Claims (3)
- 含水素燃料を改質して改質ガスを得る改質部と、複数の塔を有するPSA機構により前記改質ガスから不要物を除去して水素リッチな燃料ガスを精製する精製部とを備え、前記PSA機構は、各塔同士を連通して洗浄を行う洗浄弁と、前記塔内の残留ガスを排出するオフガス弁とを備える燃料ガス製造装置であって、
前記PSA機構の運転停止期間又は前記運転停止期間によって変動する内部状態に基づいて、少なくとも前記洗浄弁又は前記オフガス弁のいずれか一方の開度を調整するための制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記運転停止期間の増加に伴って又は前記内部状態の定常運転時からの変動量の増加に伴って、少なくとも前記洗浄弁の開度を大きく設定し又は前記オフガス弁の開度を小さく設定し、次いで、実際に検出された前記運転停止期間又は前記内部状態に応じて少なくとも前記洗浄弁又は前記オフガス弁のいずれか一方の開度を調整することを特徴とする燃料ガス製造装置。 - 含水素燃料を改質して改質ガスを得る改質部と、複数の塔を有するPSA機構により前記改質ガスから不要物を除去して水素リッチな燃料ガスを精製する精製部とを備え、前記PSA機構は、各塔同士を連通して洗浄を行う洗浄弁と、前記塔内の残留ガスを排出するオフガス弁とを備える燃料ガス製造装置の始動方法であって、
前記PSA機構の運転停止期間の増加に伴って又は前記運転停止期間によって変動する内部状態の定常運転時からの変動量の増加に伴って、少なくとも前記洗浄弁の開度を大きく設定し又は前記オフガス弁の開度を小さく設定する工程と、
前記運転停止期間又は前記内部状態を検出する工程と、
実際に検出された前記運転停止期間又は前記内部状態に応じて少なくとも前記洗浄弁又は前記オフガス弁のいずれか一方の開度を調整する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする燃料ガス製造装置の始動方法。 - 請求項2記載の始動方法において、前記PSA機構の始動時に、前記調整された開度で所定時間だけ運転を行った後、該開度を定常運転時の開度に調整する工程を有することを特徴とする燃料ガス製造装置の始動方法。
