BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is used for a propeller bearing of a ship, etc., and a cylindrical rubber bearing made of a rubber material is bonded to the inner side of a cylindrical shell metal, and seawater is provided between the inner side of the rubber bearing and the outer periphery of the rotor shaft. The present invention relates to an anticorrosion bearing in which a gap is formed in which a conductor such as can be passed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Since the propeller of a ship and the components of the propeller shaft system are immersed in seawater, an electrical protection means is applied to prevent corrosion against seawater. Of such electrical corrosion protection means, the external power supply system is most frequently used.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-99886, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-133184, and the like have been provided as electrical corrosion protection devices for ships using such an external power supply system.
[0003]
In this invention, a positive potential is applied to the counter electrode installed on the hull from the DC power supply device, and a negative potential is relatively applied to the anticorrosive member such as the propeller and rudder, and the anticorrosion member is corroded through the seawater from the counter electrode. By supplying an electric current, corrosion of the member to be protected from seawater is prevented. In addition to the counter electrode, a reference electrode (reference electrode) is provided to detect the potential of the corrosion-protected member in seawater using the reference electrode and automatically control the corrosion-proof current output from the DC power supply device. is doing.
[0004]
In these conventional technologies, among the corrosion-protected members of the ship, it is possible to perform electrical corrosion protection of the propeller and the propeller shaft connected to the propeller shaft, in particular, electrical corrosion protection in the vicinity of the blade root portion of the propeller, which has been difficult for conventional corrosion protection, In addition, the capacity of the DC power supply device is reduced by reducing the anticorrosion current for electrical protection.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the rubber bearing type propeller shaft immersed in seawater, the gap between the outer periphery of the propeller shaft and the inner periphery of the rubber bearing is a seawater channel. Propeller shaft corrosion tends to increase. In particular, in the case of a propeller shaft made of a copper alloy, such corrosion is likely to occur.
However, in the prior art, it is difficult to prevent the gap between the rubber bearing and the propeller shaft from being corroded. For this reason, the propeller shaft is liable to generate corrosive wear in the vicinity of the propeller bearing support. is doing.
[0006]
In view of the problems of the prior art, the present invention reliably eliminates the electrical protection of a rotor shaft supported by a rubber bearing type underwater bearing immersed in seawater, such as a ship propeller shaft made of a copper alloy. An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-corrosion bearing which prevents the occurrence of corrosive wear caused by seawater on the rotor shaft.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a cylindrical rubber bearing made of a rubber-based material is fixed to the inner periphery of a cylindrical shell metal, and the rotor shaft is supported by the rubber bearing. And an outer periphery of the rotor shaft, an anticorrosion bearing in which a bearing gap is formed to allow fluid to flow therethrough. A plurality of annular anti-corrosion bearings are provided in the rubber bearing at intervals in the axial direction. A counter electrode composed of a ring member and a connecting member that electrically connects the ring members to each other is embedded, and a shaft extending along the axial direction is formed on the water channel surface of the rubber bearing facing the bearing gap. A directional water channel groove is provided, and a part of the counter electrode is exposed in the bearing gap in the axial water channel groove.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the anticorrosion bearing according to the first aspect, a circumferential water channel groove is provided along a ring member of the counter electrode on a water channel surface of the rubber bearing facing the bearing gap. Thus, the ring member is exposed in the bearing gap in the circumferential water channel groove.
[0009]
In these inventions, if a counter electrode to which a potential is applied is attached to the water channel surface on the inner peripheral side of the rubber bearing, and a conductive fluid such as seawater is circulated from the counter electrode to a bearing gap desired by the water channel surface, Anticorrosion current is supplied.
By exposing only a part of the counter electrode, dropping can be prevented. Further, by providing the circumferential water channel groove, the anticorrosion current can be given to a wider range.
In addition, there may be one or more axial waterway grooves. Moreover, it is not necessary to provide a circumferential waterway groove for all ring members.
[0010]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, a cylindrical rubber bearing made of a rubber-based material is fixed to the inner periphery of a cylindrical shell metal, and the rotor shaft is supported by the rubber bearing. In the anticorrosion bearing in which a bearing gap in which fluid can flow is formed between the outer periphery of the rotor shaft and the rotor shaft, a recess is provided in the rubber bearing, and a part of the counter electrode is inserted into the recess. In this state, the gap between the counter electrode and the recess is filled with an adhesive, and the end edge of the counter electrode on the side inserted into the recess is configured wider than the portion exposed from the rubber bearing. It is characterized by having.
[0011]
As a method of fixing the counter electrode to the rubber bearing, a flat counter electrode may be fitted into a slit formed in the rubber bearing. However, in order to insert and fit the counter electrode, the slit must be processed with high accuracy. In the present invention, since the adhesive is inserted and fixed between the recess and the counter electrode, the processing accuracy of the recess does not have to be high. Moreover, since the site | part inserted in a recessed part and fixed with an adhesive agent is wide, it engages with an adhesive agent and a counter electrode does not drop easily.
[0014]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, a cylindrical rubber bearing made of a rubber-based material is fixed to the inner periphery of a cylindrical shell metal, and the rotor shaft is supported by the rubber bearing. And an outer periphery of the rotor shaft, an anticorrosion bearing in which a bearing gap is formed to allow fluid to flow, and the end portion of the counter electrode is exposed from the end surface in the axial direction of the rubber bearing. The wiring is connected, and further, a cover member surrounding the end of the counter electrode is provided, and a space surrounded by the cover member is filled with a filler.
[0015]
According to the present invention, since the connecting portion between the counter electrode and the wiring is covered with the filler and further surrounded by the cover member, contact with the outside can be avoided and deterioration of the connecting portion can be prevented.
[0016]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the anticorrosive bearing according to the fourth aspect, the axial end surface of the rubber bearing is located on the inner side in the axial direction with respect to the axial end surface of the shell metal, and the end portion of the counter electrode is The cover member is located on the inner side in the axial direction from the end surface of the shell metal, and the cover member includes a cylindrical wall portion and a flange-like wall portion extending from the outer side in the axial direction of the cylindrical wall portion, and the flange-like wall portion is The end face of the cylindrical wall portion is pressed against the rubber bearing while being in contact with the end face of the shell metal, and the cover member is fixed to the shell metal in this state. .
[0017]
According to the present invention, since the cover member is fixed to the shell metal in a state of being pressed against the rubber bearing, the intrusion of fluid into the region covered with the cover member is prevented.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the following effects can be obtained in the present invention.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a counter electrode to which an electric potential is applied is attached to the water channel surface on the inner peripheral side of the rubber bearing, and a conductive fluid such as seawater can be circulated from the counter electrode to a bearing gap desired by the water channel surface. In this case, the anticorrosion current is supplied to the rotor shaft. That is, it is possible to reliably suppress the electrochemical corrosion of the rotor shaft in the vicinity of the underwater bearing, which has conventionally been difficult to prevent with an extremely simple means.
Further, by exposing only a part of the counter electrode, it is possible to prevent the counter electrode from falling off.
[0033]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the anticorrosion current can be applied to a wider range by providing the circumferential waterway groove.
[0034]
According to the third aspect of the invention, the counter electrode can be fixed without requiring high processing accuracy, and the portion of the counter electrode that is inserted into the recess and fixed by the adhesive is wide. It is possible to obtain an effect that the counter electrode is less likely to fall off by engaging with.
[0035]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the connecting portion between the counter electrode and the wiring is covered with the filler and further surrounded by the cover member, contact with the outside is avoided, and deterioration of the connecting portion is prevented. be able to. According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the cover member is fixed to the shell metal while being pressed against the rubber bearing, the intrusion of fluid into the region covered with the cover member is prevented. The This can also prevent the connection portion from deteriorating.
