Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tear-off device that breaks a package in which a plurality of articles are packaged, and in particular, a break that automatically breaks a seal packaged with a film having shrinkability by aligning a bundle of paper sheets. The present invention relates to a sealing device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a breaking device, a bundle of five sheets of paper sheets is aligned in two rows in the same direction and is wrapped with a shrinkable film, and a 10-bundle seal is received. A device that cuts and seals with a laser is known.
[0003]
In this type of breaking device, for example, a gap is formed while stretching the film by separating each row of 10 bundles, and the film is cut while melting through a nichrome wire energized in the gap. Then, each cut row is raised 90 ° in a direction facing each other so that the cut portions of the film face downward, and the cut film is extracted from above each row.
[0004]
In the conventional breaking device described above, since the energized nichrome wire is passed between the rows to cut the film, the gap between the rows is set so that the nichrome wires do not contact the bundle inside. It was relatively wide open.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the film is stretched greatly in order to increase the gap between the rows, when the bundle of each row is raised after the film is cut, the end of the stretched film enters under the bundle, and the film is pulled out. There was a problem that became difficult.
[0006]
Further, in this case, if the film is forcibly extracted, there is a problem in that the posture of the inner bundle collapses and a problem occurs in the subsequent processing step.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a tear-off device that can surely cut a packaging material without damaging an article therein.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a tearing device of the present invention is provided with a transport mechanism for transporting a package in which a plurality of articles are arranged in two rows and wrapped with a shrinkable packaging material in the row direction. A detection unit that detects the type of package to be detected, a detection unit that detects a package to be conveyed at a predetermined position, and holds an article in each row of the package that is detected by the detection unit and stopped at a predetermined processing position A gripping mechanism, a moving mechanism for moving one of the rows gripped so as to form a predetermined gap between the rows, and a cutter waiting in a processing position through the gap between the rows. Based on the cutting mechanism for cutting the package and the type of package detected by the detection unit, the transport amount of the package detected by the detection unit is calculated, and the package is moved when one row is moved by the moving mechanism Control the transport mechanism so that the cutter faces the center of the gap between each row of objects. To and a control unit for stopping the package to the processing position, the cutting mechanism has a sensor for detecting an object in a moving path of the cutter, the sensor is from the moving path of the cutter, the moving mechanism A first sensor provided on one row side to be moved and a second sensor provided on the other row side are included .

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
First, before describing the
[0011]
For example, the seal F is a bundle T (article) obtained by accumulating 10 bundles of bundles t of 100 sheets of paper sheets P sealed with a small band k and binding them with a large band K to form a bundle T (article). It is formed by being aligned in two rows and wrapped with a film f (packaging material) having heat shrinkability such as a polyethylene film.
[0012]
The small band k of each small bundle t is wound at a position biased toward one end along the longitudinal direction of the rectangular paper sheet. Then, 10 bundles are stacked in the same direction so that the small bands k of the small bundles t overlap each other, and are bundled together by two large bands K to form a bundle T. The bundle T formed in this way is short so that the stacking direction of the paper sheets P is directed vertically upward and downward, and the end portion on which the small band k is wound is directed in the same direction. Adjacent to each other, they are in contact with each other and are arranged in groups of five, and these five bundles are arranged in two and wrapped with film f to form a seal F (see FIG. 1a).
[0013]
In the following description, the surface of the paper sheet at the upper end of each aligned bundle T is referred to as the upper surface T1 of the bundle T, the surface of the paper sheet at the lower end is referred to as the lower surface T2 of the bundle T, The end of the bundle T on the side that is biased is referred to as a rear end T4, and the other end is referred to as a front end T3. That is, the upper surface T1 of the 10 bundles forms the upper surface of the seal F, the lower surface T2 of the 10 bundles forms the lower surface of the seal F, the tip T3 of the 5 bundles in the first row forms the tip of the seal F, The rear end T4 of the five bundles of eyes forms the rear end of the seal F.
