fourth, and fifth aspects of the invention, the arrangement height of the exhaust pipe and the elastic support member is lowered. In this way, for example, the interior floor is formed to bulge upward in the vehicle front-rear direction, as in the lower body structure of a rear-wheel drive vehicle or a four-wheel drive vehicle, and the bulge portion is formed from the lower side to the tunnel stay. A floor tunnel is formed by closing with a propeller shaft that transmits the driving force of the engine to the rear wheel in the upper space of the floor tunnel, and the exhaust pipe is passed through the elastic support member to the lower space of the floor tunnel. In the case of an elastic support structure, the exhaust pipe and the elastic support member are compactly accommodated in the lower space of the floor tunnel. Accordingly, a sufficient clearance between the propeller shaft and the exhaust pipe can be secured, and the ground height of the exhaust pipe can be easily ensured.
