Claims (4)
- 微生物を固定化した膜と溶存酸素電極とから構成される微生物センサを用いて環境水中の有害物質を検出する際に、少なくとも2種類以上の異なる基質濃度のセンサ校正用溶液を用いて各基質濃度に対する前記微生物センサの出力電流値又は出力電圧値をそれぞれ測定することにより基質濃度依存応答特性を求め、この基質濃度依存応答特性に応じて該微生物センサの設定温度を変えることにより、微生物の活性度を制御することを特徴とする環境水中の有害物質のモニタリング方法。
- 前記基質濃度依存応答特性が所定値を超えるときに、前記微生物センサの設定温度を該微生物の至適生育温度よりも高い温度に設定する請求項1記載の環境水中の有害物質のモニタリング方法。
- 微生物を固定化した膜と溶存酸素電極とから構成される微生物センサを用いて環境水中の有害物質を検出する際に、基質濃度とセンサ出力の関係が直線関係にある基質濃度のセンサ校正用溶液を用いて、定常運転状態から所定の基質濃度に変えた際の、前記微生物センサの出力電流値又は出力電圧値が予め定めた値を超えるまでの時間を測定することにより、前記所定の基質濃度における応答速度を求め、この応答速度に応じて該微生物センサの設定温度を変えることにより、微生物の活性度を制御することを特徴とする環境水中の有害物質のモニタリング方法。
- 前記応答速度が所定値を超えるときに、前記微生物センサの設定温度を該微生物の至適生育温度よりも高い温度に設定する請求項3記載の環境水中の有害物質のモニタリング方法。
