Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a terminal structure of a wiring device, and more particularly to an arrangement position of a soldering connection portion provided in an internal connection fitting disposed in a body part connected to a base part.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 5, the wiring device 31 such as a smoke detector has a base part 32 that is fixedly attached to an indoor ceiling surface F that is a building surface, and a body part that is detachably connected to the base part 32. 33. As shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of wiring connection fittings 34 are disposed inside the base part 32 having a substantially circular shape in plan view, and each of these wiring connection fittings 34 has an indoor ceiling. External wiring (not shown) installed on the surface F or the like is electrically and mechanically connected with screws or the like.
[0003]
Further, the body part 33 having a substantially circular shape in plan view similar to the base part 32 is connected to the base part 32 by rotation fitting or the like, and is disposed in the body part 33 as shown in FIG. On the partition plate 35, a plurality of internal connection fittings 36 that are connected to the respective wiring connection fittings 34 of the base part 32 and are electrically connected to each other are arranged. That is, each of the internal connection fittings 36 is electrically connected to the external wiring via the wiring connection fitting 34.
[0004]
Further, a circuit board (not shown) on which various functional electronic components are mounted is disposed inside the body part 33, and a plurality of terminal pins 37 are drawn out from the circuit board. Each of the terminal pins 37 electrically connected to the circuit board is electrically and mechanically connected by being soldered to the solder connection portion 36a of each internal connection fitting 36.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the body part 33 of the wiring device 31, as shown in FIG. 7, the peripheral part of the body part 33 which is a resin molded product is located in the vicinity of each of the internal connection fittings 36. Therefore, when the soldering connection portion 36a of the internal connection fitting 36 and the terminal pin 37 of the circuit board are joined by soldering, the body in which the head portion of the soldering iron is located in the vicinity of each internal connection fitting 36 is provided. Care must be taken not to come into contact with the peripheral portion of the component 33, and labor is required for the soldering operation.
[0006]
When performing soldering on one internal connection fitting 36 and then performing soldering on another internal connection fitting 36, the movement direction of the head portion is changed after the soldering iron is moved in parallel. For this reason, it is necessary to rotate and move. However, if such a procedure is adopted, efficient production of the body part 33 becomes difficult.
[0007]
Further, it is conceivable to rotate the body part 33 instead of rotating the soldering iron. However, if the body part 33 is rotated and moved immediately after soldering, that is, before solder is solidified, lead-free solder having a larger solidification temperature range than lead eutectic solder, in particular. If it exists, a part of solder will flow, and the reliability of solder connection will fall.
[0008]
Furthermore, it is also conceivable to install the same number of soldering irons as the internal connection fittings 36 disposed inside the body part 33 and perform soldering substantially simultaneously using these soldering irons. However, when the soldering connection portions 36a of the internal connection fittings 36 are close to each other, a space such as a soldering iron or a solder supply device cannot be secured, so that the actual situation is impossible.
[0009]
The present invention has been devised in view of these disadvantages, and it is possible to reduce the labor required for the soldering work and to provide a terminal structure for a wiring device that can realize improved solder connection reliability. It is intended to provide.
[0010]

While at least two wiring connection fittings connected to the external wiring are provided inside the body part, each terminal pin of the circuit board is soldered inside the body part with an intermediate connection part. At least two internal connection fittings at the center point of the body part among the plurality of identically connected internal connection fittings connected to the soldering connection portion and the connection connection portion connected to each of the wiring connection fittings It is disposed for each position of point symmetry against and respectively soldered connections of these internal fitting is located near the center of the body parts, the soldered connection portion of each of a plan view Is a triangular shape, the apex angle of the corner portion, characterized in that the terminal pins are soldered at the soldering connection portions adjacent is set to be substantially equal to the angle formed with respect to the center point of the body parts.
[0011]
The terminal structure of the wiring device according to the second aspect of the present invention is that of the first aspect, wherein each of the two wiring connection fittings and the internal connection fittings constitutes one set, and a plurality of sets are arranged. It is provided.
[0012]
The terminal structure of the wiring device according to the invention described in claim 3 is the one described in claim 1 or claim 2, and the soldering connection portions of the internal connection fittings are arranged at positions parallel to each other in plan view. It is characterized by.
[0013]
The terminal structure of the wiring device according to the invention of claim 4 is the terminal structure according to any one of claims 1 to 3, and the intermediate connection portion includes a soldering connection portion provided in each of the internal connection fittings. It is characterized in that it is formed narrower than these and interposed between the connecting and connecting portions.
[0014]
A terminal structure of a wiring device according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is the terminal structure according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein each of the internal connection fittings has a substantially triangular shape in plan view. The apex angle of the corner portion is set to be approximately equal to the angle formed by each of the solder connection portions and the terminal pins to be soldered with respect to the center point of the body part.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an external structure of a wiring device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side sectional view and a lower plane showing an internal structure of a base component provided in the wiring device according to the present embodiment. FIG. 3 is a side sectional view and an upper plan view showing the internal structure of the body part included in the wiring device according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 4 is an explanation showing the arrangement state of the internal connection fitting in the body part as a model. FIG.
[0016]
The wiring device 1 according to the present embodiment is a smoke detector for disaster prevention, and as shown in FIG. 1, a base component 2 fixed to an indoor ceiling surface F that is a building surface, and the base component 2 And a body part 3 connected to be detachable. Then, in the base part 2 having a substantially circular shape in plan view, as shown in FIG. 2, two sets of wiring connection fittings 5, that is, a total of four wiring connection fittings 5 are formed. Is positioned and positioned.
[0017]
Further, external wiring (not shown) that is installed on the indoor ceiling surface F and inserted from the fixed surface side is electrically and mechanically connected to each of the wiring connection fittings 5. These wiring connection fittings 5 have a so-called throat structure at their tip portions, that is, a pair of metal pieces arranged opposite to each other to sandwich a connection connection portion 6a of the internal connection fitting 6 described later. It has become the structure which supports.
[0018]
On the other hand, the body part 3 having a substantially circular shape in plan view similar to the base part 2 is connected so as to be integrally overlapped with the base part 2 by a method such as rotational fitting. As shown, a plurality of internal connection fittings 6 that are connected to and electrically connected to the wiring connection fittings 5 of the base part 2 on the partition plate 7 disposed inside the body part 3. In other words, a total of four internal connection fittings 6 are positioned and arranged in two sets of two sets. Each of these internal connection fittings 6 is arranged in a state of protruding upward from the partition plate 7.
[0019]
Each of the internal connection fittings 6 is made of a metal plate. As can be seen from FIG. 3, each of the internal connection fittings 6 includes a connection connection portion 6a, a soldering connection portion 6b, and any of these. In addition, the connecting portion 6a and the intermediate connecting portion 6c interposed between the soldering connecting portions 6b are connected to each other. In addition, the connection connection part 6a of each internal connection metal fitting 6 is electrically and mechanically connected with external wiring (illustration omitted) in connection with the wiring connection metal fitting 5 arrange | positioned in the base component 2. FIG. On the other hand, each of the soldering connection portions 6b is soldered separately to the terminal pins 8 of the circuit board housed in the body part 3.
[0020]
By the way, in the case of the internal connection fitting 6 having such a structure, that is, a structure in which the connecting connection portion 6a and the soldering connection portion 6b are connected by the narrow intermediate connection portion 6c, the solder at the time of soldering operation is used. Until solidified, an advantage that heat transmitted from the soldering iron to the soldering connection portion 6b can be prevented from being unnecessarily transmitted to the connection connection portion 6a is secured.
[0021]
Further, the soldering connection portions 6 b of the internal connection fittings 6 have a substantially triangular shape in plan view, and these soldering connection portions 6 b are arranged so as to gather near the center of the body part 3. As shown in FIG. 4, the apex angle θ of each corner portion of the soldering connection portion 6b having a substantially triangular shape in plan view is a terminal pin 8 to be soldered to these soldering connection portions 6b, that is, An angle ψ formed by the four terminal pins 8 drawn from a circuit board (not shown) provided with various functional electronic components and disposed in the body component 3 with respect to the center point P of the body component 3 Is set approximately equal.
[0022]
If it does in this way, all the internal connection metal fittings 6 will be the same shape, and since these internal connection metal fittings 6 can be produced with one metal mold | die, it can only aim at cost reduction. Or, the advantage that these assemblability is improved is secured. In this case, it is preferable that a total of four internal connection fittings 6 in a set of two are arranged for each point-symmetrical position with respect to the center point P of the body part 3.
[0023]
Further, at this time, the soldering connection portions 6b of the respective internal connection fittings 6 arranged in the vicinity of the center of the body part 3 are arranged after selecting positions that are parallel when the body part 3 is viewed in plan. Yes. That is, each of the soldering connection portions 6b of the internal connection fitting 6 is soldered separately from the terminal pin 8 of the circuit board. Specifically, as shown in FIG. One outer shape line X forming a soldering connection portion 6b of one inner connection fitting 6 and one outer shape line Y forming a soldering connection portion 6b of the other inner connection fitting 6. Are arranged adjacent to each other and parallel to each other.
[0024]
In the case of such an arrangement state, after performing soldering on one internal connection fitting 6, it is possible to perform soldering on the other internal connection fitting 6 by simply translating the head portion of the soldering iron. The advantage is that it is possible to perform the pasting.
[0025]
In the wiring device 1 according to the present embodiment, two sets of wiring connection fittings 5, that is, a total of four wiring connection fittings 5 are arranged inside the base component 2. In addition, although the same number of internal connection fittings 6 are disposed inside the body part 3, such a structure is not necessarily required. That is, for each of the base part 2 and the body part 3, at least two pieces, that is, a configuration in which only one set of wiring connection fittings 5 and internal connection fittings 6 are disposed, or three or more sets of wirings are provided. Any of the structures in which the connection fitting 5 and the internal connection fitting 6 are disposed may be used.
[0026]
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the wiring device 1 is a smoke detector, but the scope of application of the present invention is not limited to a smoke detector, for example, a flame detector, a heat detector, Of course, the present invention can be applied to other wiring devices 1 such as an ultrasonic sensor.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
The terminal structure of the wiring device according to the first aspect of the present invention is such that at least two internal connection fittings are located at the center of the body part inside the body part connected to the base part on which at least two wiring connection fittings are disposed. It is arranged for each point-symmetrical position with respect to the point, and each soldering connection portion of these internal connection fittings is arranged near the center of the body part. Further, the terminal structure of the wiring device according to the invention described in claim 2 is one in which each of the two wiring connection fittings and the internal connection fittings is made into one set, and a plurality of these sets are arranged. It is characterized by that.
[0028]
In such a structure, since the soldering connection portion of the internal connection fitting is arranged near the center of the body part, the peripheral part of the body part, which is a resin molded product, is located in the vicinity of each internal connection fitting. Does not happen. Therefore, it is not necessary to take care that the head portion of the soldering iron does not come into contact with the peripheral portion of the body part, and the labor required for the soldering operation can be greatly reduced. Also, at least two internal fittings because are arranged in each position of point symmetry with respect to the center point of the body parts, all internal fittings can be the same shape, one internal connection fitting Since it is possible to manufacture with a mold, it is possible to realize cost reduction at the time of manufacturing and improve assemblability.
[0029]
The terminal structure of the wiring device according to the invention described in claim 3 is characterized in that the soldering connection portions of the internal connection fittings are arranged at each position parallel to each other in plan view. In the case of such a configuration, it is possible to continuously produce the body parts because the soldering of the internal connection fittings can be continuously performed by simply moving the soldering iron in parallel. In addition, the effect of improving the reliability of solder connection can be obtained.
[0030]
In the terminal structure of the wiring device according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, an intermediate connection portion that is narrower than the solder connection portion and the connecting connection portion of each internal connection fitting is interposed. Has been done. For this reason, it is possible to prevent heat during soldering from being transferred from the soldering iron to the connecting connection part through the soldering connection part, while preventing the heat from being affected to the peripheral part. The effect that the working time of the soldering work can be shortened is obtained.
[0031]
In the terminal structure of the wiring device according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the solder connection portions of the internal connection fittings each have a substantially triangular shape in plan view, and the apex angle of the corner portion is determined by the solder connection portions. Each of the terminal pins to be soldered is set to be substantially equal to the angle formed with respect to the center point of the body part. With such a configuration, all of the internal connection fittings have the same shape, and these internal connection fittings can be produced with a single mold, so that the cost during production can be reduced. In addition to the realization, it is possible to achieve the effect of improving the assemblability.
