また、印鑑の押印にかかわる道具は、印マットのほかに印鑑、朱肉、印クリーナー、印紙入れ、などいろいろあるがそれらを一体化して、機能的に収納する器具がなかった。さらに、それらの容器の蓋は蝶番式による開閉やネジ式による開閉であって、必ず両手を必要とし片手では開けにくいものであって、障害者、高齢者、その他の事情があって片手が不自由な者、あるいは手の機能が低下した者にとって両手の操作は非常な苦労を余儀無くされる。もっとも両手で自由に扱える健常者にとっても、片手で操作できるのが望ましいことは言うまでもない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、印マットの位置が紙の上からも判ることと、印マットの面積を小さくすること、さらに進んで印鑑の押印にかかわる道具の収納を機能的に一体化したうえで、他のビジネス機器とも有機的結合を図り、職場や家庭に便宜性を提供し、かつ、身体に障害のある人や高齢者にも使いやすいものを提供しょうとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明による押印ガイドつき印マットにおいては、コの字型の下先端部に印マットを、上先端部に押印ガイドを配しその間に紙を挿入して押印ガイドの範囲に押印することで、常に印マットは押印ガイドの下にあるため、誰でも鮮明な印影を得ることができる。
さらに、綴じられた書類に押印する場合や、一般に使用されるＡ４サイズ以上の紙に押印する場合とか、電卓を使用する場合には、本体上部を１８０度開いて置くと対応できる。

また、前記コの字型は蝶番で接合されており、押印箇所への到達はスムースであり、本体の材質が不透明なものであっても支障ない。

本体上部の収納部は、押印ガイドのすぐとなりに位置し、印鑑を取り出したり、印鑑に朱肉をつけたり、押印にともなう動作が、押印箇所の直ぐ周辺で行うことができる。
また、収納部の蓋の開閉は、紙に対する本体を置く角度によって右手あるいは左手で、いずれにしても片手で開閉が可能である。

本体上部の底面には本体長手中心線上で、接合部と押印ガイドのあいだに、半球型の突起した浮足があり、普段は本体下部上面には接触しないで浮いているが、上から圧力が加わると、本体下部上面に接触する。紙を挿入したまま印鑑に朱肉をつけるときには、上からの圧力を一点で吸収して紙を保護する役目を負い、また逆に下からの圧力を朱肉入れに伝えることによって朱肉が印鑑につきやすくなる。
圧力が加わらないときは、浮いているので挿入された紙が移動しても邪魔にならないし、そのうえ本体をカバンに入れて持ち歩くときなどは、接合部を保護する役割を担う。
浮足の位置については、本体長手中心線上であって上部収納部に収納するものの配置や、下部収納部に収納するものの配置によって決定する。

【作用】
我が国で使用されている契約書、証明書等の用紙は、Ａ４サイズかそれ以下のサイズの用紙がほとんどであり、本体長手中心線上での紙受の頂点と印マットの中心点との距離が、Ａ４サイズの紙の短い辺の２分の１あればＡ４サイズはもちろん、それ以下のサイズの紙であれば、紙のどの位置に押印箇所があっても押印をガイドすることができる。
基本的に、紙に対して本体をどの場所でどっちの方向を向かせて置くかは、紙のどの位置に押印箇所があるかによって決まる。
そして、本体と紙の位置関係が決まれば、本体上部を約４５度くらいまで持ち上げてワニが口を開けたような状態のところへ紙を挿入し、押印箇所に押印ガイドを合わせて本体上部を下ろし、あとは朱肉をつけて押印すればよい。
ただ、何枚か綴じられた書類で各頁に押印するときは、その都度本体上部を１８０度開いてから頁をめくることになる。また、一般に使用されるＡ４サイズより大きい紙のときは、やはり本体上部は１８０度開いたまま印マットのみの使用となる。

【実施例】
本体を開放部が向かつて右、本体接合部が向かって左になるように横にして右方向から紙を挿入する場合の実施例を図によって説明すると、まず、本体上部１４を左手でつまんで上へ上げワニが口を開けたようにコの字型が開いた所へ、紙を挿入し、所定の押印箇所の真上に押印ガイド１０が重なるように本体上部１４を降ろし、上部収納部の蓋１を左手の親指で上部収納部の蓋の指かけ部２をひっかけて開ける。そのとき本体尻を小指で押さえているので、片手だけで上部収納部の蓋１は開けることができる。
次に、右手で印鑑入れ５から、印鑑を取り出して朱肉入れ８で印鑑に朱肉をつけ押印ガイド１０の枠内で、紙の所定の箇所に押印する。
押印がすんだら印鑑は印鑑入れ５に戻して、上部収納部の蓋１を閉めて紙を右方向へ抜けば作業は終了する。以上の作業は片手だけでも充分可能である。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明によれば、印マットの位置が確実に紙の上からも判り印マットの大きさも印鑑の大きさに近くなった。さらに書類上の押印箇所への到達もスピーディーでそこから他の押印箇所への移動も簡単である。
そのうえ、いままでバラバラであった道具の収納が一つにまとめられ片手で出し入れができるようになり、さらに進んで電卓や切手の収納もできるので便利である。
さらに目の不自由な人に押印箇所の上に押印ガイドを置いてあげれば自分で朱肉をつけて押印ができるし、一連の動作が片手でしかも簡単にできるので、障害者、高齢者、その他事情があって片手が不自由な者、あるいは手の機能が著しく低下した者にとつて押印の作業を容易ならしめた。
