Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container lid provided with a sub-container containing contents, and more specifically, contents contained in a sub-container equipped on the container lid when the contents contained in the container main body are consumed. It is related with the container lid which can be made to flow down in a container main body, and can be mixed with the content accommodated in the container main body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when the content stored in the container body is an alcoholic beverage such as shochu, the content such as lemon juice is mixed when the content is consumed, or the content stored in the container body If the product is coffee, it is often desirable to mix additives such as milk when consuming such contents. In view of such demands, conventionally, when a sub-container containing contents to be added is mounted on a container lid and the contents contained in the container body are consumed, a part of the sub-container is used. It has been proposed that the contents contained in the sub-container that has been ruptured can flow into the container body and be mixed with the contents contained in the container body. The following patent documents 1 and patent documents 2 can be mentioned as a prior art document which disclosed the container lid provided with such a subcontainer.
[0003]
The container lid disclosed in Patent Document 1 below is composed of a vessel body having a bottomed cylindrical shape as a whole and an upper lid member that is attached to the vessel body and closes its upper surface. The container and the upper lid member cooperate to define a sub-container. A breakable line is formed on the bottom wall of the vessel. A projecting portion is formed at the center of the upper lid member so as to project downward in an inverted conical shape. When the container lid is attached to the mouth and neck of the container, if the center part of the upper lid member is pressed and lowered, the protruding part of the upper lid member acts on the bottom wall of the container body and can be broken The line is broken so that the contents contained in the sub-container are allowed to flow down into the container.
[0004]
The container lid disclosed in the following Patent Document 2 also includes a container body having a bottomed cylindrical shape and an upper lid member that is attached to the container body and closes the upper surface thereof, and the container body and the upper lid member cooperate with each other. The secondary container is prescribed. A breakable line is formed on the bottom wall of the vessel. A bar-like member extending downward is fixed to the central portion of the inner surface of the upper lid member. When the container lid is attached to the mouth and neck of the container, if the center part of the upper lid member is pressed, the rod-shaped member fixed to the inner surface of the upper lid member is lowered and acts on the bottom wall of the container. The breakable line formed in the container is broken, so that the contents contained in the sub container are allowed to flow into the container.

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No.2-1266 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 5-85416 [0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, the container lid disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a protrusion defined from a part of the upper lid member that defines the upper surface of the sub-container, and therefore a hollow that is necessarily relatively thin. Since the reverse cone-shaped protrusion of the above acts on the bottom wall of the container to break the breakable line of the bottom wall, the break of the bottom wall of the container cannot always be performed easily and smoothly. There is a problem.
[0007]
On the other hand, in the container lid disclosed in Patent Document 2, a rod-shaped member formed separately from the upper lid member is fixed to the central portion of the inner surface of the upper lid member, and this rod-shaped member is allowed to act on the bottom wall of the container body. Yes. Therefore, the bottom wall of the container can be broken easily and smoothly. However, the rod-shaped member is located in the sub-container, and therefore, the rod-shaped member is directly immersed in the contents accommodated in the sub-container name, and it is necessary to pay sanitation attention such as sterilization treatment to the rod-shaped member. There is a problem that the filling and sealing process of the contents in the sub-container is relatively complicated, resulting in a relatively high manufacturing cost.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned facts, and its main technical problem is that it can be manufactured at a considerably lower cost than conventional container lids without deteriorating characteristics such as hygiene, and It is an object of the present invention to provide a container lid having a new and improved sub-container that can easily and smoothly break a part of the sub-container.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies, the inventors have made a lid main body, a sub-container that contains the contents, and a driver for breaking a part of the sub-container to allow the contents contained in the sub-container to flow down. It has been found that the above-mentioned main technical problems can be achieved by forming each of them individually and combining them as required.
[0010]
That is, according to the present invention, the container lid that can achieve the main technical problem is composed of a lid body, a sub-container, and a driver.
The lid body includes an annular top wall, a cylindrical skirt wall depending from the outer peripheral edge of the top wall, a cylindrical inner cylindrical wall depending from the inner peripheral edge of the annular top wall, and a bottom closing the lower end of the inner cylindrical wall And at least a portion of the bottom wall is breakable,
The sub-container is composed of a vessel body having an upper wall and a cylindrical side wall depending from the periphery of the upper wall, and a closing member fixed to the lower end of the cylindrical side wall of the vessel body and closing the lower surface of the vessel body And is accommodated in a recess defined by the inner cylindrical wall and the bottom wall of the lid body, and a content is accommodated in a space defined by the container body and the closing member. The upper wall of the body is formed with an inverted weight-shaped protruding portion that protrudes downward in the shape of an inverted weight, whereby an inverted weight-shaped recess is defined on the upper surface of the upper wall, and the closing member At least a portion of
The driver has a protrusion that is inserted into the inverted weight-shaped recess defined on the upper surface of the upper wall of the container body of the sub-container,
When the protrusion is lowered, the inverted weight-shaped protrusion formed on the upper wall of the vessel body of the sub-container is lowered, and the reverse weight-shaped protrusion is attached to the sub-container of the sub-container. Acting on the closing member to break the closing member, acting on the bottom wall of the lid body to break the bottom wall, and the contents accommodated in the sub-container are formed by breaking the closing member Flowed through the aperture formed and the aperture formed by the breaking of the bottom wall,

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a container lid constructed according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0013]
Referring to FIG. 1, a container lid, generally designated by reference numeral 2, constructed in accordance with the present invention is composed of a lid body 4, a sub-container 6, and a driver 8 that are separately formed.
[0014]
A lid body 4 that can be injection-molded or compression-molded from an appropriate synthetic resin such as polypropylene and polyethylene includes an annular top wall 10, a substantially cylindrical skirt wall 12 that hangs down from the outer peripheral edge of the top wall 10, and a ceiling. It has a substantially cylindrical inner cylinder wall 14 that hangs down from the inner peripheral edge of the face wall 10, and a circular bottom wall 16 that closes the lower end of the inner cylinder wall 14. A cylindrical seal piece 18 that hangs downward and an annular seal protrusion 20 positioned outside the seal piece 18 are formed on the lower surface of the top wall 10. An annular shoulder surface 22 facing downward is formed at an axially intermediate portion of the inner peripheral surface of the skirt wall 12, and a female thread 24 is formed below the shoulder surface 22. The inner cylindrical wall 14 hangs down slightly from the inner peripheral edge of the top wall 10 substantially vertically, then extends slightly inward in the radial direction substantially horizontally, and then hangs downward substantially vertically. Therefore, an annular shoulder surface 26 facing upward is formed at the upper end of the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical wall 14. On the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical wall 14, an annular locking ridge 28 positioned above the shoulder surface 26 is further formed. Instead of the annular locking ridge 28 extending continuously in the circumferential direction, a plurality of locking ridges extending in the circumferential direction can be formed at intervals in the circumferential direction if desired. A plurality of arc-shaped locking protrusions 30 extending in the circumferential direction are formed at the lower end portion of the inner circumferential surface of the inner cylindrical wall 14 at intervals in the circumferential direction. Each of the locking protrusions 30 is protruded in the radial direction from the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical wall 14. If desired, an annular locking ridge extending continuously in the circumferential direction can be formed. It is important that at least a part of the bottom wall 16 closing the lower end of the inner cylindrical wall 14 can be broken. In the illustrated embodiment, the circular central region of the bottom wall 16 is made to be considerably thin and is made into a rupture region 32 that can be ruptured sufficiently easily as will be described later. Instead of or in addition to reducing the thickness of a part of the bottom wall 16, a thin-walled break line of an appropriate shape on the bottom wall 16, for example, a central circular portion and an additional portion extending radially from the central circular portion Including a plurality of thin break lines extending radially from a central circular portion in the key hole shape, or a plurality of thin break lines extending radially intersecting at the center. It is also possible to form a thin-walled break line including the above-mentioned form. In addition, if desired, at least a part of the bottom wall 16 is formed separately from the main part of the lid body 4 and can be bonded or welded to the main part of the lid body 4 and can be easily broken or It can also be formed from a sheet, for example, a laminated film or sheet obtained by laminating a synthetic resin film on an aluminum foil. In this case, for example, an opening may be formed in the center of the bottom wall 16, and a film or sheet may be adhered or welded to the upper surface or the lower surface of the bottom wall 16 to close the opening.
[0015]
Continuing the description with reference to FIG. 1, the sub-container 6 includes a vessel body 34 and a closing member 36. The container 34 has an upper wall 38 and a cylindrical side wall 40 depending from the periphery of the upper wall 38. An annular groove 42 is formed at the peripheral edge of the upper wall 38. Somewhat radially inward of the annular groove 42, the upper wall 38 hangs slightly downwards substantially vertically and then extends substantially horizontally to form an annular shoulder surface 44 facing upward. On the inner side in the radial direction from the shoulder surface 44, the upper wall 38 is protruded downward in an inverted cone shape to form an inverted cone-shaped protrusion 46. An inverted weight-shaped concave portion is defined on the upper surface of the sub container 6. The inverted pyramid-shaped protrusion 46 may have a substantially inverted polygonal pyramid shape, but is preferably an approximately inverted conical shape. An annular flange 48 protruding outward in the radial direction is formed at the lower end of the side wall 40. The closure member 36, which is important to be at least partially breakable, has a circular shape and is bonded or welded to the lower surface of the annular flange 48 of the vessel 34 to close the lower surface of the vessel 34. In a closed space defined by the container 34 and the closing member 36, a content 50 which is an additive such as lemon juice is accommodated. Such a sub-container 6 can be conveniently manufactured as follows. First, pressure forming or pressure forming and vacuum forming is applied to an appropriate synthetic resin sheet such as polypropylene and polyethylene, and the body shape portion corresponding to the state in which the body 34 is inverted with respect to the state shown in the drawing is spaced at a predetermined interval. Many are formed. Next, the contents 50 are filled in each of the formed container-shaped portions. Thereafter, a film or sheet extending across a large number of vessel shape portions is bonded or fused to the upper surface of the synthetic resin sheet on which the multiple vessel shape portions are formed. The film or sheet may be, for example, a film or sheet obtained by laminating a synthetic resin film on an aluminum foil. Next, the synthetic resin sheet and the film or sheet adhered or welded to the synthetic resin sheet are cut around each of the container-shaped portions, and thus the sub container 6 is manufactured.
[0016]
The driver 8 that can be injection-molded or compression-molded from an appropriate synthetic resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene has a substantially circular flat plate wall 52. A central region of the flat plate wall 52 is displaced somewhat downward with respect to the peripheral region, and an annular breakable line 54 having a reduced thickness is formed between the two. On the lower surface of the central region of the flat wall 52, a protrusion 56 protruding downward is formed. The protrusion 56 may have a substantially inverted conical shape that is substantially the same as the inverted conical protrusion 46 formed on the upper wall 38 of the sub container 6. If desired, instead of the substantially inverted conical protrusion 56, a protrusion having a cross-shaped cross section and a shape in which the lower end is gradually tapered can be formed. A dish-shaped recess 58 is formed on the upper surface of the central region of the flat plate wall 52. An annular locked protrusion 60 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the flat plate wall 52. Further, a cylindrical drooping cylinder 62 that hangs substantially vertically is formed on the lower surface of the peripheral area of the flat plate wall 52.
[0017]
When the description is continued with reference to FIG. 2 together with FIG. 1, the sub container 6 is accommodated in a recess having a substantially circular cross-sectional shape defined by the inner cylindrical wall 14 and the bottom wall 16 in the lid body 4. An annular flange 48 formed at the lower end of the container 34 of the sub-container 6 elastically climbs over the locking protrusion 30 formed at the lower end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical wall 14 of the lid body 4 and moves downward. Thus, the sub container 6 is locked in the recess. The driver 8 is fitted on the sub container 6. More specifically, the protrusion 56 of the driver 8 is caused to enter the inverted conical recess defined on the upper surface of the upper wall 38 of the sub container 6, and the tip of the protrusion 56 is close to the lower end of the inverted weight protrusion 46. Or contact. The drooping cylinder 62 of the driver 8 is inserted between the inner cylinder wall 14 of the lid body 4 and the side wall 40 of the container 34 of the sub container 6, and the lower end of the drooping cylinder 62 is the upper surface of the annular flange 48 of the container 34. It is made to contact or be close to. An annular locked protrusion 60 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the flat plate wall 52 of the driver 8 elastically locks the engaging protrusion 28 formed on the upper end of the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical wall 14 of the lid body 4. And the driver 8 is locked in the inner peripheral edge of the top wall 10 of the lid main body 4. The outer peripheral edge of the lower surface of the flat plate wall 52 of the driver 8 is brought into contact with the shoulder surface 26 defined at the upper end of the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical wall 14 of the lid body 4. A slight gap exists between the lower surface of the region inside the flat breakable line 54 in the flat plate wall 52 of the driver 8 and the shoulder surface 44 defined on the upper surface of the upper wall 38 of the sub container 6. It is preferable to do this. It is preferable that the upper surface of the top wall 10 of the lid body 4 and the outer peripheral portion of the upper surface of the flat plate wall 52 of the driver 8 (that is, the upper surface of the region outside the annular breakable line 54) be substantially flush with each other.
[0018]
Referring to FIG. 2, the container lid 2 configured by combining the lid body 4, the sub-container 6, and the driver 8 as described above may be formed from an appropriate synthetic resin such as polyethylene terephthalate or glass. It is attached to the mouth and neck portion 66 of the container body 64 that can be made. The mouth-and-neck portion 66 has a cylindrical shape with an open upper surface, and a male thread 68 and a locking ring 70 positioned below the male screw 68 are formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof. The container lid 2 is fitted on the mouth-and-neck portion 66 and rotated in the closing direction (that is, clockwise when viewed from above in FIG. 2), and the female thread 24 formed on the skirt wall 12 of the lid body 4 is opened to the mouth. It is attached to the mouth-and-neck portion 66 by being screwed into a male thread 68 formed on the neck portion 66. When the container lid 2 is mounted on the mouth / neck portion 66 as required, the seal piece 18 and the seal protrusion 20 disposed on the lower surface of the top wall 10 of the lid body 4 are respectively the inner peripheral surface and the upper surface of the mouth / neck portion 66. So that the mouth and neck 66 is sealed. In the illustrated embodiment, after the container lid 2 is attached to the mouth / neck portion 66, the cover film 72 having a circular top surface wall and a cylindrical skirt wall depending from the periphery of the top surface portion is further provided. The cover film 72 is fitted on the container lid 2 attached thereto, and the cover film 72 is heated and contracted, and the lower end portion of the skirt wall is engaged with the engagement ring 70 of the mouth-and-neck portion 66.
[0019]
When consuming contents contained in the container main body 64, for example, an alcoholic beverage (not shown), first, the cover film 72 is broken and removed, and the container lid 2 is exposed. Next, a finger is brought into contact with the upper surface of the flat plate wall 52 of the driver 8 and pressed downward. As a result, as shown in FIG. 3, the annular breakable line 54 disposed on the flat plate wall 52 is broken, and a portion of the driver 8 that is radially inward of the annular breakable line 54 is lowered. Then, when the projection 56 of the driver 8 and the inner region of the flat plate wall 52 (that is, the region inside the annular breakable line 54) are lowered, these are the inverted weight projection 46 and the upper wall 38 in the sub container 6. As a result, the inverted weight-shaped protrusion 46 of the sub container 6 is also lowered. At this time, the annular groove 42 formed in the upper wall 38 is extended, and thereby the descending of the inverted weight-shaped protrusion 46 is promoted. The inverted weight-shaped protrusion 46 that is lowered acts on the central portion of the closing member 36 of the sub-container 6 to break it, and also acts on the breaking region 32 of the bottom wall 16 of the lid body 4 to break it. To do. Thus, the contents stored in the sub-container 6 are caused to flow down into the container body 64 through the broken closure member 36 and the broken region 32 of the bottom wall 14 and mixed into the contents stored in the container body 64. Is done. The breaking of the closure member 36 and the breaking region 32 of the bottom wall 14 is not performed directly by the protrusion 56 of the driver 8, but an inverted weight-shaped protrusion formed on the upper wall 38 of the sub container 6. The driver 8 is not brought into contact with the contents 50 which are carried out through 46 and are accommodated in the sub container 6. Therefore, even if some dust or the like adheres to the driver 8 that is not completely sealed, this does not cause a sanitary problem. After the contents 50 contained in the sub-container 6 are mixed with the contents in the container main body 64, the lid main body 4 is rotated in the opening direction, that is, half-time as viewed from above in FIG. Then, the entire container lid 2 may be detached from the mouth / neck portion 66 of the container body 64 to open the mouth / neck portion 66, and the contents in the container body 64 may be consumed.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
A container lid with a sub-container constructed in accordance with the present invention can be manufactured at a much lower cost than conventional container lids without degrading sanitary and other properties, and also part of the sub-container The contents contained in the sub-container can be allowed to flow down into the container by sufficiently easily and smoothly breaking.
