Description

【0001】

It is necessary to set so that
[0003]
Therefore, the pump 6 is adjusted to the above-described predetermined height position by adjusting the height of the waterproof pan 13 from the floor surface 13a by the adjuster 12 of the mounting plate 11 when the shet bath 2 is installed (construction). Set up and installed. Thereby, when the hot water is filled, the air in the pump suction side pipe 7 and the pump 6 passes through the pump water discharge side pipes 8 to 10 through the water discharge ports 5a and 5b into the bathtub 3 by the operation of the pump 6 and enters the pump 6. Water is sucked from the suction port 4, and at the time of drainage, the water in the pump 6 flows down the pump suction side pipe 7 of the downward slope and is discharged from the suction port 4 into the bathtub 3. 1) is drained out of the bathroom 1. (In addition, as a piping structure of such a jet bath 1, it is disclosed by patent document 1, for example.)

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the jet bath 2 having such a piping structure, variations such as deformation and deflection of the waterproof pan 13, alignment of the upper edge of the bathtub 3 with the bathroom counter and bathtub apron, which are bathroom interior members, In order to adjust the upper edge of the bathtub horizontally using a level, the height positional relationship between the bathtub 3 and the pump 6, that is, the suction port 4 and the water discharge port 5 a fixedly provided in the bathtub 3, The height positional relationship between 5b and the pump 6 may deviate from a predetermined height position.
[0006]
Therefore, it is conceivable to adjust the deviation in the height position with the adjuster 12, but the space outside the wall 3 b on the back side of the bathtub 3, which is the installation space of the pump 6, is narrow and the operator can reach the adjuster 12. However, the workability is extremely poor, and it is practically difficult to set the pump 6 at a predetermined height position. As a result, the gradient of the pump suction side pipe 7 and the pump water discharge side pipe 8 does not become the above-described predetermined gradient. For example, the pump suction side pipe 7 has an upward slope, and water remains in the pump suction side pipe 7 during drainage. Or the pump water discharge side pipe 8 has a downward slope, and the pump 6 has a problem that it may be idle due to poor suction.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to ensure that the pump can be installed at a predetermined height position with respect to the reference plane, and the pump suction side pipe and the pump water discharge side pipe have a predetermined gradient. An object of the present invention is to provide a piping structure for a jet bath that can be set easily.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is configured such that the water in the bathtub is sucked into the pump through the pump suction side pipe from the suction port provided on the wall surface of the bathtub, and the water is pumped out. A jet bath piping structure for discharging water into a bathtub from a water outlet provided on the wall surface through a side pipe, wherein the pump is formed in a bathroom wall panel facing the wall surface on the pump installation side of the bathtub. The suction flow path of the pump suction side pipe and the water discharge flow path of the pump water discharge side pipe are set to a predetermined gradient by being attached via a pump mounting member fixed at a predetermined height position with respect to the reference plane. In addition, the reference surface is the lower end surface of the upper edge flange of the bathtub, and a flat plate-like flange is formed on the upper end portion of the pump mounting member, and the flange contacts the reference surface. Characterized in that that.
[0009]
With this configuration, when the pump is operated, the water in the bathtub is sucked into the pump through the pump suction side pipe from the suction port, and this water enters the bathtub through the pump water discharge side pipe and the water discharge port. Is discharged. At this time, since the pump is mounted via a pump mounting member fixed to the bathroom wall panel at a predetermined height with respect to the reference surface formed in the bathroom, the reference surface is set to a predetermined value. The height positional relationship between the pump and the suction port and the water discharge port of the bathtub can be set to a predetermined value, and the suction flow path of the pump suction side pipe and the water discharge flow path of the pump water discharge side pipe have a predetermined gradient, and the pump during drainage Residual water in the suction side piping and suction failure when filling with water are reliably prevented.
[0012]
Further, as in the invention described in claim 2 , the pump is connected to the pump mounting member via the mounting bracket by engaging the locking hole and the locking projection provided in the mounting bracket and the pump mounting member. Preferably it is attached. With this configuration, the pump can be mounted to the pump mounting member by engagement of the locking holes and the locking projections of the pump mounting bracket and the pump mounting member. This makes it easier to install the pump.
[0013]
Furthermore, it is preferable that the pump mounting member is fixed to the bathroom wall panel in a state through vibration transmission preventing means with respect to the reference surface as in the invention described in claim 3 . With this configuration, for example, vibration transmission preventing means such as an elastic material is interposed between the flange of the mounting bracket and the lower edge of the upper edge flange of the bathtub as a reference surface. Vibration transmission is suppressed, and the discomfort of the bather during bathing due to vibration transmission is prevented.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3 show an embodiment of a jet bath piping structure according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is a plan view of a bathroom in which the jet bath is installed, and FIG. 2 is a front view showing the piping portion. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing a method of installing the pump. In the following description, the parts the same site as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, are denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0015]
In FIG. 1, a bathroom 1 is formed in a substantially box shape by wall panels 15 a to 15 d and a ceiling panel (not shown) arranged around a waterproof pan 13 having a square shape in plan view, for example, on the wall panel 15 b side of the waterproof pan 13. The bathtub 3 is installed, and on the waterproof pan 13 on the side of the bathtub 3, a washing place 17 having a counter 16 installed at one end is provided. The bathtub 3 is adjusted and installed by a level or the like so that the upper surface of the upper edge flange 3f is horizontal.
[0016]
The bathtub 3 is formed by a bottom surface 3a having a drain hole 14, a back wall surface 3b, 3d and a side wall surface 3c, 3e, and two water discharge ports 5a, 5b are provided on the back wall surface 3b. Two water outlets 5c and 5d are provided on the wall 3d on the foot side, and a suction port 4 is provided on the side wall 3c. Further, in the space 18 formed between the wall surfaces 3b to 3d of the bathtub 3 and the wall panels 15a to 15c, the pump 6 constituting the jet bath 2 and the pump 6, the suction port 4 and the water discharge ports 5a to 5d are formed. A pump suction side pipe 7 and a pump water discharge side pipe 8 to 10 are connected.
[0017]
That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the pump 6 is attached to a wall panel 15 a facing the wall surface 3 b of the bathtub 3 via a pump attachment member 20 fixed with four screws 19. The pump suction port 6a and the suction port 4 of the bathtub 3 are connected by a pump suction side pipe 7 via a joint 21 made of a cap nut or a rubber joint, and the pump water outlet 6b and water outlets 5a to 5d of the pump 6 are connected to each other. Are connected via the pump water discharge side pipes 8 to 10 and the joint 21.
[0018]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the pump 6 has a U-shaped mounting bracket 22 fixed to the upper and lower surfaces thereof by screws 23, and the upper ends of the mounting surface of the mounting bracket 22 are the same at both ends. Two locking holes 22 a are formed at the height position, and the locking holes 22 a are engaged with the hook-shaped locking protrusions 20 a of the pump mounting member 20. Further, the pump mounting member 20 is made of, for example, stainless steel, and a flange 20b protruding in a horizontal state is formed on the upper portion of the pump mounting member 20, and the locking projections 20a are welded, raised, and the like on both ends of the upper portion. Is provided.
[0019]
At least the upper surface of the mounting bracket 22 is fixed to the upper surface of the pump 6 with a screw 23 via an elastic material 30 such as rubber, and the vibration of the pump 6 is caused by the elastic material 30 so that the mounting bracket 22 and the pump mounting member 20 are vibrated. It is prevented from being transmitted to the wall panel 15a or the like through the wall. Further, the locking hole 22a of the mounting bracket 22 is formed in a trapezoidal shape in which the upper portion is substantially the same as the width of the locking projection 20a having a constant width and the lower portion is wider than this, so that the pump mounting member 20 of the mounting bracket 22 is connected. It is easy to engage.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 2, the pump mounting member 20 has a plate-like flange 20b that transmits vibration to the lower end surface of the upper edge flange 3f that is the trimming surface of the bathtub 3 that forms the reference surface of the present invention. The pump mounting member 20 is brought into contact with the elastic member 24 such as rubber packing as a preventing means in a surface contact state, and in this state, screws 19 are screwed into the wall panel 15a from the four corner fixing holes 20c (see FIG. 3). Is fixed to the wall panel 15a.
[0021]
Further, the screws 26 are screwed into the nuts 25 fixed on both lower sides of the pump mounting member 20 from mounting holes 22b (see FIG. 3) drilled at both lower ends of the mounting bracket 22, so that the mounting bracket 22 Is attached to the pump attachment member 20. As the elastic member 24, a material having a predetermined elasticity whose height becomes a predetermined height with respect to the upper edge flange 3f of the bathtub 3 when the pump 6 is installed is used. Of course, it can be omitted.
[0022]
Further, in the mounting state of the pump 6 to the wall panel 15a via the mounting bracket 22 and the pump mounting member 20, the pump suction side pipe 7 (internal suction flow path A) is directed from the pump suction port 6a to the suction port 4. Accordingly, the pump water discharge side pipe 8 (internal water discharge flow path B) is set to have an upward gradient from the pump water discharge port 6b toward the water discharge ports 5a to 5d. Thereby, since the dimension from the upper surface of the upper edge flange 3f of the bathtub 3 to the lower end surface is set to a predetermined value, the height dimension H1 of the water discharge ports 5a to 5d from the upper surface of the upper edge flange 3f of the bathtub 3, the pump The height dimension H3 of 6 and the height dimension H2 of the suction port 4 are H1 <H3 <H2, and the height dimensions H1 to H3 are set to a predetermined design height along with the gradients of the flow paths A and B. Has been.
[0023]
For such installation of the jet bath 2, for example, the pump mounting member 20, the mounting bracket 22, various screws 19, 23, and 26 are prepared as construction parts, and at the construction site, first, the flange 20 b of the pump mounting member 20 is elastically elastic. The material is brought into contact (butted) with the lower end surface of the upper edge flange 3 f of the bathtub 3 installed on the waterproof pan 13 through the material 24 and fixed to the wall panel 15 a with screws 19. At this time, since the pump 6 is not attached to the pump attachment member 20, the pump attachment member 20 is relatively easily fixed to the wall panel 15 a even in a narrow space 18. By fixing to 15a, the height position of the lower edge surface of the upper edge flange 3f which is a reference surface of the bathtub 3 and the locking projection 20a of the pump mounting member 20 is set to a predetermined value.
[0024]
When the pump mounting member 20 is fixed to the wall panel 15a, the locking hole 22a of the mounting bracket 22 fixed to the pump 6 with the screw 23 is fixed to the wall panel 15a and protrudes forward. The engaging protrusion 20a of the mounting member 20 is engaged (locked). Since the locking hole 22a is formed in a trapezoidal shape at the time of this engagement, the width is narrowed by inserting the wide lower part of the locking hole 22a into the upper end of the locking projection 20a and moving it downward. And the latching protrusion 20a engages the latching hole 22a upper part set substantially the same as the width | variety of the latching protrusion 20a, and it will be in the state by which the movement of the attachment metal fitting 22 in the left-right direction was controlled. In this state, by screwing the screw 26 into the nut 25 of the pump mounting member 20 from the mounting hole 22b, the mounting bracket 22, that is, the pump 6 is mounted at a predetermined height position of the wall panel 15a by the pump mounting member 20. .
[0025]
After the pump 6 is mounted on the pump mounting member 20 via the mounting bracket 22, the pump suction side pipe 7 assembled in advance in a factory or the like, for example, at the pump suction port 6 a and the pump water discharge port 6 b of the pump 6 is then installed. The integral part 7a and the one end part 8a of the pump water discharge side pipe 8 are connected via the joint 21, respectively, and the pump 6 is installed on the waterproof pan 13. At this time, the pump water discharge side pipe 8 is set to at least an upward slope, and the pump water discharge side pipes 9 and 10 connected thereto are set to a horizontal state or an upward slope.
[0026]
When the pump 6 is installed, the pump 6 is connected to a power supply unit 27 provided on, for example, a ceiling panel of the bathroom 1, as shown in FIG. 1, and the power supply unit 27 is connected to, for example, the wall panel 15b of the bathroom 1. Connected operation panel 28 (remote control) is connected. Thereby, the installation of the jet bath 2 is completed.
[0027]
According to this jet bath 2, when a predetermined operation switch of the operation panel 28 is operated and the pump 6 is activated, the water (hot water) in the bathtub 3 is sucked into the suction port 4, the pump suction side pipe 7, and the pump suction. It is sucked into the pump 6 through the port 6a, and is injected into the bathtub 3 through the pump water discharge port 6b, the pump water discharge side pipes 8 to 10, the water discharge ports 5a and 5b, and the like. When the pump 6 is operated, the water discharge flow path B of the pump water discharge side pipe 8 is set to an upward slope and the suction flow path A of the pump suction side pipe 7 is set to a downward slope. In this case, the air in the pump 6 or the pump water discharge side pipe 8 is reliably discharged from the water discharge ports 5a, 5b into the bathtub 3 through the horizontal pump water discharge side pipes 9, 10, etc., for example. Therefore, the water in the bathtub 3 can be sucked into the pump 5 and the idling of the pump 6 is reliably prevented.
[0028]
Then, the water sucked in by the pump 6 is made into a bathtub from the back water outlets 5a and 5b, for example, by controlling the operation of the pump 6 and setting the position of injection nozzles (not shown) provided on the back and foot water outlets 5a to 5d. 3 is ejected as a jet jet or as a pulse jet from the water outlets 5c and 5d on the foot side, and a predetermined massage effect is obtained for the bather by these jets.
[0029]
Further, when the pump 6 is stopped and the water in the bathtub 3 is drained, the water in the pump water discharge side pipes 8 to 10 and the water in the pump 6 and the pump suction side pipe 7 are connected via the pump suction side pipe 7 having a downward slope. Then, the water is discharged from the suction port 4 into the bathtub 3 and is reliably drained to the outside from the drain hole 14 of the bathtub 3, so that no water remains in the pump suction side pipe 7 during drainage.
[0030]
Thus, according to the jet bath 2 of the above embodiment, the pump 6 is attached to the wall panel 15a by attaching the mounting bracket 22 to the pump attachment member 20 fixed to the wall panel 15a located in the space 18. Therefore, by setting the height of the locking projection 22a of the pump mounting member 20 to a predetermined height in advance, the installation height position of the pump 6 can be set to a predetermined height, and the suction of the pump 6 and the bathtub 3 can be set. The mouth 4 and the water discharge ports 5a to 5d are maintained in a predetermined height positional relationship, and the suction flow path A of the pump suction side pipe 7 is downgraded and the water discharge path B of the pump water discharge side pipe 8 is surely uphill. Can be set.
[0031]
In particular, the pump mounting member 20 is formed of a rigid steel plate, and the locking projection 20a is integrally provided in advance at a predetermined position in a factory or the like, so that the reference surface of the bathtub 3 formed in the bathroom 1 is used. The height dimension of the locking projection 22a from the lower end surface of the upper edge flange 3f can be set to a predetermined height position with high accuracy, and the height positional relationship between the bathtub 3 and the pump 6 can be uniquely determined by the pump mounting member 20. The pump 6 can be installed with high accuracy. As a result, residual water in the pump suction side pipe 7 at the time of drainage can be prevented, and proliferation of germs due to the residual water can be prevented, and air stays in the pump discharge side pipe 8 at the time of hot water filling. The suction failure of the pump 6 and the idling of the pump 6 can be prevented, and the bather 2 can be surely operated, and the bather can obtain a good massage effect by the stable jet jet or pulse jet. .
[0032]
Further, since the flat flange 20b of the pump mounting member 20 is brought into contact with the lower end surface of the upper edge flange 3f of the bathtub 3 through the elastic material 24 in a surface contact state, the positioning of the pump mounting member 20 and the bathtub 3 is performed. Can be reliably and easily performed. Further, the pump 6 is attached to the pump mounting member 20 by engaging the locking hole 22a provided in the mounting bracket 22 of the pump 6 with the locking projection 20a of the pump mounting member 20 fixed to the wall panel 15a. Therefore, the mounting operation of the pump 6 to the pump mounting member 20 can be performed with almost one touch. In particular, by forming the locking hole 22a in a trapezoidal shape, the locking protrusion 20a can be easily formed using the wide portion. The fitting operation can be performed, and the positioning operation of the mounting bracket 22 to the pump mounting member 20 and the mounting operation itself of the pump 6 can be performed very easily.
[0033]
Further, since the pump 6 is installed in a substantially tight contact state with the wall panel 15a via the pump mounting member 20, the space 18 as a jet bath installation space formed between the wall surface 3b of the bathtub 3 and the wall panel 15a is further increased. It can be used widely, and the installation of the pump 6 and various piping work can be performed more easily. From these, the installation time of the jet bath 2 can be shortened and the installation cost can be reduced. Become.
[0034]
Further, since the elastic member 24 is interposed between the pump mounting member 20 and the upper edge flange 3f of the bathtub 3, the elastic member 24 can suppress the vibration of the pump 6 from being transmitted to the bathtub 3. The bather who is taking a bath in 3 does not feel uncomfortable vibrations and can take a comfortable bath. Further, by connecting the one end portion 7a of the pump suction side pipe 7 and the pump suction port 6a or the one end portion 8a of the pump water discharge side pipe 8 and the pump water discharge port 6b with a joint 21 such as a cap nut, Connection to the pipes 7 and 8 can be easily performed, and the pump 6 can be easily replaced as well as the pump 6 can be installed.
[0038]
Incidentally, in the above you facilities embodiments describe the case where the spout 5a~5d provided in tub 3 is provided four two by one total dorsal and foot end, for example, only the wall surface 3b of the back side ejection Two water ports can be provided, or one water outlet can be provided on the back side or foot side wall surfaces 3b, 3d. The position of the suction port 4 is not limited to the side wall surface 5d, and the back wall surface 3b. It can also be provided in the lower part, and the number of the water discharge ports 5a to 5d and the suction ports 4 and the arrangement position thereof can adopt an appropriate configuration according to the bathtub 3 itself or the form of the jetted water.
[0039]
The upper in you facilities embodiment, a plate-like flange 20b of the pump mounting member 20 by surface contact via the elastic member 24 to the lower end face of the upper edge flange 3f bath 3, the pump mounting member 20 and the bathtub 3 For example, protrusions are provided upward on both sides of the upper end of the pump mounting member 20, and positioning is performed by bringing the ends of the protrusions into contact with the lower end surface of the upper edge flange 3 f of the bathtub 3. In this case, the contact portion between the pump mounting member 20 and the upper edge flange 3f of the bathtub 3 is extremely small, and vibration transmission is suppressed.
[0040]
Further, in the above embodiment, the locking projection 20a is provided on the pump mounting member 20 and the locking hole 22a is provided on the mounting bracket 22. However, the locking projection is provided on the mounting bracket 22 and the locking hole is provided on the pump mounting member 20. it may be a reverse of the configuration of providing, in the above you facilities embodiment, the shape of the upper edge flange 3f bath 3, the installation position of the wall panel 15a of the pump 6, the pump mounting member 20 and mounting bracket 22 itself shape The shapes of the locking holes 22a and the locking projections 20a, the position of the reference surface, and the like are also examples, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of each invention according to the present invention.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the pump is mounted via the pump mounting member fixed to the bathroom wall panel at a predetermined height position with respect to the reference plane. The height positional relationship with the suction port and water discharge port of the bathtub is set to a predetermined value, and the suction flow channel of the pump suction side piping and the water discharge flow channel of the pump water discharge side piping can be easily set to a predetermined gradient, Residual water in the pump suction side piping or suction failure when filling with water can be reliably prevented.
[0042]
Further, according to the invention described in claim 1, in addition to the above effects, since the bathtub upper edge flange is used as a reference surface, by effectively utilizing the reference surface formed on the bathroom, the pump It can be easily installed at a predetermined height in the bathroom.
[0043]
Further, according to the invention described in claim 1, in addition to the above effects, since the plate-shaped flange formed on the pump mounting member abuts in a state of surface contact with the reference plane, of the pump mounting member and the reference surface Positioning can be performed reliably and easily, and the pump can be more easily installed at a predetermined height position.
[0044]
According to the invention described in claim 2 , in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 1 , the pump is mounted on the pump mounting member by engaging the locking hole and the locking projection of the pump mounting bracket and the pump mounting member. Therefore, it is possible to perform the installation work of the pump with almost one touch, and the installation work of the pump can be performed more easily.
[0045]
According to the invention described in claim 3 , in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 1 or 2 , for example, an elastic material is provided between the flange of the mounting bracket and the lower surface of the upper edge flange of the bathtub as a reference surface. Since vibration transmission preventing means such as the above is interposed, it is possible to suppress vibration transmission to the bathtub of the pump, and it is possible to prevent an unpleasant feeling of the bather during bathing due to vibration transmission.
