[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, development of a method for mass production of the upper frame was left.
An object of the present invention is to develop a method capable of mass-producing the upper frame body, and in particular, to provide an apparatus and a method capable of stretching a bridge to the upper frame body at high speed.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the inventors of the present invention intermittently transported the frame body, adhered a thread to the leading frame body, and stretched the thread by transportation. The thread is bonded and stretched to the next frame, and the thread of the first frame is cut off to cause the next frame to play the role of the first frame. It has been found that the frame body stretched with can be easily mass-produced.
[0014]
The present invention has been made based on such knowledge,
A conveyor for conveying the frame, and the yarn supply feeder supplying yarn to the frame that is conveyed intermittently by the conveyor, and a yarn stopping welding apparatus for welding the supplied yarn to the frame body, the frame It consists of a yarn cutting device that cuts out unnecessary parts of the welded yarn, and the conveyor has convex portions formed on the upper surface of the belt at regular intervals and accommodates a frame between them, tension, and yarn tensioning device of the frame, characterized in that provided by the frame of the already thread welded bottom stream side is conveyed by the conveyor,
When the yarn is stretched on the frame that is intermittently conveyed at regular intervals, the yarn is welded to the leading frame, and then the frame is conveyed and moved so that the yarn is behind the frame. A method of tensioning a thread on a frame, characterized in that a thread is welded to the next frame in that state, and then the thread between the leading frame and the next frame is cut. It is to provide.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The frame body and the thread are not particularly limited as long as the present invention can be applied. For example, the frame body and the thread are an upper frame body and a bridge of the electrolyte slide. The material of the frame and thread is selected so as to suit the intended use. For example, for the frame, polyethylene terephthalate, triacetylcellulose, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyvinylidene chloride, ABS resin, polyethylene, For yarns such as polyvinyl acetate and polyvinyl chloride, resins such as polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene naphthalate, nylon, polypropylene, polyethylene, and triacetyl cellulose are preferably used. In addition, natural fibers such as cotton and wool can also be used.
[0016]
The apparatus of the present invention includes a yarn supply and feeding device, a yarn fixing and welding device, a yarn cutting device, and a conveyor that sequentially feeds a frame body to these devices.
[0017]
The yarn supply / feed device is a device that supplies a yarn to a frame that is intermittently conveyed by a conveyor, and includes a reel around which the yarn is wound and a guide roller that feeds the yarn to the conveyor. The reel is normally biased in the opposite direction to impart tension to the fed yarn. It is preferable that the strength of the bias can be adjusted.
[0018]
The yarn fixing welding device is a device for welding the supplied yarn to the frame, and the heating means is preferably ultrasonic heating suitable for local heating, mechanical heating with a hot iron or the like. This welding already since the frame body of the thread is welded the lower stream side is performed on the yarn tension is given by being conveyed by the conveyor, the yarn by welding is stretched to the frame. For tensioning, the yarn is welded to two or more locations on the frame, but this may be performed simultaneously using a heating body having two or more welding tips, and a plurality of welding tips are separately attached. It may be activated and welded separately.
[0019]
The yarn cutting device is a device that cuts out an unnecessary portion of the yarn welded to the frame, and may be an external fusing of cutting with a blade or the like. An arc, a heating bar, plasma, or the like can be used for fusing. The cutting site is selected so that the remainder of the unnecessary portion is as small as possible and can be easily cut, but it is usually preferable that the outer portion is as close as possible to the welding site.
[0020]
In this yarn cutting device, in addition to cutting the yarn connecting the frame body to which the yarn is cut and the downstream frame body, the yarn remaining in the upstream welded portion of the frame body is also cut, and this yarn Since the tip has already been cut off, it will be separated from the frame. Therefore, it is preferable that this yarn cutting device is provided with a suction removal device for the separated yarn.
[0021]
If the suction removal is not performed, not only the surroundings are scattered and the surroundings become dirty, but also the thread cut to the upper frame due to static electricity or the like adheres and becomes NG in terms of product quality assurance. As other means, it may be considered to remove the adhesive with an adhesive tape or the like, but it is not preferable in that an adhesive tape is required and waste is generated.
[0022]
This suction removal device may be composed of a blower and a pipe, and the tip of the pipe serving as the suction port may simply be opened. Since the separation of the yarn occurs in the vicinity of the upstream weld portion of the frame body where the yarn is cut, the suction port is preferably disposed in the vicinity thereof.
[0023]
The conveyor holds the frame at regular intervals and intermittently conveys the frame. The holding means may be any means as long as it can fix the position of the frame body, and may be a gripping means, but is preferably one that can be positioned by simply placing the frame body. For example, a container or a frame that accommodates the frame body may be installed on a conveyor, or convex portions may be formed on the upper surface of the belt at regular intervals, and the frame body may be accommodated therebetween.
[0024]
In the present invention, it is preferable to provide a yarn stopper check device for checking whether the tension of the yarn is appropriate. This device can be appropriately selected from known ones, and an example of a preferred device is a stylus that pushes a tensioned thread, an arm that moves the stylus up and down, and the stylus. It consists of a weight that gives a constant load and a sensor that measures the movement distance of the stylus. The tip of the stylus should have a concave shape such as an arc so that the thread does not escape. The number of styluses is not limited to one, and two styluses may be used to press two points of the thread. The arm that moves the stylus up and down may be any of a type that pivots and pivots, a type that moves the arm itself up and down, and the like. The moving distance of the stylus may be measured directly, or may be measured by an indirect method such as measuring the movement of a stylus or arm provided with a hook or the like. The frame that has been rejected by the yarn stopper check device is removed from the production line.
[0025]
In the above apparatus, the frame body is intermittently conveyed by the conveyor at regular intervals. Then, the yarn is pulled out from the yarn supply / feed device, and the yarn is first welded to the frame running at the top by using a yarn fixing welding device. If it does so, it will be pulled out in the state with which the thread | yarn was stretched by conveyance with the conveyor of this head frame. Therefore, the yarn is welded to the next frame that has come to the position of the yarn fixing welding device. Then, an unnecessary portion of the yarn welded to the top frame, that is, a portion before the upstream welding portion and a portion after the downstream welding portion are cut. This cutting may be performed at the same time, or one of them may be performed first. The portion before the upstream side separated by the cutting is sucked and removed by the suction removing device. It should be noted that the cutting of the thread of the leading frame may be performed after the thread is welded and stretched to the next frame, and may be performed after or after the welding of the thread to the next frame.
