Description
【0001】

The symbols in the parentheses correspond to the symbols described in the drawings and embodiments of the invention described later.
[0012]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the molding material for molding the vehicle interior molding lip or the vehicle exterior molding lip that is divided without contacting the boundary surface with the wall portion that forms the notched groove is formed. The molding material to be injected for molding the wall portion forming the groove portion is indirectly guided through the newly provided gate.
In this way, there is no need to provide an injection port for injecting molding material into the mold part that molds the vehicle interior molding lip or the vehicle exterior molding lip, so the mold is divided for installation of the injection port. There is no need.
[0013]
Moreover, the gate is provided between the mold part for molding the side wall part forming the notched groove part and the mold part for molding the vehicle interior molding lip or the vehicle exterior molding lip. The molding material remaining in the gate portion when the glass run is attached is hidden by being inserted into the flange of the door panel. Therefore, the molding material does not adhere to the exposed surface side of the vehicle inner molding lip or the vehicle outer molding lip and does not deteriorate the appearance.
[0014]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the flow path on the part side of the mold for molding the wall portion forming the groove portion of the gate is used as the mold for molding the inner molding lip or the outer molding lip. Therefore, when the mold is pulled out after injection of the molding material, the molding material remaining in the gate part is easily cut off at the narrowed wall, and the vehicle on the opposite side is cut. The inner molding lip or the outer molding lip side is configured to fall while attached to the inner molding lip or the outer molding lip.
[0015]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the flow path on the narrowed side of the gate is inclined to the base wall part side by a predetermined angle from the direction perpendicular to the side wall part forming the groove part. The molding material remaining in the gate portion when the mold is removed is smoothly and reliably removed from the gate while adhering to the vehicle interior molding lip or vehicle exterior molding lip. Therefore, when the mold is removed, the molding material does not break and remain in the gate.
[0016]
According to the invention described in claim 4, since the concave portion is formed on the side wall portion so that the molding material remaining in the gate falls into the concave portion, the glass run is placed on the flange of the door panel. The molding material remaining on the gate when it is mounted is prevented from protruding and interfering between the glass run and the flange of the door panel.
