Description

【0001】

It is.
[0013]
In this embodiment, wall boards (hereinafter abbreviated as “boards”) 1 and 2 are provided on both sides of the studs and the trunk edge 3, and a wall back space 4 is formed between the boards 1 and 2. Has been. In this embodiment, the boards 1 and 2 are provided so as to separate adjacent rooms. A grip bar is attached to the front side of the board 1 as a tool using the base member 10, the inner screw ring 17, and the like.
[0014]
In order to perform this attachment, first, a circular instrument attachment hole 5 is provided at a location on the board 1 where the grip bar is attached. A metal scale 50 is inserted from the instrument mounting hole 5 and a depth dimension A from the room inner surface of the board 1 to the wall back space 4 side surface of the board 2 is measured.
[0015]
Based on the depth dimension A, the axial dimension of the substantially cylindrical base member 10 is determined.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2 (a), the base member 10 is coaxially connected to the outer cylinder 11 by a radial piece 12 inside the outer cylinder 11 and the outer cylinder 11, and the outer cylinder 11. The inner cylinder 13 is shorter in the axial direction than the inner cylinder 13. A male screw portion 14 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of one half side (hereinafter referred to as the front end side) of the outer cylinder 11, and the end portion on the other half side (hereinafter referred to as the rear end side) is inward. The bowl-shaped part 15 is provided. The inner opening edge of the bowl-shaped portion 15 is continuous with the opening edge on the rear end side of the inner cylinder 13.
[0017]
An internal thread portion 16 is provided in the vicinity of the opening on the front end side of the inner cylinder 13. In addition, a jig engaging portion that engages a jig for attaching the base member 10 is provided at the front end portion of the inner cylinder 13. In this embodiment, for example, a hexagonal wrench engaging portion 13a is provided, which can be engaged with the tip of a hexagonal wrench and has an opening whose cross section perpendicular to the axial direction has a hexagonal shape.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 2B, the base member 10 configured in this way has an axial length from the rear end surface to the front end surface formed of the flange-shaped portion 15 that is slightly shorter than the depth dimension A. (Preferably so as to be about A-4 mm), the length is adjusted by cutting or grinding.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 3A, the inner screw ring 17 is inserted into the instrument mounting hole 5, and is fitted into the instrument mounting hole 5 from the back side of the board 1 and locked.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 3B, the inner screw ring 17 is formed of a substantially C-shaped plate having an opening 18 at the center and a slit 19 that communicates the opening 18 with the outside. The slit 19 has a circumferential width larger than the thickness of the wall board and radially expands outward. On one surface of the inner screw ring 17 (hereinafter referred to as the front surface), a protruding step portion 20 is provided that protrudes along the edge portion of the opening 18 and engages with the inner peripheral surface of the instrument mounting hole 5. On the inner peripheral surface of the opening 18 and the convex step portion 20, a female screw portion 21 that is screwed into the male screw portion 14 of the base member 10 is formed.
[0021]
A string 22 is connected to a small hole 25 provided on the other surface of the inner screw ring 17 (hereinafter referred to as a rear surface). In this embodiment, a recess is provided along the outer peripheral surface of the inner screw ring 17, whereby the first hook-like portion 23 is provided on the front side of the inner screw ring 17, and the second hook is provided on the rear side. Each of the string portions 24 is formed, and both ends of one string 22 are connected to a pair of small holes 25 formed in the second collar-shaped portion 24.
[0022]
When the inner screw ring 17 configured as described above is attached to the instrument mounting hole 5 from the back side of the board 1, first, as shown in FIG. However, the slit 19 is engaged with the opening edge of the instrument mounting hole 5 and one half side of the inner screw ring 17 is inserted into the instrument mounting hole 5, and then the other half side of the inner screw ring 17 is also on the back side of the instrument mounting hole 5. Send it in. After the entire inner thread ring 17 has been fed into the wall space 4 through the instrument mounting hole 5, as shown in FIG. 4, the convex step portion 20 of the inner thread ring 17 is fitted into the instrument mounting hole 5. The screw ring 17 is fitted into the instrument mounting hole 5 from the back side of the board 1. At this time, the string 22 passes through the opening 18. Note that an adhesive 26 is applied in advance to the contact surface between the inner screw ring 17 and the peripheral portion of the instrument mounting hole 5 before the inner screw ring 17 is inserted into the instrument mounting hole 5.
[0023]
After the inner screw ring 17 is fitted and mounted in the instrument mounting hole 5 in this way, the inner screw ring 17 is strongly pressed against the back surface of the board 1 and then a weight W is hung on the string 22 and waiting until the adhesive 26 is cured. To do. After the adhesive 26 is sufficiently cured, the weight W hung on the string 22 is removed, and the string 22 is cut and removed.
[0024]
Next, an adhesive 27 is applied to the back end surface of the base member 10, that is, the contact surface of the bowl-shaped portion 15 with the board 2. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 5, the base member 10 is inserted into the opening 18 of the inner screw ring 17 from the rear end side, and the male screw provided on the outer peripheral surface of the base member 10 in the female screw portion 21 of the inner screw ring 17. The part 14 is screwed and the base member 10 is rotated and screwed until the hook-shaped part 15 contacts the board 2. At this time, the rotation of the base member 10 can be easily and powerfully engaged by engaging the tip of the hexagon wrench with the hexagon wrench engaging portion 13a provided at the tip of the inner cylinder 13 of the base member 10. The back end surface with the adhesive 27 of the base member 10 is strongly pressed against the board 2 (FIG. 6).
[0025]
After the adhesive 27 is cured, the base member 10 is firmly fixed to the board 2 and the inner screw ring 17 is locked and fixed to the peripheral edge of the instrument mounting hole 5. Therefore, when the force in the pulling direction is applied, the resistance is extremely high.
[0026]
After the attachment of the base member 10 is completed and the adhesive 27 is completely cured, the cap 28 is placed over the instrument attachment hole 5 as shown in FIG. The cap 28 has a central hole 29 and a projecting piece 30 is erected from the outer peripheral edge.
[0027]
Further, a receiving seat 31 is overlaid on the cap 28, and the bolt 33 is screwed into the female thread portion 16 of the inner cylinder 13 of the base member 10 through the central hole 32 of the receiving seat 31 and the central hole 29 of the cap 28 ( FIG. 8). Thereby, the receiving seat 31 is firmly fixed to the board 1.
[0028]
A male screw is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the receiving seat 31, and the grip bar 40 is fixed using a union nut 34. Next, the scorpio 35 is placed (FIGS. 9 and 10).
[0029]
In this embodiment, the inner screw ring 17 is locked to the board 1 by the convex step 20 engaging with the instrument mounting hole 5 and is fixed to the peripheral edge of the instrument mounting hole 5. In the base member 10, the hook-like portion 15 at the rear end is fixed to the board 2 with an adhesive 27. As a result, the connection body of the inner screw ring 17 and the base member 10 is firmly bonded to the board 2 and is locked and fixed to the board 1 via the peripheral edge of the instrument mounting hole 5. When a force in the pulling direction is applied to the connecting body of the inner screw ring 17 and the base member 10 via 40, the opposing force becomes extremely high.
[0030]
As described above, since the grip bar 40 is fixed to the receiving seat 31 using the union nut 34, the mounting of the grip bar 40 to the receiving seat 31 is also extremely firm.
[0031]
In addition, in the said embodiment, although the board 2 is arrange | positioned behind the board 1, the outer wall surface of a building or the frame surface of a building is arrange | positioned behind the board 1 instead of this board 2. The base member 10 may be bonded to these. In the above embodiment, the grip bar 40 is fixed by the union nut 34. However, the grip bar 40 may be fixed in various ways such as using bolts or screws. Further, in this embodiment, the grip bar 40 is attached to the wall surface, but various objects such as a towel bar, a frame, and a hanging shelf can be fixed.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
