【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、鉄塔等における鉄板同士等をネジ部材とナット部材とで締結した締結部における前記ナット部材を取り外し不能の状態としてこれを防護するようにした締結部の防護装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、鉄塔等における鉄板同士を接続するには、ボルト部材等のネジ部材を両鉄板の貫通孔に挿入し、このネジ部材の先端からナットを螺合し、更にロックナットを前記ネジ部材に螺合して締め付けている。

ところが、このナット、ロックナットが表面に露出しているために、悪戯等によってロックナットを緩めるとともにナットをネジ部材から外して鉄板同士の締結状態を解いた状態とする事態が起きている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記従来の問題を解消し、締結部の締結状態を悪戯等によって解いた状態にすることを確実に防止することができる締結部の防護装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、発明は、被締結部材をネジ部材とナット部材とで締結した締結部において前記ナット部材の取外しを防止するようにした締結部の防護装置であって、前記被締結部材を前記ネジ部材とナット部材で締結した状態で、リング体の内面側に一巻以上のコイル状のスプリング部材を軸方向の動きを所定範囲内に規制して内包し、このスプリング部材の端部に係脱可能に係合する係合部をリング体に設けて構成したナット取外し防止具を、前記ネジ部材の端部に押し付けつつ正方向に回転させて前記スプリング部材を、その端部が前記係合部に係合する状態で前記ネジ部材のネジ部に螺合させつつ前進させ、前記ナット取外し防止具が前記ナット部材または被締結部材に当接し軸方向の移動を規制された状態で更に前記ナット取外し防止具を正方向に回転させて前記スプリング部材のみを更に螺進させ、前記スプリング部材の端部を前記係合部から離脱させることによって、前記ナット取外し防止具を正逆両方向に回転自由として、前記ナット取外し防止具を取外し不能状態としてナット部材を防護するように構成したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る締結部の防護装置の実施の形態について、図を参照しつつ説明する。

図1は本発明の第1実施形態の締結部材の防護装置の使用状態を示し、(a)はボルト部材(ネジ部材)に螺合されて鉄板同士を締結するナット部材をキャップ部を備えたナット取外し防止具で覆うときの状態を示す断面図、(b)はナット取外し防止具でナット部材を覆った状態で前記防止具をナット部材の螺進方向とその逆方向に回転自由とした状態を示す断面図、図2は前記防止具の断面図、図3はボルト部材に螺合して鉄板同士を締結したナット部材を前記防止具で覆って、前記防止具をナット部材の螺進方向とその逆方向に回転自由とした状態に至る過程を示す断面説明図である。

図1(a)、(b)において、符号1、2は、鉄塔等に用いられる鉄板であって、これら鉄板1、2同士をボルト部材3とナット4及びロックナット5からなるナット部材6で締結している。即ち、鉄板1、2同士の対向面を接面して合わせた状態で、鉄板1、2のボルト挿入孔1a、2aにボルト部材3のネジ部3aを挿入してからナット4を螺合し、更にロックナット5を螺合して締め付けて鉄板1、2同士を、ボルト部材3の頭部3bとナット部材6との間に締結している。

第1実施形態の締結部の防護装置では、上記のように鉄板1、2同士を締結するボルト部材3のネジ部3aに螺合したナット部材6に、中央部に貫通孔7aが形成されると共に、筒状のキャップ部7pを一体に形成したリング体7bを主構成部品とするナット取外し防止具(以下単に防止具と称する場合がある。)7を被せて覆うようにしており、図2にも示すように、この防止具7のリング体7bの内面側前後縁には小突出縁7c、7dが突設され、このリング体7bの内面側に略2巻のコイル状のスプリング部材8が配設されている。スプリング部材8は、その自然状態の径が前記ネジ部3aの径より若干小で、前記ネジ部3aにこれを抱き込むようにして螺合する。またスプリング部材8は両小突出縁7c、7dによって軸方向の動きを所定範囲内に規制される。更に、リング体7bの内面の後縁近傍箇所には、スプリング部材8の後端に当接する突起部7eが設けられている。尚、この突起部7eはリング体7bに一体に形成するかもしくはピンをリング体7bに植設することによって形成するとよい。

前記防止具7は、図3(a)に示すように、まずボルト部材3のネジ部3aに螺合されたナット部材6を前記キャップ部7pで覆うように矢印方向に被せ、次に図3(b)に示すように、前記防止具7を押しつけつつ矢印に示すように螺進方向に回転させると、スプリング部材8はボルト部材3のネジ部3aにおけるロックナット5から突出した部分に、前記ネジ部3aにくい込むようにして螺合し、かつ前記突起部7eによってスプリング部材8の後端部が押され、キャップ部7pを備えたリング体7bと一体となって螺進方向(図にて左方向)へ回転しつつ前進する。

更に、図3(c)に示すように、前記防止具7の先端が鉄板2に密着するまでキャップ部7pを備えたリング体7bとスプリング部材8とを螺進方向に前進させる。前記防止具7が鉄板2に密着した状態で更に回転させると、キャップ部7pを備えたリング体7bは鉄板2により螺進方向への進行が拘束されているため、回転力のみがスプリング部材8に伝達され、図3(d)に示すように、スプリング部材8だけがネジ部3aに沿って更に前進する。

更に回転を続けることにより、図3(e)に示すように、スプリング部材8の後端が突起部7eから離反する。この状態では、キャップ部7pを備えたリング体7bは、正逆両方向に自由に回転して空回りする。

これにより、キャップ部7pを備えたリング体7bは、前記ネジ部3aに抱き込むようにして固定されたスプリング部材8に前記小突出縁7cが係合して軸方向の移動が拘束され、また前記リング体7bは何れの方向に回転させても空回りすることになり、後退させることが不可能となるので、前記防止具7を取り外すことが不可能となり、この防止具7に覆われたナット部材6は取り外すことができなくなる。

したがって、ボルト部材3に螺合して鉄板1、2同士を締結したナット部材6は、悪戯等でボルト部材3から取り外すことができず、鉄板同士1、2の締結状態を解くことができなくなり、鉄塔が危険な状態となることを未然に防ぐことができる。

図4は第2実施形態の締結部の防護装置を示す要部の断面図、図5はその別例の締結部の防護装置を示す要部の断面図である。尚、上記した第1実施形態の締結部の防護装置における同一部材、同一箇所には同一符号を付して説明する。

第2実施形態及び別例の締結部の防護装置は、基本構成が第1実施形態と同一であり、締結部の防護のための作用も基本的には同一である。異なる点は、図4、図5に示すように、ナット取外し防止具7のリング体7bにおけるロックナット5側に滑り用スペーサ14、14Aを取付けている点にあり、これによって逆回転時のリング体7bが確実に前記スプリング部材8に対し空回りするようにしている。

即ち、図4に示す第2実施形態の締結部の防護装置では、リング体7bのロックナット5側内面に、止めリング15によって円輪板状の滑り用スペーサ14を取付けており、図5に示す締結部の防護装置では、リング体7bのネジ部3a側内面のロックナット5側に内向きに突出した環状突起部7cに沿わせて円輪状の滑り用スペーサ14Aを配設している。

図6は第3実施形態の締結部の防護装置を示している。この第3実施形態のナット取外し防止具7Dは、第1実施形態のキャップ部7pに相当するものを有さず、前記ナット部材6をカバーする機能は有しない。しかしこの第3実施形態も、第1実施形態と同様のリング体7b、小突出縁部7c、7d、スプリング部材8、突起部7eを備えるように前記防止具7Dを構成することによって、図6に示すように、前記リング体7bの先端面がロックナット5に当接した状態で更にリング体7bを回転し続けると、スプリング部材8の後端が突起部7eから離反して、リング体7bが正逆両方向に自由に回転して空回りすることになり、ナット部材5、6を取外すことができない状態とすることができる。すなわち、ナット部材5、6を弛める方向に回転させると前記リング体7bに接し、ネジ部3aにはダブルナット効果が生じ、前記ナット部材5、6をそれ以上弛める方向に回転させることができなくなり、ナット部材5、6の取外しが不可能となる。

前記防止具7Bは図10、図11に示すように、内周に環状凹部91が形成された外側リング体90の後端部に配設されてボルト部材3のネジ部3aに螺合され、外周に環状凹部9aを有する支持体9と、支持体9の環状凹部9aおよび外側リング体90の環状凹部91内に配設され、一端の外側に折曲げた折曲部10aが外側リング体90の環状凹部91に形成された孔部7sに挿入係止され、他端10b側が内側に向けて曲がるように形成された有端略円状バネ体10と、外側リング体90を螺進方向に回転させたときには有端略円状バネ体10の他端10bが係止してこの有端略円状バネ体10と支持体9とを外側リング体90と一体回転させるために支持体9の環状凹部9aの内面に外向きに突設された係止用突起部11とを備えている。尚、この係止用突起部11は図に示すように支持体9に植設したピンで構成するかもしくは支持体9に一体に形成するとよい。

この第2参考例の締結部の防護装置では、止め輪13と前記内向き鍔部7tとの間に支持体12の大径部12bを拘束状態に配置しているので、外側リング体93と支持体12とは常に軸方向位置が同一となっている。そして外側リング体93を螺進方向に回転すると、前記突起部14によって止め輪13が押されて回転し、止め輪13の後向き屈曲片13aが支持体12の係止用切欠凹部12cに係入されて、支持体12を同方向に回転させるので、支持体12は外側リング体93と一体に回転する。逆に、外側リング体93を螺退方向に回転すると、後向き屈曲片13aが前記係止用切欠凹部12cから離反するので、外側リング体93は空回りする。

前記外側リング体93Aを螺進方向に回転させたとき、すなわち、図15(b)の矢印方向に回転させたとき、前記係合突起51がスプリング部材12Aの端部12mに係合して、スプリング部材12Aを周方向に回転させる。他方外側リング体93Aを上記と逆の方向に回転させたときは、前記係合突起51はスプリング部材12Aの端部12mを半径方向内方に変形させるのみであって、前記端部12mとは係合せず、スプリング部材12Aは静止したままで、外側リング体93Aは空回りする。すなわち前記係合突起51は一方向回転伝達手段としての機能を営み、第1、第2参考例と同様、第3参考例も、外側リング体93Aは前進動のみ可能で、後退動が不可能となり、ナット取外し防止具7Eの取外しが不可能で、ひいてはナット部材6の取外しが不可能である締結部の防護装置となる。

本発明は上記実施形態に示す外、種々の態様に構成することができる。例えば図16に示すように鉄板1、2同士を締結するボルト部材103の頭部103bにネジ軸100を突設して、このネジ軸100に第1実施形態で用いたようなナット取外し防止具7を螺合してボルト部材103の頭部103bを防護することができる。このような場合にも本発明を適用することができ、この場合には前記ネジ軸100および頭部103bはそれぞれ、特許請求の範囲で云うネジ部材、ナット部材に該当する。
